Abstract
Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Zuführen von Munition aus einem Munitionsbehälter zu einer automatischen Feuerwaffe. Insbesondere sollen zwei Sorten von Munition zugeführt werden.
- Bei einer bekannten Vorrichtung dieser Art (siehe CH-PS 379 969 entspr. DE-AS 1 112 427) sind in einem Munitionsmagazin für automatische Feuerwaffen in Ladestreifen zusammengefasste Patronensätze übereinanderliegend geschichtet, wobei sich der unterste Patronensatz auf einer beweglichen Tragfläche abstützt. In diesem Munitionsmagazin ist eine Fördervorrichtung vorgesehen, welche beim Schiessen die einzelnen Ladestreifen senkrecht zu den einzelnen Schichten gegen die Tragfläche schiebt. Diese Tragfläche wird aus den Schraubenflächen von zwei Führungsflächen gebildet, welche in Antriebsverbindung mit der darüberliegenden Fördervorrichtung steht.
- Bei einer anderen bekannten Vorrichtung dieser Art (siehe DE-AS 1 026 201) ist ein drehbares Trommelmagazin vorhanden, mit einer Fördervorrichtung, welche die Patronen nach unten aus dem Trommelmagazin auskämmt und auf einer feststehenden Grundplatte angeordnet ist. Diese Fördervorrichtung ist als endlose, umlaufende, mit Mitnehmern versehene Kette ausgebildet, die in Antriebsverbindung mit dem drehbaren Trommelmagazin steht und eine Schräglage einnimmt, die mit der sich aus der Drehbewegung des Magazins einerseits und der Bewegung der Patronen in der in Entleerung befindlichen Kammer andererseits ergebenden resultierenden Bewegungsrichtung übereinstimmt.
- Bei einer anderen bekannten Vorrichtung dieser Art (siehe US-PS 3 437 005) ist ein flexibles Transportband zum Transport von Munition zwischen einer Schnellfeuerwaffe (insbesondere Gatlingkanone) und einem ortsfesten Munitionsbehälter angeordnet. Dieses Transportband ist sowohl biegbar als auch verdrehbar, um die Relativbewegung zwischen Waffe und Behälter auszuhalten. Dieses Transportband enthält eine äussere Führung und ein inneres schraubenförmiges Transportorgan zum Transport der Patronen vom Behälter zur Waffe.
- Gegenüber diesen bekannten Vorrichtungen unterscheidet sich die erfindungsgemässe Vorrichtung durch folgende Merkmale:
- a) Der Munitionsbehälter bewegt sich mit der Waffe um die Azimutachse, er bewegt sich jedoch nicht bei der Elevation der Waffe.
- b) Die Patronenachsen stehen senkrecht, wobei die Patronenspitzen entweder nach oben oder nach unten gerichtet sein können.
- Die Zufuhr der Munition vom Munitionsbehälter zur Waffe wird wesentlich vereinfacht. Die relativ grosse Masse des Munitionsbehälters muss nicht um die Elevationsachse geschwenkt werden. Erfindungsgemäss enthält die Zuführvorrichtung folgende Elemente:
- a) einen mit mehreren Ladestreifen gefüllten Behälter, der sich mit der Waffe um die Azimutachse dreht, wobei sich auf jedem Ladestreifen eine Anzahl Patronen befindet;
- b) eine Vorrichtung zum Ausschieben der vollen Ladestreifen aus dem Munitionsbehälter;
- c) eine Vorrichtung zum Ausschieben der Patronen aus dem Ladestreifen, bestehend aus einem endlosen Förderband, das relativ zu den Ladestreifen schräg angeordnet ist (Schrägabschöpfung);
- d) eine flexible Endloskette, welche bis mindestens 90° verwindbar ist, zum Transport der aus dem Ladestreifen ausgeschobenen Patronen zur Feuerwaffe.
- Vorzugsweise sind - zum Zuführen von zwei Sorten Munition - sämtliche Elemente zweimal vorhanden. Die Patronen sind vorzugsweise vertikal im Munitionsbehälter angeordnet, wobei die Spitzen der Patronen entweder nach oben oder nach unten gerichtet sind.
- Zwei Ausführungsbeispiele der erfindungsgemässen Vorrichtung zum Zuführen von Munition aus einem Munitionsbehälter zu einer automatischen Feuerwaffe sind im folgenden anhand der beigefügten Zeichnung ausführlich beschrieben. Es zeigt:
- Fig.1 eine perspektivische Darstellung durch einen Panzerturm gemäss einem ersten Ausführungsbeispiel,
- Fig.2 einen Querschnitt,
- Fig.3 einen Längsschnitt und
- Fig.4 einen Grundriss durch den in Fig.1 dargestellten Panzerturm;
- Fig.5 eine perspektivische Darstellung durch einen Panzerturm gemäss einem zweiten Ausführungsbeispiel;
- Fig.6 einen Querschnitt;
- Fig.7 einen Längsschnitt und
- Fig.8 einen Grundriss durch den in Fig.5 dargestellten Panzerturm.
- Gemäss Fig.1 befindet sich auf einem Panzerturm 10 vorne in der Mitte eine automatische Feuerwaffe 11 mit einem einzigen Waffenrohr 12. Hinter der Waffe 11 befindet sich der Schütze 13 in einer Kuppel 14 und hinter dieser Kuppel 14 ist ein Radargerät 15 aufgebaut. Zu beiden Seiten der Kuppel 14 ist unterhalb der Panzerplatten 16 und 17 je ein Munitionsbehälter 18 (siehe Fig.2 und 4) eingebaut.
- Gemäss Fig.2 sind die Patronen 19 in jedem Munitionsbehälter 18 zu beiden Seiten der Waffe 11 senkrecht angeordnet und mit den Patronenspitzen nach oben gerichtet. Selbstverständlich können die Patronen 19 auch mit den Spitzen nach unten in die Munitionsbehälter 18 eingesetzt werden. Es sind jeweils sieben Patronen 19 in einem Ladestreifen angeordnet.
- Gemäss Fig.3 ist die Feuerwaffe 11 um eine Elevationsachse 20 um ca. 90° schwenkbar, wobei die oberste Stellung durch eine strichpunktierte Linie angedeutet ist und die unterste Stellung mit ausgezogenen Linien dargestellt ist. Die beiden Munitionsbehälter 18 sind dagegen nicht um die Elevationsachse 20 schwenkbar im Panzerturm 10 eingebaut.
- Um die Waffe im Azimut richten zu können, ist der Panzerturm 10 im nicht dargestellten Fahrzeug um eine vertikale Azimutachse 21 schwenkbar gelagert (Fig.2). Für die Elevation ist die Waffe 11 gemäss Fig.2 und 3 in Rollenlagern 22 gelagert. Für die Drehung im Azimut ist der Panzerturm in einem Rollenlager 23 (Fig.3 und 4) schwenkbar gelagert. Bei der Drehung des Panzerturmes 10 um die Azimutachse 21 bewegen sich somit auch die Munitionsbehälter 18. Bei der Schwenkung der Waffe 11 um die Elevationsachse 20 können diese Munitionsbehälter jedoch diese Schwenkung nicht mitmachen. Damit die Zufuhr der Patronen 19 aus den Munitionsbehältern 18 in jeder Stellung der Waffe 11 gewährleistet ist, muss ein flexibler Munitionskanal 24 vom Munitionsbehälter 18 zur Waffe 11 führen.
- Gemäss Fig.4 werden die einzelnen Ladestreifen 25 mit je sieben Patronen 19 in Richtung des Pfeiles A durch eine an sich bekannte Fördervorrichtung 26 (Fig.2) gegen eine Entnahmevorrichtung 27 (Fig.4) geschoben. Diese Entnahmevorrichtung 27 weist im wesentlichen ein endloses, gegenüber den Ladestreifen 25 schräg stehendes Förderband auf, an dem zwei Mitnehmer befestigt sind, welche in an sich bekannter Weise die Patronen 19 aus dem Ladestreifen herausschieben und zum flexiblen Munitionskanal 24 transportieren. In diesem flexiblen Munitionskanal 24 befindet sich ein weiteres endloses, ebenfalls flexibles Förderband, das die Patronen 19 im Munitionskanal 24 zur Feuerwaffe 11 transportiert.
- Damit der Feuerwaffe 11 zwei verschiedene Sorten Munition zugeführt werden können, befindet sich im rechten Munitionsbehälter 18 eine andere Munitionssorte als im linken Munitionsbehälter 18.
- Gemäss Fig.5 befindet sich bei dem zweiten Ausführungsbeispiel auf dem Panzerturm 30 vorne in der Mitte eine automatische Feuerwaffe 31 mit zwei Waffenrohren 32. Hinter der Waffe 31 befindet sich der Schütze 33 in einer Kuppel 34 und hinter dieser Kuppel 34 ist ein Radargerät 35 aufgebaut. Zu beiden Seiten der Kuppel 34 sind unterhalb der Panzerplatten 36 und 37 je zwei Munitionsbehälter 38 und 39 (siehe Fig.8) eingebaut.
- Gemäss Fig.6 sind auch beim zweiten Ausführungsbeispiel die Patronen 19 genau wie beim ersten Ausführungsbeispiel in beiden Munitionsbehältern 38,39 zu beiden Seiten der Waffe 31 senkrecht angeordnet und mit den Patronenspitzen nach oben gerichtet. Auch hier könnten die Patronen 19 mit den Spitzen nach unten in den Munitionsbehälter 38,39 eingesetzt werden. Es sind jeweils sieben Patronen 19 in einem Ladestreifen 25 angeordnet.
- Gemäss Fig.7 sind die beiden Feuerwaffen 31 um eine Elevationsachse 20 um ca. 90° schwenkbar, wobei die oberste Stellung der beiden Waffen 31 durch eine strichpunktierte Linie angedeutet ist und die unterste Stellung mit ausgezogenen Linien dargestellt ist. Die vier Munitionsbehälter 38,39 sind auch hier nicht um die Elevationsachse 20 schwenkbar im Panzerturm 30 eingebaut. Der Panzerturm 30 ist ebenfalls auf einem Fahrzeug 40 drehbar um eine vertikale Azimutachse 21 schwenkbar gelagert (Fig.6). Für die Elevation ist die Waffe 30 gemäss Fig.6 und 7 in Rollenlagern 41 gelagert. Für die Drehung im Azimut ist der Panzerturm 30 in einem Rollenlager 42 (Fig.6 und 7) schwenkbar gelagert. Bei der Drehung des Panzerturmes 30 um die Azimutachse 21 bewegen sich somit auch die vier Munitionsbehälter 38,39 mit der Waffe 31 um die Azimutachse 21. Bei der Schwenkung der Waffe 31 um die Elevationsachse 20 können diese Munitionsbehälter jedoch die Schwenkung nicht mitmachen. Damit die Zufuhr der Patronen 19 aus den vier Munitionsbehältern 38,39 in jeder Stellung der beiden Waffen 31 gewährleistet ist, müssen vier flexible Munitionskanäle 43-46 von den Munitionsbehältern 38,39 zu den Waffen 31 führen.
- Gemäss Fig.8 werden die einzelnen Ladestreifen 25 mit den je sieben Patronen 19 in Richtung der Pfeile A bzw. B durch eine an sich bekannte Fördervorrichtung 26 (Fig.6) gegen eine Entnahmevorrichtung 27 (Fig.8) geschoben. Diese Entnahmevorrichtung ist gleich aufgebaut wie die im ersten Ausführungsbeispiel und muss daher hier nicht nochmals beschrieben werden. Damit den beiden Feuerwaffen 31 je zwei verschiedene Sorten Munition zugeführt werden können, befindet sich im vorderen Munitionsbehälter 38 eine andere Munitionssorte als im hinteren Munitionsbehälter 39.
