Gemäß dem ersten Ausführungsbeispiel ist ein elektrischer Backofen 1 mit einem
quaderförmigen Backraum 3 durch eine Ofentür 5 frontseitig verschließbar (Fig. 1).
Dabei ist die Ofentür 5 in Form eines verschiebbaren Backwagens ausgebildet. Eine
an sich bekannte Frontplatte der Ofentür 5 ist zusammen mit einem Türgriff an einem
an sich bekannten metallischen Türboden befestigt. Starr mit der Backofentür 5 sind
an deren unterem Endabschnitt ein paar horizontale Schiebezüge 6 verbunden, von
denen jeder entsprechend der Offenbarung der Druckschrift DE 40 23 949 A1 ausgebildet
und im Backofen 1 in an sich bekannter Weise geführt ist. An der Innenseite der
Ofentür 5 ist in den beiden Seitenabschnitten jeweils eine metallische Hakenschiene 7

rahmenförmig erstreckendes, stabiles Auflager bildet. Zusätzlich sind die beiden
Seitenbereiche des Tragrahmens 13 elektrisch voneinander isoliert, um ein Kurzschließen
der Versorgungsspannung durch den Tragrahmen 13 zu vermeiden. Durch
die mechanische Verbindung mit den Hakenschienen 7 kann der Tragrahmen 13 aus
Sicherheitsgründen lediglich dann an die Versorgungsspannung des Backofens 1 gelegt
werden, wenn die Ofentür 5 geschlossen und zugleich der Backofen 1 eingeschaltet
ist. Durch das Auflegen des Backblechs 9 auf den Tragrahmen 13 ist weiterhin ein
an der Unterseite des Backbleches 9 aufgebrachtes, mäanderförmig verlaufendes
Dickschichtheizelement 15 (in unterbrochenen Linien dargestellt) mit der Versorgungsspannung
verbindbar. Dabei fließt der Heizstrom durch die Leitungen 8 über die Hakenschiene
7 zum Tragrahmen 13 und über entsprechende Anschlußpads 17 des

anschließend beschriebenen Verbraucher eines Stromkreises 31. In diesem Stromkreis
liegen zwei Türschalter 33, die bei geöffneter Tür die Stromspeisung der Gewindestifte
21 allpolig abschalten. Weiterhin liegt in Reihe zu den beiden Türschaltern 33
ein Leistungsschalter 35 des Backofens 1. Der Stromkreis 31 wird von einem Netzanschluß
37 des Backofens 1 gespeist. Die Gewindestifte 21 und damit die Hakenschienen
7 liegen also nicht an Netzspannung 37, wenn die Tür 5 geringfügig geöffnet ist.
