La pièce 3 moulée comporte sur un angle la charnière et sur l'arrière les tenons 9 et 10 qui viennent s'emboiter dans les logements 7 et 8 du profil horizontal. Le profil vertical est décalé en avancée du profil horizontal de la dimension du logement 5 pour que celui-ci puisse recevoir le tenon 13 ce qui évite tout pivotement du profil autour de la vis 12. Cette vis d'assemblage passe par'les trous 16,15,14 et vient se visser dans I'alvéovis 8 du profil vertical,
