Claims (14)

  1. Dispositif de formage, remplissage et fermeture d'emballages, notamment en carton, amenés à plat, préouverts le cas échéant,
    caractérisé par le fait
    que des caissons (17, 18, 19), adaptables aux emballages et faisant partie du dispositif de formage, qui déplie, en parallélépipède, les emballages posés à plat, préouverts le cas échéant, sont prévus pour le transport des emballages à travers les postes de traitement successifs, au sein du dispositif.
  2. Dispositif selon revendication 1,
    caractérisé par le fait
    que les caissons (17, 18, 19) présentent une forme approximativement en "U" et sont équipés de deux plaques verticales (18; 19), disposées, en face l'une de l'autre, sur une plaque de base (17) commune.
  3. Dispositif selon revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé par le fait
    que les caissons (17, 18, 19) sont déplaçables le long de guidages de glissement (13; 14; 15) stationnaires, vers lequels leurs deux côtés ouverts sont dirigés.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisé par le fait
    que les caissons (17, 18, 19) sont déplaçables, en sens opposé, le long de voies longitudinales, parallèles et, arrivés à la fin de l'une des voies longitudinales, sont poussés transversalement sur le début de l'autre voie.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 4,
    caractérisé par le fait
    que les guidages de glissement (15) voisins des différentes voies longitudinales se terminent devant les zones de transport transversales.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 5,
    caractérisé par le fait
    que les plaques verticales (18, 19) des caissons peuvent être fixées en positions différentes sur la plaque de base (17) commune.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 6,
    caractérisé par le fait
    que les dispositifs de transport transversal pour les caissons (17, 18, 19) sont des ensembles pistons-cylindres.
  8. Dispositif selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 7,
    caractérisé par le fait
    qu'une unité d'expulsion des emballages remplis et fermés (12) hors des caissons (17, 18, 19) est prévue à la fin de la seconde voie de transport longitudinal.
  9. Dispositif selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 8,
    caractérisé par le fait
    qu'un écarteur (20 à 43) est prévu pour le dépliage de l'emballage (2) et est équipé de tôles profilées (20 et 21), déplaçables parallèlement, lequel presse l'enmballage (2) contre les parois internes des plaques verticales (18 et 19).
  10. Dispositif selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 2 à 9,
    caractérisé par le fait
    que les tôles profilées (20; 21) présentent des zones marginales (22; 23) coudées.
  11. Dispositif selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 2 à 10,
    caractérisé par le fait
    que des abaisseurs (24) mobiles sont formés côté des tôles profilées (20; 21), en vue de maintenir les langues latérales (16) sur la plaque de base (17).
  12. Dispositif selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 2 à 11,
    caractérisé par le fait
    que les abatteurs (24) sont conçus sous forme d'éléments soudés.
  13. Dispositif selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 2 à 12,
    caractérisé par le fait
    que les abatteurs (24) sont orientables autour de pivots (25).
  14. Dispositif selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 2 à 13,
    caractérisé par le fait
    que l'écarteur (20 à 43) est actionnable à l'aide d'une unités piston et cylindre (27).
