Claims (6)
- Elektromagnetisches Kleinstrelais mit einem aus einer Magnetspule (2) und einem an einer Stirnseite der Magnetspule (2) verschwenkbar angeordneten Anker (8) bestehenden Magnetsystem (1) und einem an der gegenüberliegenden Stirnseite der Magnetspule (2) befindlichen, vom Anker (8) über einen parallel zur Längsachse der Magnetspule (2) verlaufenden Betätigungssteg (18) betätigten und in einem Federbock (11) zusammengefaßten Federkontaktsatz (12), wobei das um die Magnetspule (2) herum aufgebaute Magnetsystem (1) zusätzlich einen magnetankerstirnseitig als Spulenanschlußträger (3) und Ankerhalterung (7) ausgebildeten Spulenkörperflansch (10) aufweist und der den Anker (8) mit der Umschaltkontaktfeder (19) verbindende Betätigungssteg (18) die Bewegungen des Ankers (8) auf die Umschaltkontaktfeder (19) überträgt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Magnetsystem (1) in Form einer flachen Einschubeinheit für den Einschub in ein kassettenartiges, bis auf eine Stirnseite (15) vollkommen geschlossenes Gehäuse (14) ausgebildet ist, das an der Außenseite der der offenen Stirnseite (15) gegenüberliegenden Wand (16) den Federbock (11) mit den Federkontakten (12) und Anschlußfahnen (13) aufweist, und daß der außenseitig entlang einer schmalen Längsseite des kassettenartigen Gehäuses (14) angeordnete Betätigungssteg (18) nach Einschub des Magnetsystems (1) in das kassettenartige Gehäuse (14) aufgesteckt ist.
- Elektromagnetisches Kleinstrelais nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der magnetankerseitige Spulenkörperflansch (10) mit außenseitig integriertem Spulenanschlußträger (3) und Ankerhalterung (7) als paßgenau die offene Stirnseite (15) des kassettenartigen Gehäuses (14) verschließendes Formteil ausgeführt ist, und daß das kassettenartige Gehäuse (14) als ein den Federbock (11) mit Federkontakten (12) und Anschlußfahnen (13) integriert aufnehmendes Formteil ausgeführt ist, und daß eine bis auf eine schmale Längsseite geschlossene Haube (17) vorgesehen ist, die in Formgebung und Dimensionierung zur formschlüssigen Aufnahme des kassettenartigen Gehäuses (14) mit eingeschobenem Magnetsystem (1) ausgeführt ist.
- Elektromagnetisches Kleinstrelais nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spulenanschlüsse (4) der Magnetspule (2) und die Anschlußfahnen (13) der Federkontakte (12) an der von der Haube (17) nicht umschlossenen schmalen Längsseite des kassettenartigen Gehäuses (14) das Material durchgreifend herausgeführt sind.
- Elektromagnetisches Kleinstrelais nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Spulenanschlußträger (3) und der Federbock (11) außenseitig Flächen (20) aufweisen, auf die die Haube (17) formschlüssig aufgeschoben ist.
- Elektromagnetisches Kleinstrelais nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haube (17) eingeformte Rastelemente (24) und Abstandsnocken (21) aufweist, die die Haube (17) an dem kassettenartigen Gehäuse (14) und dem Spulenanschlußträger (3) paßgenau festlegen.
- Elektromagnetisches Kleinstrelais nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der magnetankerseitige Spulenkörperflansch (10) und/oder das kassettenartige Gehäuse (14) eingeformte Elemente aufweisen/aufweist, die das Magnetsystem (1) in dem Gehäuse (14) einrastend festlegen und bei dem Gehäuse (14) an dessen Öffnungsseite, bzw. bei dem Spulenkörperflansch (10), an Stellen, die denen auf der Öffnungsseite des Gehäuses (14) entsprechen, angeordnet sind.
