Weiterhin sind aus Vereinfachungsgründen in Fig. 2 lediglich die an der Tür 5 befestigten Hakenschienen 7 und der Gargutträger 9 abschnittsweise dargestellt. Insbesondere ist die Backofentür 5, die nach Art eines Backwagens entsprechend dem ersten Ausführungsbeispiel verschiebbar ist, stark schematisiert dargestellt. Zur Befestigung des Backblechs 9 an der Innenseite der Backofentür 5 ist an die Hakenschiene 7 ein Gewindestift 21 geschweißt. Dieser ist durch eine entsprechende Öffnung der Tür 5 gesteckt und von der Tür 5 durch eine erste Isolationshülse 23 elektrisch isoliert. Die erste Isolationshülse 23 weist weiterhin einen Hülsenflansch 25 auf, wodurch die Tür 5 ebenfalls von der Hakenschiene 7 elektrisch isoliert ist. Mit Hilfe einer zweiten Isolationshülse 27 ist auch eine zur Befestigung der Hakenschiene 7 an der Tür 5 dienende Mutter 29 elektrisch von der Tür 5 isoliert. Die beiden Gewindestifte 21 bilden die elektrischen Anschlußstellen für einen anschließend beschriebenen Verbraucher eines Stromkreises 31. In diesem Stromkreis liegen zwei Türschalter 33, die bei geöffneter Tür die Stromspeisung der Gewindestifte 21 allpolig abschalten. Weiterhin liegt in Reihe zu den beiden Türschaltem 33 ein Leistungsschalter 35 des Backofens 1. Der Stromkreis 31 wird von einem Netzanschluß 37 des Backofens 1 gespeist. Die Gewindestifte 21 und damit die Hakenschienen 7 liegen also nicht an Netzspannung 37, wenn die Tür 5 geringfügig geöffnet ist. Auch ist die Spannungsversorgung unterbrochen, wenn sich der Leistungs- bzw. Betriebsschalter 35 noch in seiner Ausstellung befindet. Ist jedoch beispielsweise eine Betriebsart des Backofens ausgewählt und eine Betriebstemperatur eingestellt sowie die Backofentür 5 sicher geschlossen, dann sind die beiden Hakenschienen 7 isoliert voneinander an die Netzspannung 37 gelegt.In the second embodiment shown in Fig. 2 are for reasons of Simplification essentially the reference numerals of the first shown in Fig. 1 Embodiment adopted unchanged. Claims (4)

  1. An electrical baking oven with a baking oven muffle closeable by a door in which a cooked goods carrier can be supported on a supporting element which has its own cooked-goods-carrier heating element, and with a power supply element via which said cooked-goods-carrier heating element can be supplied with the electrical power of the baking oven, characterised in that the supporting element (7) for the cooked goods carrier (9) is also used as the power supply element for the cooked-goods-carrier heating element (49).
  2. An electrical baking oven according to claim 1, characterised in that two hook rails (7) are provided as the supporting element.
  3. An electrical baking oven according to claim 1 or claim 2, characterised in that the supporting element (7) is fixed to the inside of the door (5).
  4. An electrical baking oven according to claim 1, 2 or 3, characterised in that the baking oven (1) has a door switch (33) and an operating switch (35) which together lie in the power supply circuit (31) of the power supply element (7).
