Abstract

Ein mit wenigstens einer Überlappungsklebenaht versehener Papierbeutel (1) ist innenseitig, ausgenommen an den Klebenahtbereichen, mit einer nichthaftenden Beschichtung versehen. Zu seiner Herstellung dient ein entsprechend beschichteter Zuschnitt (2).

Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf Papierbeutel mit wenigstens einer Ueberlappungsklebenaht.
  • Bei der Verwendung von Papierbeuteln dieser Art in Mikrowellenöfen verklebt das Papier sich manchmal mit dem Inhalt, besonders wenn dieser Stärke- bzw. Eiweissprodukte umfasst. Beim Oeffnen der Beutel nach dem Aufheizen ihres Inhalts bleiben dann häufig Papierstücke auf dem Inhalt kleben, was beim Verzehr störend ist.
  • Man hat deshalb bereits vorgeschlagen, eine Papiereinlage mit einer nicht-haftenden Beschichtung zwischen dem Papierbeutel und dem Inhalt anzuordnen. Damit sind jedoch ein grösserer Materialverbrauch und eine zusätzliche Verfahrenshandlung verbunden.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, den Beutel der eingangs beschriebenen Art sowie den Zuschnitt zu seiner Herstellung derart zu verbessern, dass auf einfache und relativ billige Weise die oben genannten Nachteile behoben werden.
  • Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe schlägt die Erfindung vor, dass der Beutel innenseitig, ausgenommen an den Klebenahtbereichen, mit einer nicht-haftenden Beschichtung versehen ist.
  • Mit nicht-haftend wird in dieser Beschreibung abhäsiv oder Haftung-verhindernd verstanden, wie es z.B. von Silikonen bekannt ist.
  • Nachfolgend werden ein Ausführungsbeispiel eines erfindungsgemässen Papierbeutels und eines zu seiner Herstellung verwendbaren Zuschnittes unter Bezugnahme auf die Zeichnung beschrieben; in dieser zeigen:
    • Fig.l eine perspektivische Ansicht eines erfindungsgemässen Beutels und
    • Fig.2 einen Zuschnitt zur Herstellung eines Beutels nach Fig.l.
  • Der in Fig.l dargestellte, herkömmlich geformte Papierbeutel 1 ist mit einer innenseitigen nicht- haftenden bzw. abhäsiven Beschichtung versehen. Zu diesem Zweck ist der in Fig.2 dargestellte rechteckige Zuschnitt 2 auf einer Seite mit einer solchen Beschichtung versehen, ausgenommen an den Klebenahtbereichen, d.h. an einer etwa im Bereich der Hälfte einer der Seiten 3 des rechteckigen Zuschnittes 2 angeformten Bodenlasche 4 und entlang einer der quer hierzu verlaufenden Seiten 5. Die so gebildeten Aussparungen 6 bzw. 7 in der nicht-haftenden Beschichtung ermöglichen zuverlässige Klebenahtverbindungen 8 bzw. 9 (in Fig.l schraffiert).
  • Bei der dargestellten Ausführungsform ist der Beutel 1 mit zwei Balgfalten versehen, die dadurch gebildet sind, dass der Zuschnitt 2 um parallele Faltlinien 10 einwärts, um dazu parallele Faltlinien 11 auswärts und um weitere dazu parallele Faltlinien 12 wieder einwärts gefaltet werden derart, dass die Beschichtung innen liegt. Dann werden die beiden überlappenden Enden des Zuschnittes miteinander verklebt, indem der nichtbeschichtete Bereich 7 mit Kleber versehen und auf das andere Ende gedrückt wird. Schliesslich wird die grösstenteils nicht beschichtete Bodenlasche 4 umgelegt umd auf den vereinigten Endteilen aufgeklebt.

Claims (5)

1. Papierbeutel mit wenigstens einer Ueberlappungsklebenaht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Beutel (1) innenseitig, ausgenommen an den Klebenahtbereichen (6,7), mit einer nicht-haftenden Beschichtung versehen ist.
2. Papierbeutel nach Anspruch 1, hergestellt aus einem hauptsächlich rechteckigen und eine Bodenlasche etwa im Bereich der Hälfte einer der Seiten des Rechteckes aufweisenden Zuschnitt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zuschnitt (2) einseitig, ausgenommen eine Aussparung (6) entlang der Bodenlasche (4) und eine Aussparung (7) entlang einer der quer dazu verlaufenden Seiten(5), mit einer nicht-haftenden Beschichtung versehen ist.
3. Papierbeutel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zuschnitt (2) aus silikonisiertem Backpergament hergestellt ist.
4. Zuschnitt zur Herstellung eines Papierbeutels nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zuschnitt (2) einseitig, ausgenommen an den Klebenahtbereichen (6,7), mit einer nicht-haftenden Beschichtung versehen ist.
5. Zuschnitt zur Herstellung eines Papierbeutels nach Anspruch 2, der hauptsächlich rechteckig ist und eine Bodenlasche etwa im Bereich der Hälfte einer der Seiten des Rechteckes aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zuschnitt (2) einseitig, ausgenommen eine Aussparung (6) entlang der Bodenlasche (4) und eine Aussparung (7) entlang einer der quer dazu verlaufenden Seiten (5), mit einer nicht-haftenden Beschichtung versehen ist.
