Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen elektrischen Back- und Bratofen nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1.The invention relates to an electric baking and roasting oven according to the preamble of claim 1.

Aus der DE-A-32 46 445 ist ein Back- und Bratofen dieser Art bekannt. Durch das das Garraum-Volumen unterteilende, steckbar ausgebildete Einschubteil mit integriertem Heizkörper soll bei diesem bekannten Back- und Bratofen der Aufwand an Heizenergie vermindert werden. Es hat sich aber gezeigt, daß vom Einschubteil sehr viel Wärme abgestrahlt bzw. abgegeben wird und außerdem über die Garraumwände durch Wärmeleitung der unterhalb vom Einschubteil befindliche Garraumbereich annähernd auf den gleichen Temperaturwert aufgeheizt wird wie der darüber befindliche Garraumbereich. Da nun bei einer Garraum-Volumen-Unterteilung aufgrund der boden- und deckenseitigen Beheizung an sich dann nur der obere Garraumbereich benutzt bzw. mit Back- oder Bratgut beschickt wird, bleibt der zwangsweise mit aufgeheizte untere Garraumbereich ungenützt und die dorthin abgestrahlte bzw. durch Wärmeleitung zugeführte Wärme geht damit ungenutzt verloren.A baking and roasting oven of this type is known from DE-A-32 46 445. Die in der Zeichnung dargestellte Backofenmuffel (1) für einen elektrischen Back- und Bratofen begrenzt einen Garraum (2), der durch eine nicht dargestellte Tür verschließbar ist. Die Backofenmuffel (1) besitzt im oberen Garraumbereich (Muffeldecke) einen üblichen elektrischen Heizkörper (3) - Fig. 2 - für die Oberhitze und einen unteren Heizkörper (4) für die Unterhitze. Der Heizkörper (4) für die Unterhitze ist in vorteilhafter Weise in einer als Einschubteil ausgebildeten Trennplatte (5) integriert, welche mit elektrischen Steckkontakten (6) für den Heizkörper (4) versehen ist. Mit Hilfe dieser Einschub-Trennplatte (5) besteht nun die Möglichkeit, das Volumen des Garraumes (2) zu unterteilen, so daß für kleinere Back- und Bratgutmengen auch ein kleinerer Garraum zur Verfügung steht, der energiesparender aufgeheizt werden kann. Darüber hinaus wird dann auch nur dieser vom eigentlichen Garraum (2) abgeteilte Garraumbereich verschmutzt, während der übrige Garraumbereich sauber bleibt.Der in der Garraum-Einschub-Trennplatte (5) integrierte Heizkörper (4) ist gegenüber dem Garraumboden (7) durch eine hochtemperaturbeständige Wärmeisolierung (8) abgeschirmt, so daß die Wärmeabstrahlung vom Heizkörper (4) zwangsweise nur nach oben in Richtung zur Muffeldecke gerichtet ist. Im Inneren der Backofenmuffel (1) sind an deren Seitenwandungen (9) im unteren und mittleren Bereich Führungsschienen (10, 10ʹ) für die Garraum-Einschub-Trennplatte (5) angebracht. An der Garraumrückwandung (11) sind in der entsprechenden Höhenlage elektrische Steckdosen (12, 12ʹ) für die elektrischen Steckkontakte (6) an der Trennplatte (5) vorgesehen, die über elektrische Verbindungsleitungen mit Einstell- und Schaltorganen des Back- und Bratofens in Verbindung stehen.The oven muffle (1) shown in the drawing for an electric baking and roasting oven delimits a cooking space (2) which can be closed by a door (not shown). Die seitlichen Unterbrechungen (14) sind in vorteilhafter Weise durch die Führungsschienen (10) für die Trennplatte (5) ab- bzw. überdeckt, so daß sie für den Benutzer des Garraumes (2) von vorne her praktisch nicht sichtbar sind. Zweckmäßig ist es, die Führungsschienen (10) nur punktförmig an der Garraumseitenwandung (9) anzubringen, um auch von dieser Seite her die Wärmeleitung bzw. Wärmeübertragung zu verringern. Um die Außenwandung der Backofenmuffel (1) wird in üblicher Weise eine Wärmeisolierung gelegt, durch die die Unterbrechungen (14) in den Muffelwandungen nach außen hin überdeckt sind. Gemäß Weiterbildung der Erfindung zeigt Fig. 2 ein Ausführungsbeispiel, bei dem die beheizte Garraum-Trennplatte (5ʹ) nicht manuell sondern automatisch über eine Höhenverstellungseinrichtung in die Garraum-Unterteilungsposition gebracht wird. Die Höhenverstellungseinrichtung wird dabei elektrisch betrieben und über ein entsprechendes Organ in Betrieb gesetzt. Die genannte Einrichtung besteht aus einem Gleichstrommotor (21) mit Links- und Rechtslauf. Dieser Motor hebt bzw. senkt die Garraum-Trennplatte (5ʹ) über einen Seilzug (22), Führungsstegen (23, 23ʹ) und Tragewinkel (24, 24ʹ) für die Garraum-Trennplatte (5ʹ), die mittels Stütz- und Gleitrollen (25) an den Führungsstegen (23, 23ʹ) geführt sind. Die seitlichen Führungsschienen (10ʺ) dienen hier neben der Abdeckung der schlitzartigen Unterbrechungen (14) in den Muffel-Seitenwänden (9, 9ʹ) auch als Höhenbegrenzungsanschlag für die Garraum-Trennplatte (5ʹ). Die Trennplatte (5ʹ) ist auch bei diesem Ausführungsbeispiel unterseitig mit einer hochtemperaturbeständigen Wärmeisolierung (8ʹ) versehen, um den oberen beheizten Garraumbereich gegenüber dem unteren, unbeheizten Garraumbereich entsprechend abzuschirmen.
