Claims (7)

1. Procédé pour l'enduction continue de revêtements de sol en matière synthétique à surface structurée, en particulier de revêtements de sol en CPV structurés, par un apprêt de surface, caractérisé en ce que l'enduction de la surface du revêtement de sol s'effectue en atelier à la suite de la fabrication du revêtement de sol, en ce qu'on applique sur le revêtement de sol au moyen d'un cylindre, comme produit d'enduction aqueux, des dispersions de polymère à base d'acrylates purs en combinaison avec un agent plastifiant ou, comme produit d'enduction contenant un solvant, des organosols à base d'acrylate ou de polyuréthanne, en ce qu'ensuite une égalisation du produit d'enduction appliqué sur le revêtement de sol est effectuée par soufflage d'un courant gazeux, et en ce qu'ensuite l'enduction égalisée, ainsi appliquée, est séchée, durcie et fixée au moyen d'un rayonnement thermique, après quoi le revêtement de sol enduit est ren- roulé sur un rouleau de réserve.
2. Procédé suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'application du produit d'enduction s'effectue sur le revêtement de sol passant à une vitesse de 1 à 80 m/minute, de préférence de 10 à 30 m/minute.
3. Dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé suivant l'une ou l'autre des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une cuve (2) qui contient le produit d'enduction (3), un cylindre (4) qui prélève le produit d'enduction (3) à partir de la cuve (2), un cylindre d'application (5) qui reçoit le produit d'enduction (3) depuis le cylindre (4) et l'applique sur la surface du revêtement de sol (1), un cylindre de renvoi (6) qui presse le revêtement de sol (1) contre le cylindre d'application (5), un autre cylindre de renvoi (8) par l'intermédiaire duquel le revêtement de sol enduit (7) est guidé, un dispositif de soufflage (9) au moyen duquel la surface de l'enduction sur le revêtement de sol est égalisée, un dispositif de chauffage (10) au moyen duquel l'enduction du revêtement de sol est séchée, durcie et fixée, et un rouleau d'enroulement (11) sur lequel le revêtement de sol enduit est enroulé.
4. Dispositif suivant la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre d'application (5) présente une surface lisse, fermée, constituée de caoutchouc.
5. Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 3 et 4, caractérisé en ce qu'un ajutage à gaz est prévu comme dispositif de soufflage (9).
6. Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'un ajustage à air chaud est agencé comme dispositif de chauffage (10).
7. Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'un champ de rayonnement infrarouge est utilisé comme dispositif de chauffage (10).
