Claims (10)

1. 2. Device according to claim 1, wherein said impervious strip (54) extends onto the internal vertical face (66) of a vertical flatter (64) secured to or formed the external face (60) of the fourth side (62) of the secondary leaf (18).
3. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein said impervious strip (54) forms an integral part with the gasket (32) of the secondary leaf and is connected to it for example by a pre-cutting or weakening line or groove (58).
4. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the gasket (30) mounted on the fourth side (68) of the main leaf (16) and that (32) mounted on the fourth side (62) of the secondary leaf (18) extend continuously on the three other sides of the corresponding leaf.
5. Device according to claim 4, wherein each of these joints (30, 32) includes a first mounting and holding section (34, 48) in a peripherical groove (36, 50) of the corresponding leaf and a second tubular section (38, 52) for applying imperviousness on one vertical face (66, 70, 82) on one side of a leaf or the fixed frame.

Device according to claim 5, wherein the second sections (38, 52) of the gaskets (30, 32) of the two leaves are intended to be applied along the lower horizontal part of the leaves onto a vertical internal face (70) of an external wall of a water-recovery throat (20, 24) formed inside or mounted on the lower horizontal member (12) of the fixed frame so as to stop water penetrating into this groove.
7. Device according to claim 6, wherein the lower horizontal side (74, 76) of the leaves (16, 18) comprises, on its external face, a cross member or horizontal profile (100) forming a "windowdrip" which, in the leaf closing position, overhangs outside the water-recovery groove.

Device according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein an additional lip (96) seal joint (94) is mounted on the narrow edge of the fourth side (62) of the secondary leaf (18) parallel to the previously mentioned joint (32) and stands back towards the inside with respect to the latter, its lip (96) being applied on closing on one vertical face (98) of a folding of the narrow edge of the fourth side (68) of the main leaf (16), and at its vertical extremities on the lip (90) of one seal joint (84) mounted onto the horizontal cross members (12) and the vertical members (14) of the fixed frame so as to form, along with the first joint (32) of the secondary leaf and the joint (30) of the main leaf, an impervious lock in the functional clearance (72) between the leaves.
9. Device according to claim 8, wherein the lip (90) of the joint (84) mounted on the fixed frame is imperviously applied on the folding vertical faces (92) formed inside the narrow edges of the corresponding horizontal and vertical sides of the leaves and blocks off the internal side of the water-recovery throat and the functional clearance between the lower horizontal side of each leaf and the lower horizontal cross member (12) of the fixed frame.
10. Window or French window with two leaves, wherein the leaves (16, 18) and the fixed frame (10) are equipped with a device according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
