Claims (7)

  1. Projecteur de feu de croisement pour véhicule comprenant un réflecteur ellipsoïdal (1), une source lumineuse (3) disposée en un premier foyer du réflecteur, une lentille convergente (2); disposée sur le trajet du faisceau, en aval du deuxième foyer, et portée par une partie annulaire (12) d'un support (9) solidaire du réflecteur (1), et un diaphragme (4) disposé sur le trajet du faisceau, en amont la lentille convergente (2) et au foyer de la lentille convergente, et dont le bord supérieur, qui s'étend sensiblement horizontalement, engendre la limite clair/sombre, caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :
    a) la partie annulaire (12) du support (9) est de forme circulaire,
    b) sur au moins une partie (11) de sa hauteur, la partie annulaire (12) se rétrécit en diamètre intérieur, considéré dans le sens de la sortie de la lumière,
    c) le petit diamètre intérieur (d) de la partie annulaire (12) correspond au diamètre extérieur de la lentille (2),
    d) la partie annulaire (12) présente des becquets (30) faisant saillie radialement vers l'intérieur, qui sont répartis sur la périphérie ;
    e) les becquets (30) en saillie radiale servent de point de portée pour la lentille (2) qui est emboîtée par le petit diamètre intérieur (d),
    f) une bague d'arrêt élastique (15) est interposée avec précontrainte entre la lentille (2) et la partie annulaire (12) qui se rétrécit vers l'intérieur,
    g) la bague d'arrêt élastique (15) se coince dans une fente formée par la lentille (2) et la partie annulaire (12), sans s'appuyer au fond de la fente, et serre la lentille (2)contre les points de portée (31).
  2. Projecteur de feu de croisement pour véhicule selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, entre le plan formé par les points de portée (31) et l'extrémité (10) de l'anneau qui présente le plus petit diamètre, la partie annulaire (12) présente des saillies (33) dirigées radialement vers l'intérieur, réparties sur la périphérie, dont les surfaces (34) qui sont dirigées les unes vers les autres, servent de surfaces de centrage pour le bord extérieur de la lentille.
  3. Projecteur de feu de croisement pour véhicule selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que, dans le cas où le support (9) est fabriqué par un procédé de fonderie sous pression, un évidement est ménagé au-dessus de chacun des becquets (30) et chacune des saillies (33).
  4. Projecteur de feu de croisement pour véhicule selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, dans le cas où le support (9) est fabriqué en tôle, les becquets (30) et les saillies (33) sont formés par des régions découpées dans la partie annulaire (12) et repliées radialement vers l'intérieur.
  5. Projecteur de feu de croisement pour véhicule selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'entre le diamètre intérieur maximum et le diamètre intérieur minimum, la partie annulaire (12) présente la forme d'un tronc de cône ou d'un segment de sphère.
  6. Projecteur de feu de croisement pour véhicule selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la bague d'arrêt élastique (15) est appliquée avec précontrainte contre l'arête extérieure périphérique avant (35) de la lentille convergente (2) et les forces de la bague d'arrêt élastique (15) qui agissent sur l'arête (35) sont dirigées vers un point commun situé sur l'axe optique.
  7. Projecteur de feu de croisement pour véhicule selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'arête extérieure périphérique (35) de la lentille convergente (2), contre laquelle la bague d'arrêt élastique (15) est appuyée avec précontrainte, présente un arrondi ou un biseau.
