Claims (9)
- Outil de scellement actionné par l'énergie de la poudre, comprenant un carter (1) muni d'une poignée (3) dépassant latéralement, un mécanisme de mise à feu avec ressort d'armement (27) dans le carter (1), un élément de bouche (9) dépassant du carter (1) dans la direction de pose et présentant un contour périphérique non circulaire, qui peut être déplacé par rapport au carter (1), contre des butées de retenue, dans une position antérieure et, contre des moyens d'arrêt, dans une position postérieure, et un capteur de pression (12) déplaçable par rapport à l'élément de bouche (9) dans une position d'attente de mise à feu tendant le ressort d'armement (27), dont la face frontale libre affleure, dans la position d'attente de mise à feu, la face frontale libre de l'élément de bouche (9) placé dans la position postérieure, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de bouche (9) peut tourner par rapport au carter (1) autour de son axe longitudinal, que les moyens d'arrêt sont constitués par des zones (39a, 39b; 38a, 38b) des surfaces frontales du carter (1) et de l'élément de bouche (9) dirigées l'une vers l'autre, que l'un des éléments (1,9) comporte des éléments de butée (36a, 36b) dépassant axialement du plan d'arrêt de la zone (39a, 39b; 38a, 38b) et que l'autre élément (1, 9) présente des ouvertures de réception (37a, 37b) pour les éléments de butée (36a, 36b), et que les butées de retenue sont constituées par des épaulements (34c, 34d) sur l'élément de bouche (9) et par des épaulements conjugués (31c, 31d) sur le carter (1), dans la position postérieure de l'élément de bouche (9), les épaulements (34c, 34d) étant éloignés des épaulements conjugués (31c, 31d) d'au moins la distance sur laquelle les éléments de butée (36a, 36b) font saillie axialement par rapport au plan d'arrêt, et les épaulements (34c, 34d) et les épaulements conjugués (31c, 31d) pouvant être amenés d'une position fonctionnelle dans laquelle ils se recouvrent dans leur projection axiale à une position de retrait pour l'élément de bouche (9) dans laquelle ils ne se recouvrent pas dans leur projection axiale.
- Outil de scellement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les ouvertures de réception (37a, 37b) sont disposées sur le carter (1) et les éléments de butée (36a, 36b), sur l'élément de bouche (9).
- Outil de scellement selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la mesure d'arc du diamètre intérieur des ouvertures de réception (37a, 37b) dépasse de deux à cinq fois la mesure d'arc du contour extérieur des éléments de butée (36a, 36b).
- Outil de scellement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les épaulements (34c, 34d) sur l'élément de bouche (9) sont constitués par une face frontale dégagée en direction de la bouche d'une tubulure de guidage (10) qui est raccordée, dans le sens opposé à la direction de pose, aux moyens d'arrêt (38a, 38b).
- Outil de scellement selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les épaulements conjugués (31c, 31d) sur le carter (1) sont constitués par une face frontale dégagée en direction du mécanisme de mise à feu, de verrous (31a, 31b) engagés radialement dans un alésage de réception (11) pour la tubulure de guidage (10) de l'élément de bouche (9).
- Outil de scellement selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les verrous (31a, 31b) sont poussés radialement, par des moyens élastiques (33), contre la tubulure de guidage (10) de l'élément de bouche (9).
- Outil de scellement selon l'une des revendications 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que sur l'élément de bouche (9), des cames de commande pour les verrous (31a, 31b) s'approchant radialement de la périphérie de la tubulure de guidage, dans le sens circonférentiel de celle-ci, sont prévues du côté bouche sur les épaulements (34c, 34d).
- Outil de scellement selon l'une des revendications 5 à 7, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité de la tubulure de guidage (10) opposée à la bouche présente une section rétrécie dans le sens opposé à la direction de pose pour le dégagement radial des verrous (31a, 31b).
- Outil de scellement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de bouche (9) présente un ajour (16) entrant latéralement dans l'alésage de bouche (15) et auquel se raccorde un canal de réception (13) pour les éléments de fixation (14).
