Abstract

Die Vorrichtung besteht aus einer UV-Strahlenquelle und einem Reflektor. Der Reflektor besteht vorzugsweise aus zwei parabolischen oder elliptischen Halbschalen. Auf der Re­ flektorfläche sind eine oder mehrere Beschichtungen zur Re­ flexion der UV-Strahlung und eine darunter liegende Be­ schichtung zur Absorption des längerwelligen Teils des Spektrums der UV-Strahlenquelle angeordnet. Zwischen diesen Beschichtungen ist eine Diffusionssperrschicht an­ geordnet. Die Reflexionsschicht besteht aus abwechselnd niedrigbrechenden dielektrischen Schichten aus SiO₂ und hochbrechenden Schichten aus HfO₂, die Diffusions­ sperrschicht aus einer dielektrischen Schicht mit einer phys­ ikalischen Dicke von mindestens 0,5 µ aus SiO₂ und die Absorptionsschicht aus einer schwarzen Eloxierung, Schwarzverchromung oder - vernickelung, Anodisierung oder Brünierung einer polierten Kupfer- oder Nick­ elbeschichtung des aus Aluminiumlegierung bestehenden Reflektorkörpers.
