Claims (11)

  1. 표면 패턴이 합성수지층에 구비된 확산 반사기 제조 방법에 있어서, 상기 표면 패턴은 상기 합성수지층의 상부층을 거칠게 하므로 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 확산 반사기 제작방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 표면 패턴은 장기 합성수지층의 상부 층에서 거칠게 하므로 얻어지며 상기 표면은 반사 물질의 층으로 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 확산 반사기 제작방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 합성수지층의 상부 층은 프레온 함유플라즈마 내에서 처리하여 180℃ 및 250℃ 사이의 온도로 계속 가열시키므로 거칠게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 확산 반사기 제작방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 합성수지층의 상부층은 UV 방사발산 및 180℃ 및 250℃ 사이의 온도로 계속 가열시키므로 거칠게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 확산 반사기 제작방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 0.4 마이크로미터의 두께를 갖는 금속층이 고온에서 침전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 확산 반사기 제작방법.
  6. 제1,3 또는 4항에 있어서, 상기 합성수지층이 기판층에 구비되며 거칠게하여 얻어진 표면 패턴은 적어도 부분적으로 부식에 의해 계속되는 기판층으로 전달되는 것을 특징으로 하는 확산 반사기 제작방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 부식시킨 다음 상기 노출된 표면은 반사물질의 층으로 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 확산 반사기 제작방법.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 기판은 반사 물질로 구성되며 부식은 합성수지층이 실제로 완전히 사라질때 까지 계속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 확산 반사기 제작방법.
  9. 제3항에 있어서, 은 또는 알루미늄이 반사 물질로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 확산 반사기 제작방법.
  10. 제4항에 있어서, 은 또는 알루미늄이 반사 물질로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 확산 반사기 제작방법.
  11. 제1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,또는 10항에 청구된 방법중 어느 하나에 의해 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 확산 반사기.
