Definitions

  • the invention relates to a mixing device according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • a mixing device of the type required in the preamble of claim 1 is known from DE-B 2 110 047. It enables inexpensive mixing without large vertical relative movements between the mixing container and the mixing tool being necessary to produce and cancel the mixing position.
  • a lifting device is required in order to connect the transportable first container part to the second container part pivotably mounted on the stationary holder. Furthermore, since the second container part with the drive motor for the agitator carried by it has to be pivoted if necessary, even without the first container part or when the mixing container is not full, whereby considerable torque must be applied by the drive motor arranged far outside the pivot axis, the pivot drive must known execution are undesirably large.
  • FR-A 2 567 415 describes a mixing device in which an only one-piece mixing container with a relatively small, i.e. compared to the container cross-section there is a very narrow material filling opening.
  • This obviously not movable, but only liftable mixing container is placed for the mixing process in a cage-like frame, which in turn is held in a fixed base frame on a horizontal axis and together with the container can be pivoted about this axis into a mixing position.
  • the frame has an up and down slidable plate, on which a stirring tool driven by a motor is arranged and aligned with the filling opening of the mixing container, so that it can be moved into the container by means of the plate for the mixing process, whereby the product filling opening is then sealed by a seal also provided on the plate.
  • this known embodiment therefore only has a one-piece mixing container, and there is also a separate frame for receiving and pivoting the mixing container and a separate plate with a stirring tool and drive motor on the frame intended.
  • a mixing device with a stationary mixing container is also known, which is obviously only supported by a horizontal pivot axis so that it can be tilted for emptying.
  • two sets of main mixing tools and, on the outside of the bottom, a motor for driving the mixing tools are provided in the area of the bottom of this mixing container.
  • a lid is assigned to the mixing container, which carries a second motor, which in turn drives further mixing tools protruding into the mixing container during the mixing process.
  • This non-tilting lid has a yoke, by means of which this lid is supported on two columns of winch devices so that it can be moved in the vertical direction in such a way that it can be lowered onto the mixing container and fastened there for the mixing process alone, while - obviously for tilting, emptying and filling the stationary mixing container - can be moved far enough up.
  • the mixing container is not tilted or swiveled during mixing, and it remains stationary, i.e. not movable in its base frame, so that a separate transport container is required for the transport of the mixed goods to a consumer point.
  • a two-part mixing container is also disclosed, the first container part of which is transportable and can be moved under the second container part, which is rotatably mounted on a stationary holder about a horizontal axis and has lifting devices around the first container part pushed underneath to raise.
  • the second container part is approximately funnel-shaped and without any stirring or mixing tools, and the connected container parts can rotate together for a predetermined time in order to carry out the mixing process, which results in a completely different mixer design and mixing function than in the beginning for the present invention mixing device.
  • the invention is based on the object of designing a mixing device of the type required in the preamble of claim 1 in such a way that a lifting device for the transportable first container part is eliminated and the pivot drive for the mixing container can be dimensioned much smaller.
  • the second container part can be raised and lowered relative to the pivot axis by means of a lifting device according to the invention, a separate lifting device for the transportable first container part can be dispensed with.
  • the second container part is lowered onto the latter and then raised in order to be pivoted into the mixed position.
  • the second container part and the drive motor for the agitator carried by it can be raised and lowered relative to the pivot axis, it is possible to shift the center of gravity of the pivotable parts before pivoting movement so that it coincides with the pivot axis.
  • the second container part with the drive motor carried by it can also be pivoted with the application of a low torque if, for example, the second container part is to be pivoted without the first container part for cleaning purposes or if a swiveling movement of the complete, but not or only slightly filled, mixing container is required.
  • the required pivot drive can consequently be dimensioned very small and inexpensive.
  • a stationary holder 1 in which a pivot shaft 2 is pivotally mounted by means of a handle 3 (of course, a motorized pivoting device can also be provided instead of the handle 3).
  • the mixing container 4 consists of a transportable first container part 5 (“mixing container”) and a second container part 6, which is firmly connected to the pivot shaft 2.
  • the two container parts 5 and 6 can be firmly connected to one another via clamping devices 7.
  • an agitator 8 which is only indicated schematically and is driven by a drive motor 9 attached to the outside of the second container part 6.
  • the mix is transported in the transportable first container part 5 on a transport carriage 10 to the mixing device.
  • the first container part 5 rests on the bearing cheeks 12 of the transport carriage 10 by means of pins 11.
  • the first container part 5 is raised so far that it can be connected to the second container part 6 pivoted into the position according to FIG.
  • the mixing container 4 can then be pivoted into the mixing position according to FIG. 2 by means of the swivel shaft 2, the second container part 6 now forming the bottom of the mixing container and an intensive mixing movement taking place inside the mixing container 4 by means of the agitator 8. After the mixing process has ended, the mixing container 4 is pivoted back into the position shown in FIG. The transportable first container part 5 can then be removed and removed with the finished mix on the trolley 10.
  • the pivot shaft 2 is mounted in the fixed holder 1 by means of bearings 13.
  • the drive provided for motorized or manual actuation of the pivot shaft 2 (in FIG. 4 on the right side of the holder 1) is not shown.
  • a vertically arranged support plate 15 is firmly connected on the side of the fixed holder 1 facing the mixing container (a second such support plate 15 is of course also present on the other side of the divided mixer shaft 2; for understanding the description of the right half of the mixing device schematically illustrated in FIG. 3 is sufficient for the invention.
  • a lifting device is attached to the support plate 15 and consists of two hydraulic cylinders 16, 17 arranged on different sides of the pivot shaft 2. These hydraulic cylinders are fastened to the support plate 15 by means of claws 18 and screws 19.
  • the support plate 15 carries two guide rods 20, 21 which are arranged parallel to one another in a vertical plane.
  • the second container part 6 is fixedly connected to an upper guide plate 22 and a lower guide plate 23. These two guide plates 22, 23 are guided on the guide rods 20, 21 and can be equipped with sliding bushes 24 for this purpose.
  • the piston rod 25 of the hydraulic cylinders 16, 17 is supported on the upper guide plate 22 via a shoulder 25a.
  • the upper guide plate 22 and thus the second container part 6 (with the drive motor 9 carried by it) are raised by extending the piston rods 25 of the hydraulic cylinders 16, 17.
  • the second container part 6 with the drive motor 9 can be raised by any amount within the possible maximum stroke H.
  • the lowering can either be done by pressure relief of single-acting hydraulic cylinders 16, 17 (under the effect of the dead weight of the second container part 6 and the drive motor 9), or double-acting hydraulic cylinders can be provided.
  • the second container part 6 can therefore be lowered and then raised in order to be pivoted into the mixed position.
  • the lowest position of the second container part 6 is generally expedient when the first container part 5 is removed, when the pivotable second container part 6 with the drive motor 9 carried by it is pivoted in the most balanced position for cleaning purposes, for example by 90 ° (ie in an approximately horizontal position) should.
  • An intermediate position of the second container part 6 results when it is to be lowered onto a lower container part 5 to be coupled.
  • FIG. 6 shows a further exemplary embodiment of the invention, in which the second container part 6 is raised and lowered by an electric motor 30 (slip-on geared motor).
  • the electric motor 30 acts on a horizontally arranged threaded spindle 31, which is in engagement with two threaded spindles 34, 35 via a bevel gear 32 and 33, respectively.
  • the second container part 6 is raised and lowered via these threaded spindles.
  • guide rods 20 ', 21' are provided, which are arranged on a support plate 15 '.
  • the stand of the mixing device is designated 36. It carries a motor 37 by means of which the mixing container pivots about the horizontal pivot axis 14.
  • a first device (not illustrated in detail) is expediently provided, which responds when the torque generated by the first and / or second container part 5 or 6 about the pivot axis 14 exceeds a certain value and then the lifting device (ie the electric motor 30) operated in the sense of reducing this torque.
  • the lifting device expediently lowers the mixing container only when an approximately vertical position is reached in order to keep the otherwise increasing torque low. In this way, the lifting device is used not only to raise and lower the second container part, but also to balance weight and torque.
  • drive motor 9 of the agitator is attached to the pivotable mixing container in the exemplary embodiments explained, a stationary drive motor can be used within the scope of the invention.
