Claims (10)

1. Vorrichtung zum Abdichten eines Fensters oder Türfensters mit zwei Flügeln (16, 18) gegen Wasser und Luft, dessen drei Seiten beim Schließen über Fenster- oder Türdichtungen mit vertikalen Schenkeln (14) und horizontalen Traversen (12) einer Fensterzarge (10) zusammenwirken und dessen vierte Seiten (62, 68), die dazu bestimmt sind, in Schließstellung zusammenzuwirken, jeweils über eine Vertikalfläche (46, 66) verfügen, die dazu bestimmt ist, beim Schließen sich auf die entsprechende Vertikalfläche der vierten Seite des anderen Flügels zu legen, wobei die Vorrichtung darüberhinaus ein Dichtungselement (54) aufweist, das sich über diese Vertikalfläche (66) der vierten Seite des zweiten Flügels (18) erstreckt und eine Länge aufweist, die größer als die dieser Vertikalfläche ist, derart, daß seine Enden zu beiden Seiten über diese Vertikalfläche hinausgehen und sich beim Schließen auf die vertikalen Innenflächen (70) von Falzen der jeweiligen oberen und unteren Horizontaltraversen (12) der Fensterzarge (10) legen, und wobei eine Fenster- bzw. Türdichtung (30), die auf der vierten Seite (68) des Hauptflügels (16) in der Ebene dieser Vertikalfläche (46) hiervon angebracht ist, über eine Länge verfügt, die im wesentlichen gleich derjenigen dieses Dichtungselements (54) ist, um sich durch elastisches Zusammendrücken gegen dieses beim Schließen zu legen, indem in dichter Weise nicht nur das funktionelle vertikale Spiel zwischen den beiden Flügeln (16, 18) sondern auch die Überschneidungen (78) dieses funktionellen Spiels mit den horizontalen funktionellen Spielen geschlossen werden, die zwischen den horizontalen Seiten des Flügel und den horizontalen Traversen (12) der Zarge gebildet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese mit den vierten Seiten zusammenwirkenden Vertikalflächen (46, 66) sich jeweils in der Ebene der Au- ßenfläche des entsprechenden Flügels erstrecken und daß dieses Dichtungselement (54) gebildet wird durch ein im wesentlichen flaches Dichtungsband, das benachbart einem Teil (52) einer Fenster- oder Türdichtung (32) ist, die auf der vierten Seite des zweiten Flügels (18) angebracht ist.
2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dieses Dichtungsband (54) sich über die vertikale Innenfläche (66) eines vertikalen Schenkels (64) erstreckt, der auf der Außenfläche (60) der vierten Seite (62) des zweiten Flügels (18) befestigt oder ausgebildet ist.

Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dieses Dichtungsband (54) einteilig mit der Fenster- oder Türdichtung (32) des zweiten Flügels ausgebildet ist und hiermit beispielsweise über eine schwächende oder voreingeschnittene Linie oder Nut (58) verbunden ist.

Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fenster- oder Türdichtungen (30), die auf der vierten Seite (68) des Hauptflügels (16) und die (32) auf der vierten Seite (62) des zweiten Flügels (18) angebracht ist, sich kontinuierlich über die drei anderen Seiten des entsprechenden Flügels erstrecken.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede der Dichtungen (30, 32) einen ersten Teil (34, 48) für die Montage und für den Halt in einer Umfangsnut (36, 50) des entsprechenden Flügels und einen zweiten röhrenförmigen Teil (38, 52) zur Dichtungsanlage gegen eine Vertikalfläche (66, 70, 82) einer Seite eines Flügels oder der Zarge umfaßt.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweiten Teile (38, 52) der Dichtungen (30, 32) der beiden Flügel dazu bestimmt sind, sich längs der horizontalen Unterseite der Flügel gegen eine vertikale Innenfläche (70) einer Außenwandung einer Wasseraufnahmenut (20, 24) zu legen, die ausgebildet ist in oder aufgesetzt ist auf die untere horizontale Traverse (12) der Zarge, um dem Eindringen von Wasser in diese Nut zu begegnen.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die untere Horizontalseite (74, 76) der Flügel (16, 18) auf der Außenfläche über eine Traverse oder ein Horizontalprofil (100), das einen "Wasserabweiser" bildet, verfügt, der nach außen in Schließstellung der Flügel über die Wasseraufnahmenut vorragt.

Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine zusätzliche Dichtung (94) mit Dichtungslippe (96) auf der Schmalseite der vierten Seite (62) des zweiten Flügels (18) parallel zur genannten ersten Dichtung (32) und rückspringend nach innen gegenüber diesem angebracht ist, wobei seine Lippe (96) beim Schließen auf eine Vertikalfläche (98) eines Falzes der Schmalseite der vierten Seite (68) des Hauptflügels (16) und auf seinen Vertikalseiten gegen die Lippe (90) einer Dichtung (84) zur Anlage kommt, die auf den horizontalen Traversen (12) und den vertikalen Schenkeln (14) der Zarge angebracht ist, um mit der ersten Dichtung (32) des zweiten Flügels und der Dichtung (30) des Hauptflügels eine Dichtungsschleuse im funktionellen Spiel (72) zwischen den Flügeln zu bilden.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lippe (90) der auf der Zarge montierten Dichtung (84) sich dichtend gegen Vertikalflächen (92) von Falzen legt, die in den horizontalen und vertikalen entsprechenden Schmalseiten der Flügel ausgebildet sind und die Innenseite der Wasseraufnahmenut sowie das funktionelle Spiel zwischen der horizontalen unteren Seite jedes Flügels und der unteren horizontalen Traverse (12) der Zarge verschließt.
10. Fenster oder Türfenster mit zwei Flügeln, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flügel (16, 18) und die Zarge (10) ausgestattet sind mit einer Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9.
