Abstract

Erfindung betrifft eine Kufen-Palette, die dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß eine Palette, die an der Unterseite entlang mindestens zwei gegenüberliegender Kanten mit Zapfen versehen ist. mit mindestens zwei balkenförmigen Kufen verbunden ist. dergestalt, daß die mit einer Riffelung versehenen Zapfen mit in den Kufen vorhandenen Vertiefungen mit einer Riffelung mittels Gießmasse verbunden sind. Dabei können die Kufen an der Oberseite quaderförmige Aussparungen aufweisen. Die Riffelung kann schraubenförmig ausgeformt sein; ferner kann die Riffelung der Zapfen und/oder der Vertiefungen sägezahnartig ausgebildet sein.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Kufen-Palette.
  • Kufen-Paletten finden weitverbreitete Verwendung als Unterlage und Transport-Unterlage für zu lagernde und zu transportierende Gegenstände, insbesondere Kisten, Kästen, Maschinen und dergleichen. Sie sind z.B. mittels Gabelstapler einfach transportierbar und handhabbar.
  • Die Kufen-Paletten werden bisher konventionell aus den einzelnen Komponenten, Holzbrettern, -platten oder anderem geeignetem Material hergestellt.
  • Die Nachteile bisheriger Kufen-Paletten sind die Erfordernis von viel manueller Tätigkeit bei der Herstellung und der Herstellung aus vielen Einzelteilen (Bretter, Platten, Nägel). Dies erschwert oder verhindert die Automatisierung der Herstellung, bedingt erhöhte Verletzungsgefahr bei der Herstellung und Verwendung, Handhabung. Außerdem besitzen Kufen-Paletten gemäß dem Stand der Technik eine unzureichende Stabilität und unzureichenden Zusammenhalt, da beispielsweise leicht ein Lockern der verbindenden Nägel eintritt.
  • Demgegenüber liegt vorliegender Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde eine Kufen-Palette zu liefern, die einfach und ohne viele Einzelstufen herstellbar ist, die Verwendung stabilen und resistenten Materials gestattet, die industriemäßig rationell herstellbar ist, die keine Verletzungsgefahr bildet, die von stabiler Gesamtkonstruktion ist und einen stabilen und dauerhaften Zusammenhalt der Einzelteile bietet.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß bei einer Palette der eingangs genannten Gattung dadurch gelöst, daß eine Palette, die an der Unterseite entlang mindestens zwei gegenüberliegende Kanten mitZapfen versehen ist, mit mindestens zwei balkenförmigen Kufen verbunden ist, dergestalt, daß die mit vorzugsweise sägezahnartiger Riffelung versehenen Zapfen mit in den Kufen vorhandenen Vertiefungen mit vorzugsweise sägezahnartiger Riffelung mittels Gießmasse verbunden sind. Besondere Ausführungsformen der vorliegenden Erfindung sind dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kufen an der Oberseite quaderförmige Aussparungen" aufweisen, daß mindestens 4 Zapfen und Vertiefungen vorhanden sind und daß die Riffelungen schraubenförmig ausgeformt sind.
  • Die Kufen-Palette gemäß vorliegender Erfindung bietet eine Reihe besonderer Vorteile.
  • So ist sie leicht industriell herstellbar im Spritzgußverfahren, durch Rotationsformung oder -Blasen der Einzelkomponenten Palette und Kufe. Starke Kleber können verwendet werden, zum Zusammenhalt von der als Patrize fungierenden Palette mit Zapfen und der als Matrize fungierenden Kufe.
  • So kann beispielsweise im ersten Schritt die Herstellung der reinen Palette erfolgen. Nach Herstellung dieses Oberteils (Patrize) mit Zapfen erfolgt im zweiten Schritt die Verbindung mit den Kufen (Matrize).
  • Die Erfindung wird im folgenden anhand der Figuren 1 bis 3 näher erläutert.
  • Dabei zeigt die Figur 1 einen Querschnitt (Seitenansicht) durch eine erfindungsgemäße Kufen-Palette mit Palette 1, Zapfen 2, Kufen 3, Riffelungen 4,5, Vertiefungen 6, Gießmasse 7 und Aussparungen 8.
  • Die Figur 2 zeigt eine Ansicht einer Kufen-Palette seitlich von oben (Gesamtansicht) mit Palette 1, Kufen 3 und Aussparungen 8.
  • Die Figur 3 zeigt einen Querschnitt durch einen Palettenteil mit Zapfen 2, mit Riffelung 4 an der Palette 1.

Claims (6)

1. Kufen-Palette,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß eine Palette (1), die an der Unterseite entlang mindestens zwei gegenüberliegender Kanten mit Zapfen (2) versehen ist, mit mindestens zwei balkenförmigen Kufen (3) verbunden ist, dergestalt, daß die mit einer Riffelung (4) versehenen Zapfen (2) mit in den Kufen (3) vorhandenen Vertiefungen (6) mit einer Riffelung (5) mittels Gießmasse (7) verbunden sind.
2. Kufen-Palette gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Kufen (3) an der Oberseite quaderförmige Aussparungen (8) aufweisen.
3. Kufen-Palette gemäß Ansprüchen 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß mindestens vier Zapfen (2) und Vertiefungen (6) vorhanden sind.
. Kufen-Palette gemäß Ansprüchen 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Riffelung (4) und/oder die Riffelung (5) schraubenförmig ausgeformt sind.
5. Kufen-Palette gemäß Ansprüchen 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Riffelung (4) der Zapfen (2) sägezahnartig ausgebildet ist.
6. Kufen-Palette gemäß Ansprüchen 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Riffelung (5) der Vertiefungen (6) sägezahnartig ausgebildet ist.
