Die Traggestell-Basis jedes Tragge stelles 7 liegt hingegen innerhalb der zugeordneten Vertie fung 6, so daß die volle lichte Weite L des Backofeninnen raumes 5 für den Einschub der Gargutträger z. B. 10 nutzbar ist. Diese Halteschiene 11 besitzt eine, entsprechend einer lie genden U-Form ausgebildete, horizontale und zum Backofenin nenraum 5 hin offene Aufnahmenut 13, wobei der obere Nu traum dieser Aufnahmenut 13 durch eine diesen Nutraum durchziehende Lasche 14 unterbrochen ist. Der untere Nut schenkel 15 der Halteschiene 11 besitzt in Nähe der beiden Schienenenden einseitig offene Führungsschlitze 16, die sich trichterartig erweitern, wie insb. Fig. 4 zeigt. Fer ner ist dieser untere Nutschenkel 15 über die durch die zu geordnete Backofenwand 4 gebildete Ebene E in den Backofen innenraum 2 hinein verlängert und besitzt einen nach oben abgekröpften Ansatz 17. Ferner besitzt die Halteschiene 11 an ihrer wandseitigen Rückseite zwei nach unten ragende Hängehaken 18, in welche die mit entsprechenden Öffnungen 19 versehene Vorsatzwand 8 eingehängt werden kann. Jedes Traggestell 7 ist gebildet aus (in der montierten Stellung) zwei seitlichen, rückwärtigen Basisstäben 20, welche die Traggestelle-Basis darstellen sowie aus im wesentlichen U- förmigen, horizontal übereinander mit Abstand angeordneten und die Basis-Stäbe 20 miteinander verbindenden Führungs stäben 9 für die in den Backofen einschiebbaren Gargutträ ger z. B. 10, welche Führungsstäbe 9 mit den Basis-Stäben 20 verschweißt sind, wodurch ein formstabiles Traggestell 7 entsteht. Die obere Begrenzung des Traggestelles 7 ist ge bildet durch ein stabförmiges Stützelement 21, das gemäß Fig. 2 nach hinten abgekröpft ist und im übrigen mit den beiden senkrechten Basis-Stäben 20 verschweißt ist. Das stabförmige Stützelement 21 besitzt einen ebenfalls stab förmigen Ausleger 22, der dem gesamten Stützelement 21 ein L-förmiges Profil und die Funktion eines Kniehebels ver leiht. Wie anhand der Fig. 5A, 5B und 5C verdeutlicht, wird das betreffende Traggestell 7 gemäß Fig. 5A in nahezu horizontaler Stellung mit seinem Stützelement 21 in die Aufnahmenut 13 der Halteschiene 11 eingeführt. Durch leich tes Klappen in die Stellung gemäß Fig. 5B greift der stab förmige Ausleger 22 hinter die Lasche 14 der Halteschiene 11, wobei das Traggestell 7 insgesamt um den Drehpunkt M verschwenkt bzw. geklappt wird. Während der Klappbewegung von der Stellung gemäß Fig. 5A in die Stellung gemäß Fig. 5B verschiebt sich dieser Drehpunkt M entlang dem unteren Nutschenkel 15 nach außen in Richtung des Bodens der Ver tiefung 6. Beim Weiterklappen des Traggestelles 7 in die Stellung gemäß Fig. 5C verschiebt sich der Drehpunkt M noch weiter nach außen und der Ausleger 11 greift voll hinter die Lasche 14, so daß die Lage des Traggestelles 7 in senk rechter und waagerechter Richtung, d. h. nach oben hin und in Richtung des Backofeninnenraumes hin fixiert ist. Durch das Gewicht des Traggestelles 7 und durch die Anlage z. B. des untersten der Stützelemente 9 am Boden 23 der Vertie fung 6 wird die vorgegebene Montagestellung des Traggestel les 7 dauerhaft gesichert. Eine seitliche Verschiebung des Traggestelles 7 parallel zur Backofenwand 4 in horizonta ler Richtung wird ebenso verhindert, da die senkrechten Ba sisstäbe 20 beim Klappen des Traggestelles 7 in die fertig montierte Stellung in die Führungsschlitze 16 der Halte schiene 11 eingreifen und darin fixiert sind.
