Abstract
Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verbundfenster gemäß Oberbegriff von Anspruch 1.
- Bei einem solchen aus dem DE-Gbm 85 13 450 bekannten Verbundfenster ist der Abstandshalter über ein Festlager und ein Loslager mit dem Steg verbunden. Vor allem die Realisierung eines zuverlässig arbeitenden Loslagers ist hierbei nur mit erheblichem konstruktiven Aufwand möglich. Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, die Verbindung zwischen Abstandshalter und Steg so zu verbessern, daß stets die Beweglichkeit zwischen Steg und Abstandshalter bei thermisch bedingter Längenausdehnung und eine einfache Montage der Teile gewährleistet ist.
- Die erfindungsgemäße Lösung dieser Aufgabe ist in Anspruch 1 gekennzeichnet. Sie beruht auf einer schwalbenschwanzförmigen Prismenführung, die bei der Montage ein einfaches Zusammenstecken der Teile und im Betrieb des fertigen Verbundfensters eine thermisch bedingte Verschiebung des Abstandshalters gegenüber dem Steg jederzeit ermöglicht.
- Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird anhand der Figur erläutert, die im Querschnitt den Randbereich eines Verbundfensters zeigt. Dabei sind die beiden Glasscheiben mit 11 und 12 bezeichnet und durch einen an sich bekannten Steg 13, dessen Innenraum mit einem Molekularsieb gefüllt ist, verbunden. Die Außenseite des Steges 13 ist zwischen den überstehenden Glasscheiben 11 und 12 durch einen Kleber ausgefüllt.
- Die dem Innenraum zwischen den Glasscheiben 11, 12 zugewandte Innenseite 131 des Steges 13 weist im Abstand voneinander zwei Nuten 1311, 1312 mit identischem, schwalbenschwanzförmigem Querschnitt auf, die sich über die ganze Länge des Steges parallel zu den Flächen der Glasscheiben 11, 12 erstrecken.
- An der Innenseite 131 des Steges 13 ist ein Abstandshalter 2 befestigt, der hier aus zwei Profilstücken zusammengesetzt ist: Jedes Profilstück hat einen Montageschenkel 211, 212, der auf seiner dem Steg 13 zugewandten Seite einen Prismenkörper 2110, 2120 aufweist, dessen Querschnitt so gewählt ist, daß er gerade in eine der schwalbenschwanzförmigen Nuten 1311, 1312 des Steges 13 paßt. Jeder Montageschenkel hat auf der dem Steg 13 zugewandten Seite zu beiden Seiten des Prismenkörpers und im Abstand von ihm zwei Stütznasen 200; diese und die Abmessungen von Prismenkörper und Nut sind so bemessen, daß die Schrägflächen des Prismenkörpers federnd an den Schrägflächen der Nut anliegen.
- Eines der Profilstücke mit dem Montageschenkel 212 hat zwei Führungsschenkel 202, 203, deren Flächen parallel zu denen der Glasscheiben 11, 12 verlaufen und zwischen denen eine Prismenplatte 31 schwimmend gelagert ist.
- Das andere Profilstück hat L-förmigen Querschnitt und weist lediglich einen Führungsschenkel 201 auf, der sich rechtwinklig von dem Montageschenkel 211 weg erstreckt und der ebenfalls parallel zu der Fläche der Glasscheibe 12 verläuft: Dieser Schenkel bildet mit dem Schenkel 202 des anderen Profilstückes ebenfalls eine Nut, in der eine zweite Profilscheibe 32 schwimmend gelagert ist.
