Claims (7)

1. Dispositif de fixation élastique pour une latte élastique sur une claire-voie de lattes, comprenant un élément élastique qui, d'un côté, est fixé au cadre de la claire-voie de lattes et, de l'autre côté, porte la latte élastique (2), à peu près à son côté terminal et par une liaison par sûreté de forme, élément élastique qui s'étend du cadre de claire-voie vers le milieu du cadre dans la direction longitudinale de la latte élastique, la latte élastique se terminant au-dessus du cadre de claire-voie à peu près dans le même plan que le bord extérieur du cadre, caractérisé par le fait que:
a) l'élément élastique (3, 3a) est formé de deux parties, chacune à peu près en U, situées dans un plan vertical fictif qui s'étend dans la direction longitudinale de la latte élastique (2), parties dont les branches inférieures (5, 5a) sont fixées sur le cadre de claire-voie (1) par leur extrémité libre et dont les branches supérieures (4,4a) portent la latte élastique (2),
b) les bases (6, 6a) qui réunissent les branches supérieures aux branches inférieures (4, 4a; 5, 5a) sont inclinées sur la verticale du haut vers le bas et vers l'extérieur;
c) un régulateur de ressort (9, 9a) qui est mobile en translation selon l'axe longitudinal des branches, est interposé entre les deux branches (4, 5 ; 4_a, 5a) de chacune des parties en forme de U de l'élément élastique (3, 3a).
2. Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les branches supérieures (4) des parties en forme de U se terminent par des extrémités libres et en ce qu'un moyen de fixation (7) destiné à la fixation de la latte élastique (2) les réunit (figures 1 et 2).
3. Dispositif de fixation selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément élastique (3a) est constitué par une barre élastique, dont les deux branches supérieures (4a) sont réunies par une partie centrale (12) qui porte la latte élastique (2).

Dispositif de fixation selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la fixation de la latte élastique (2) aux branches supérieures (4, 4a) de l'élément élastique (3, 3a) est réalisée avec interposition de moyens de fixation élastiques (7, 14), connus en soi, qui autorisent un mouvement de basculement de la latte élastique (2) autour de son axe longitudinal.

Dispositif de fixation selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la face supérieure du régulateur de ressort (9, 9a) se termine au même niveau que la face supérieure du moyen de fixation (7, 14) de la latte élastique (2), c'est-à-dire au même niveau que la face inférieure de la projection horizontale de la latte élastique (2).
6. Dispositif de fixation selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le régulateur de ressort (9) est fait d'une matière élastique.
7. Dispositif de fixation selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le régulateur de ressort (9a) est fait d'une matière rigide.
