In der Zeichnung ist mit 1 eine horizontale Arbeitsplatte be zeichnet, in deren rechteckigen Ausschnitt 2 eine nachstehend beschriebene Kochmulde 3 eingesetzt ist. Unterhalb der Ar beitsplatte 1 befindet sich ein Unterbauschrank 4. Dieser besitzt eine Aussparung 5, die nach unten hin begrenzt ist durch einen Zwischenboden 6, auf dem ein Backofen, beim Aus führungsbeispiel ein Kleinbackofen 7, ruht. Wie Fig. 1 zeigt, hat dieser Kleinbackofen 7 eine Backofentür mit Sicht fenster 8 sowie Anzeige- und Bedienorgane 9. Beim Ausführungs beispiel handelt es sich hier um einen Kleinbackofen mit Wi derstandsheizung und mit kombinierbarer Mikrowellenheizung. Die Kochmulde 3 ist in Flachbauweise ausgeführt, d. h. die untere Begrenzung derselben überragt nicht die Unterseite der Arbeitsplatte 1. An diese Unterseite schließt sich prak tisch ohne Zwischenraum der Kleinbackofen 7 an. Die Kochmul de 3 weist in üblicher Weise z. B. elektrische Heizkörper für vorzugsweise mehrere Heizstellen auf. Als Muldenbasis dient beim Ausführungsbeispiel eine Glaskeramikplatte, die in einen sie umgebenden Rahmen eingelassen ist, wobei die Rückseite 10 des Rahmens verbreitert und schräg nach vorne geneigt ist. An ihr können nicht weiter dargestellte Bedienorgane für die Betätigung der Kochstellen angeordnet sein. Wie üblich, stehen die Bedienorgane in Funktionsverbindung mit einer elektrischen, vorzugsweise elektronischen Steuereinrichtung, welche innerhalb eines Behälters 11 angeordnet ist.
