Abstract

Bei einem Warenregal ist ein Selbstbedienungsbereich mit einem Schwerlastbereich dadurch kombiniert, daß die Regalelemente (4, 6) des Selbstbedienungsbereichs in Aussparungen eingreifen, die unmittelbar an jeweils einer Säule (7) der Schwerlast-Regalsständer (1) angeordnet sind.

Description

  • Zur verkaufsgerechten Präsentation von Waren werden im Handel Wandregale benutzt bei denen die die Waren aufneh­menden Fachböden, Gondeln, Körbe oder sonstigen Behälter an Konsolen befestigt sind, die ihrerseits an beispielsweise an einer Gebäudewand befestigten Säulen eingehängt sind und von diesen frei herausragen. In Selbstbedienungsmärkten werden ferner auf Paletten gepackte Warenvorräte in oberen, oberhalb normaler Reichweite angeordneten Etagen von Schwerlastregalen gelagert, die aus Gitterständern und zwi­schen diesen eingefügten Traversen aufgebaut sind, wobei die oben erläuterten Verkaufs- oder Selbstbedienungsregale in dem freien Raum unterhalb der Paletten-Etagen der Schwerlastregale aufgestellt werden. Auf diese Weise kommt auf beiden Seiten jedes Zwischenständers des Schwerlastre­gals jeweils ein Endständer des Selbstbedienungsregals zu stehen. Eine durchgehende Aufstellung des Selbstbedienungs­regals mit jeweils zu beiden Seiten ausgenützten Zwischen­ständern ist in einem derartigen Fall wegen der durch ein Gitterwerk ausgefüllten Zwischenständer des Schwerlastre­gals nicht möglich. Die sich ergebende große Anzahl von Ständern bei einer derartigen kombinierten Aufstellung von Schwerlast- und Selbstbedienungsregalen erfordert nicht nur entsprechend hohe Investitionskosten, sondern führt auch zu einer schlechten Ausnutzung des verfügbaren Verkaufsraumes.
  • Aus DE-C3-2 913 981 ist ein Warenregal gemäß dem er­sten Teil des Patentanspruchs 1 bekannt, bei dem ein Schwerlastregal mit einem Selbstbedienungsregal kombiniert ist. Dabei besteht das Schwerlastregal aus zwei Regalhälf­ten und die Ständer des Selbstbedienungsregals sind zwi­schen die benachbarten Längstraversen der Regalhälften des Schwerlastregals eingefügt. Auch in diesem Fall ist die Ge­ samtzahl der erforderlichen Ständer und der damit verbunde­ne Investitionsaufwand hoch, die Raumausnutzung dagegen un­befriedigend.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein kombi­niertes Schwerlast- und Selbstbedienungsregal zu schaffen, das zu einem geringeren Kosten- und Raumaufwand führt.
  • Gemäß Patentanspruch 1 weist zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe das erfindungsgemäße Warenregal Regalständer auf, die ih­rer grundsätzlichen Bauweise nach aus zwei über Gitter­streben verbundene Säulen aufgebaute Schwerlast-Regalstän­der sind, gleichzeitig jedoch als Zwischen- oder auch als Endständer eines Selbstbedienungsregals zum Einhängen der dort üblichen Konsolen dienen. Da die zum Einhängen der Traversen des Schwerlastregals dienenden Aussparungen einerseits und die zum Einhängen der weiteren Elemente des Selbstbedienungsregals dienenden Aussparungen andererseits an entgegengesetzten Flächen eines über die eingeschweißten Gitterstreben im wesentlichen geschlossenen Profils ange­ordnet sind, zeichnet sich der Regalständer durch hohes Tragvermögen aus.
  • Eine weitere Erhöhung des Tragvermögens der Regalstän­der, insbesondere auch der Stirnflächen, die mit den Aus­sparungen zum Einhängen der Selbstbedienungsregal-Elemente versehen sind, wird durch die Maßnahme des Anspruchs 2 er­reicht.
  • Ein Profil, das mit dem bei der Erfindung verwendeten Säulenprofil weitgehend übereinstimmt, ist als solches zwar aus EP-A-0 151 902 und ähnlich auch aus DE-A-2 951 806 und DE-U-7 421 737 bekannt. Keine dieser weiteren Druckschrif­ten enthält aber Hinweise auf die Verwendung derartiger Profile in der erfindungsgemäßen Kombination eines Schwer­last- mit einem Selbstbedienungsregal zur Verringerung des Raumbedarfs und des Kostenaufwandes.
  • Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird nachstehend anhand der Zeichnung näher erläutert, wobei
    • Fig. 1 den Aufbau eines kombinierten Schwerlast- und Selbstbedienungsregals schematisch veranschau­licht, während
    • Fig. 2 einen Schnitt durch eine Säule eines Regal­ständers mit Teilen der daran eingehängten Traversen, Konsolen und Wandelemente zeigt.
  • Das in Fig. 1 gezeigte Regal ist aus Regalständern 1 und in diese eingehängten Traversen 2 aufgebaut. Diese Be­standteile bilden den Schwerlast-Teil des kombinierten Regals.
  • Ferner sind in Fig. 1 eine Zwischensäule 3, mehrere Konsolen 4, Fachböden 5 und Rückwandelemente 6 gezeigt, die zusammen mit der hinteren Säule 7 des Ständers 1 Bestand­teile des für geringere Lasten geeigneten Selbstbedienungs­regals bilden.
  • Gemäß Fig. 2 hat die hintere Säule 7 des Regalständers 1 ein generell U-förmiges Profil, wobei die von der vorde­ren Säule 8 des gleichen Regalständers abgewandte hintere Basisfläche 9 des U-Profils mit zwei parallelen, vertikal verlaufenden Reihen von Aussparungen 10 versehen ist. Ent­sprechende Aussparungen sind in Figur 1 an der vorderen Fläche der vorderen Säule 8 sichtbar. Die beiden rechtwink­lig an der Basisfläche 9 abgekanteten Seitenflächen 11 des U-Profils der Säule 7 sind gemäß Fig. 2 einmal unter Bil­dung von zwei in einer Ebene liegenden Stirnflächen 12 auf­einander zu und ein zweites Mal unter Bildung zweier paral­leler Flanschflächen 13 nach innen gekantet. Zwischen die Flanschflächen 13 sind Gitterstreben 14 eingeschweißt, die die hintere Säule 7 mit der vorderen Säule 8 verbinden. Je­de der beiden Stirnflächen 12 ist mit einer über die Länge der Säule 7 verlaufenden Reihe von Aussparungen 15 verse­hen.
  • An beiden Enden jeder Traverse 2 ist jeweils ein Win­kelstück 16 angeschweißt, das mit mindestens zwei oder auch mehreren angeformten Haken in eine entsprechende Anzahl von untereinanderliegenden Aussparungen 10 derart einhängbar ist, daß die Innenflächen des Winkelstücks 16 an der Basis­fläche 9 und der entsprechenden Seitenfläch 11 der Säule 7 anliegen. Dadurch wird eine formschlüssige und stabile Ver­bindung zwischen Säule und Traverse erreicht. Die Festig­keit des Eingriffs der an das Winkelstück 16 angeformten Haken in die Aussparungen 10 wird durch eine sich nach unten keilförmig verjüngende Formgebung dieser Aussparungen 10 erhöht Durch eine (nicht gezeigte) zusätzlich in die Aussparungen 10 eingefügte Riegelplatte läßt sich ein un­beabsichtigtes Lösen der Verbindung durch Anheben der Tra­verse 2 verhindern.
  • Die in den Stirnflächen 12 der Säule 7 vorgesehenen rechteckigen Aussparungen 15 dienen zum Einhängen von an den Konsolen 4 und den Rückwandelementen 6 angeformten Ha­ken Wiederum greifen diese Konsolen 4 und Rückwandelemente 6 mit zwei oder mehreren Haken in eine entsprechende Anzahl von übereinander angeordneten Aussparungen 15 ein.
  • Wie in Fig 1 gezeigt, ist der Abstand zwischen zwei auf einer Höhe angeordneten Konsolen 4 in der Regel kleiner als der horizontale Abstand zweier Regalständer 1. Die da­her für das Selbstbedienungsregal erforderlichen Zwischen­säulen 3 können an horizontal oder auch diagonal verlaufen­den rückwärtigen Verstrebungselementen befestigt sein, die zwei benachbarte hintere Säulen 7 der Regalständer 1 mit­einander verbinden. In Fig. 1 ist eine solche Verstrebung bei 17 gezeigt.

Claims (2)

1. Warenregal mit einem oberen Schwerlastbereich und einem unteren Selbstbedienungsbereich, umfassend Regalstän­der (1) mit jeweils zwei im Profil generell U-förmigen Säulen (7, 8), wobei die von der jeweils anderen Säule ab­gewandte Basisfläche (9) jeder Säule (7) mit Aussparungen (10) zum Einhängen von Regaltraversen (2) des Schwerlastbe­reichs versehen ist, wobei die beiden Seitenflächen (11) jeder Säule (7) unter Bildung einer Längsfuge auf der der anderen Säule zugewandten Seite aufeinander zu gekantet sind, und wobei die Enden von die beiden Säulen (7, 8) ver­bindenden Gitterstreben (14) in die Längsfugen eingreifen,
      dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den auf beiden Seiten der Längsfuge gelegenen Stirnflächen (12) mindestens einer Säule (7) zusätzliche Aussparungen (15) zum Einhängen von Regalelementen (4, 6) des Selbstbedienungsbereichs vorge­sehen sind.
2. Warenregal nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an die beiden Stirnflächen (12) jeder Säule (7, 8) nach innen ragende, zueinander parallele Flanschflächen (13) an­gekantet sind, zwischen die die Gitterstreben (14) einge­schweißt sind.
