Claims (8)

1. Rolladen für Dachfenster (1), der eine praktisch waagerecht verschiebbare Fläche (8) aufzeigt, die aus Lamellen (9, 10, 11) gebildet wird, deren Seitenenden (12) in seitlichen Führungsschienen (13) gleiten, die in der Verlängerung eines fest mit dem feststehenden Rahmen (6) des Rolladens (5) verbundenen Kastens (16) gelegen sind, der eine Aufroll- und/oder Abrollwelle (36) für die Ladenfläche (8) und eine Antriebswelle (37) enthält, die unterhalb von der Aufroll- und oder Abrollwelle (36) angeordnet und an jedem ihrer Aussenenden (38) mit einem Nockenrad (39) versehen ist, das einen Leerlauf aufzeigt, der dem veränderlichen Abstand zwischen zwei Greifzapfen (43, 43) von zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Lamellen (9, 10) der Ladenfläche (8) entspricht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er über der oberen Schmalseite (23) des oberen Querstücks (24) des feststehenden Rahmens (2) des Dachfensters (1) einen Kasten (16) aufzeigt, der einen unter dem Oberteil (7) des feststehenden Rahmens (2) gelegenen Boden (21) hat, wobei dieser um eine Drehachse (30) schwenkt, die in der unteren Ecke (31) seines oberen Endes (32) gelegen und oberhalb der Aufroll- und/oder Abrollwelle (36) angebracht ist, wobei er Zwangsführungsmittel (49) umfasst, die zwischen der Aufroll- und/oder Abrollwelle (36) und der Antriebswelle (37) eingefügt sind, wodurch der Ladenfläche (8) zwischen diesen beiden Wellen (36, 37) eine Umkehrung der Aufrollrichtung der Ladenfläche (8) an der Aufroll-und/oder Abrollwelle (36) aufgezwungen wird, und einen feststehenden Rahmen (6), der über Laschen (29) mit den Längsstücken (28) des feststehenden Rahmens (2) des Dachfensters (1) verbunden und mit Dämpfungsmitteln (60) versehen ist, die am unteren Ende (61) der seitlichen Führungsschienen (13) gelegen sind.

Rolladen gemäss Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehachse (30) entweder eine Gelenkachse aufzeigt, die durch den ganzen Kasten (16) verläuft und deren Enden (33) in Lagern (34) gelagert sind, die fest mit den Laschen (29) verbunden sind, oder zwei Achsstümpfe, die im Verhältnis zu den Seitenwänden (35) des Kastens (16) vorspringen und in die Lager (34) einrücken, die fest mit den Laschen (29) verbunden sind.

Rolladen gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei den Dämpfungsmitteln (60), einerseits, um Schlitten (62) handelt, die mit Rollen (63, 64) versehen sind, die in einer Lagerung (65) gleiten die in jedem unteren Ende (61) der beiden seitlichen Führungsschienen (13) vorgesehen sind, und deren oberes Ende (64 mit einem elastischen Teil (68) mit einem Anschlag (70) versehen ist, das fest mit den seitlichen Führungsschienen (13) verbunden ist und andererseits, um Rollen (73) die um eine Achse (74) drehen, die fest mit dem unteren Ende (75) des Schwenkrahmens (76) des Dachfensters (1) verbunden ist und mit einem Betätigungsfinger (72) zusammenwirkt, der fest mit dem unteren Ende (71) der Schlitten (62) verbunden ist, wobei das vorerwähnte elastische Teil (68) eine Spannkraft aufzeigt, die entweder allein das Gewicht des Rolladens (5) ausgleicht oder das Gesamtgewicht des Rolladens (5) und des Schwenkrahmens (76) des Dachfensters (1).

Rolladen gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zwangsführungsmittel (49) zwei seitliche Führungen (50) aufzeigen die mit den seitlichen Enden (12) der Lamellen (9, 10, 11) der Ladenfläche (8) zusammenwirken und die mit Greifzapfen (43, 44, 45) versehen sind und aus einem geraden Segment (51) und einem aufsteigenden krummlinigen Sektor (52) bestehen die teilweise die Nockenräder (39) der Antriebswelle (37) einhüllen und an eine Eingreifrundung (59) stossen, die an der zur Aufroll- und/oder Abrollwelle (36) oerichteten Schmalseite gelegen ist.
5. Rolladen gemäss Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die seitlichen Führungen (50) eine Nut (53) aufzeigen, in die die Schenkel (40, 41, 42) der fest und drehend mit der Antriebswelle (37) verbundenen Nockenräder (39) eingreifen, eine Stützrampe (54), auf der die Greifzapfen (43 44, 45) der Lamellen (9, 10, 11) der Ladenfläche (8) gleiten, und eine Auflagefläche, auf der das Unterteil (56) der Lamellen (9, 10, 11) der Ladenfläche (8) gleitet.
6. Rolladen gemäss Anspruch 1 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebswelle (37) Andrückmittel (57) aufzeigt, die für den Kontakt zwischen den Greifzapfen (43, 44, 45) der Lamellen (9, 10, 11) der Ladenfläche (8) und der Stützrampe (54) der Seitenführungen (50) sorgen.
7. Rolladen gemäss Anspruch 6 dadurch gekennzeichnet dass es sich bei den Andrückmitteln (57) um eine über die Antriebswelle (37) gestreifte elastische Hülle handelt, die drehend mit der letzteren fest verbunden ist und einen Druck auf das Oberteil (47) der Lamellen (9, 10, 11) der Ladenfläche (8) ausübt.
8. Rolladen gemäss Anspruch 6 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei den Andrückmittein (37) um elastische Flansche handelt die drehend fest mit der Antriebswelle (37) verbunden und an den Nockenrädern (39) angeordnet sind.
