Definitions

  • the invention relates to a towel dispenser with a dispensing memory provided in a housing for the towel web and a guide for the towel web guided in a loop out of the housing and back again to a towel web driven by a drive means in the housing, the housing internally in a Dirty space for receiving the storage and a clean room for receiving the discharge memory is divided, as well as with a feed device for the rear, last output web end of the towel web associated with the output memory, means for driving the feed device being provided when the end of the towel web is removed come into effect from the housing.
  • a towel dispenser of this type has also become known, in which a flexible apron rests on the dispensing storage designed as a roll, on which the used part of the towel web which has been retracted into the housing is deposited until the The towel web or the rear end of the web is completely removed from the delivery memory and must also be pulled into the housing by hand after opening the housing.
  • the proportion of the used towel sheet increases with the increasing proportion of the used towel sheet, which increases the weight formed by the used towel sheet, which leads to a stiff run, if not a blockage, when the used towel sheet gets between the dispenser memory and the rear wall of the housing .
  • a towel dispenser has become known from DE-A-1 779 282, in which the section of the towel web used in each case is first stored temporarily in a dimensionally stable container and then wound up on a collecting roll.
  • the container arranged next to the dispensing store takes up a relatively large amount of space.
  • a separate feed device for the rear, last-issued web end of the towel web belonging to the discharge memory and which comes into effect when the end of the towel web is removed from the housing is not provided.
  • the invention is based on the object of creating a towel dispenser which, in a simple manner, ensures particularly hygienic absorption of the rear web end of the towel web.
  • a towel dispenser of the type mentioned in accordance with the invention in that an at least partially arranged separating device is provided in the clean-out area of the dispensing memory, which separates a receiving area for the retracted rear, last-issued web end from this area, the separating device is essentially formed by a flexible pocket for the rear web end lying on the towel rail located in the delivery store, to which the feed device opens and which is preferably held in two separate holders.
  • the receiving space separate from the storage memory is expediently provided only for the rear web end drawn in by the feed device.
  • the separating device is at least partially arranged in the space of the discharge memory, there are spatially compact conditions because the fact that the discharge memory is empty when the rear web end is drawn in and picked up is advantageously used.
  • the separating device is essentially formed by a flexible pocket for the rear web end lying on the towel web located in the delivery store, to which the feed device opens and which is preferably held in separate holders, the bag also drops with the removal of the towel web in the delivery store until finally it sags completely and takes up the soiled, dirty rear end of the web in the space defined by its top.
  • the bag can easily consist of a flat blank, which means that it has a full discharge memory can take a very compactly folded position.
  • the bag is expediently held, in particular in a side view of the towel rail, on both sides of the center of the dispensing memory and / or essentially above the towel rail stored therein, preferably at least one associated edge being fastened to a hanging holder which is closed by one in its upper region this edge parallel axis, in particular is pivotally mounted about the axis of a feed roller of the feed device.
  • the separating device or the pocket can take over the rear web end directly from the drawing-in device without further deflection.
  • the pocket which fills most of the clear horizontal cross section of the housing, forms a flexible partition wall, which sinks with the removal of the stored towel web, between an upper dirt space containing the storage space and a lower clean space of the housing containing the output storage space, so that the separator also prevents lint or other dirt particles from the dirty towel web located in the storage memory from getting into the discharge memory.
  • the separating device is expediently designed to be tightly closed and is preferably formed by an impermeable film or the like.
  • the pocket with its edge adjacent to the front of the housing is attached to a transverse wall, provided as a horizontal separation and located below the storage space, above which the one in front of the loop Deflection of a guide for the towel web, and in particular a drive roller running against it and with an intermediate layer of the towel web and / or a driven roller abutting the towel web running in the storage memory are mounted.
  • the separating device is also essentially closed on its upper side or is separated from the receiving memory.
  • drawing-in device in particular in the area of the housing rear and / or in the upper area of the filled delivery storage device, has two drawing-in rolls which delimit a transport nip for the towel web, in particular a driven conveying roll and one running against it Counter-pressure roller, the latter, preferably guided in inclined slots, abuts the conveyor roller under weight and / or spring force.
  • Counter-pressure roller the latter, preferably guided in inclined slots, abuts the conveyor roller under weight and / or spring force.
  • the counter-pressure roller is mounted on handlebars which are mechanically connected to a housing door in such a way that when the door is open, the inclined slots away from the conveyor roller and fall towards the conveyor roller when closed.
  • the counter-pressure roller is automatically lifted off the conveyor roller, so that the front end of the fresh towel web can be easily threaded and brought into connection with the recording memory.
  • the counter-pressure roller then returns automatically in their position on the towel.
  • the respective link in particular pivotable about the axis of the conveyor roller, is designed as a two-armed lever, which carries the counter-pressure roller on its lever arm projecting to the rear and with its other, downwardly projecting, longer lever arm in the manner of a
  • the toggle lever is connected to a door link carrying the lower front housing door, which is preferably slidably and pivotably mounted on the housing with a slot guide. Since the door link is required anyway for mounting the housing door, only one additional link is required for each door link for the design according to the invention.
  • the conveyor roller is drive-connected via a gear, in particular a toothed belt drive, to a motor, such as a battery-operated electric motor, which is preferably located above the counter-pressure roller and is controlled by sliding contacts located in the region of the deflection and running on the pulling-off towel rail .
  • a gear in particular a toothed belt drive
  • a motor such as a battery-operated electric motor
  • the toothed belt reduction requires no measures for re-tensioning and has a much better efficiency than other intermediate gears, which is very favorable for the operation of the electric motor in view of the limited battery capacity.
  • the sliding contacts are arranged on a handlebar, which is preferably designed as a cover plate located above the deflection between the latter and the receiving memory and pressed against the deflection under weight, the deflection being provided in particular in this case as a counter-contact. • the conveyor roller 35 is located below the rear end of the transverse wall 16 and almost at the top of the filled discharge storage 15, the towel web running in this area between the conveyor roller 35 and a counter-pressure roller 37.
  • the holder 33 has corresponding sleeves at the upper end for bearing on the axis 34 parallel to the other deflections and rollers, such that that it is hanging and swinging.
  • the film forming the pocket 30 is larger than the direct connection between its ends, such that it rests on the circumference of the towel web located therein when the dispensing storage 15 is full and forms a loop on the back of the towel roll.
  • the towel web runs from the delivery store 15 on the underside of the portion of the pocket 30 adjacent to the front edge 31, so that the separating direction 29 acts simultaneously as a guide for the towel web.
  • the towel web 9 runs onto the circumference of the drive roller 20 and then onto the circumference of the deflection 18.

  • the arrangement is such that the slots 43 drop to the rear 19 of the housing 1 when the housing door 4 is open, so that in this case the counter-pressure roller 37 slides away under its weight from the conveyor roller 35, which is larger in diameter, and has a relatively wide gap Threading the towel web releases.
  • the slots 43 fall off towards the conveyor roller 35, so that the counter-pressure roller 37 abuts itself against the conveyor roller 35 under its weight and thereby presses the towel web against the conveyor roller 35 with a certain pressure.
  • the counter-pressure roller 37 is pressed onto the conveyor roller 35 not only by means of its own weight, but also with spring force.
  • the counter-suspension of the tension spring provided for this purpose is then expediently mounted in such a way that when the lower cover 4 is opened, the lay-on roller presses backwards and, when the cover is closed, the spring presses forward on the conveyor roller.

  • the pull-in device 36 lies above and thus in the direction of movement of the towel web after the friction inhibition 23, so that a certain tensioning of the towel to be pulled in also takes place during its operation.
  • a link 50 in the form of a cover plate is pivotally mounted about an axis parallel to the deflection 18 in the manner of a one-armed lever, which covers the drive roller 20 and the deflection 18 to the receiving memory 24 or to the dirt space 25.
  • This handlebar 50 has on its underside two sliding contacts 51 which are insulated from one another and spaced apart from one another and which are pressed against the deflection 18 under the weight of the handlebar 50.
  • the sliding contacts 51 run on the towel web, that is to say that they are insulated from one another and the associated circuit is interrupted. After the rear web end 49 has been pulled off the deflection 18, the sliding contacts 51 come into conductive connection with the deflection 18, as a result of which the associated circuit is closed. As a result, the electric motor 45 is put into operation with a predetermined time delay, as a result of which the rear web end 49 is drawn in through the bottom wall 22 and inserted into the pocket 30 which hangs downwards.
  • the handlebar 50 has on its upper side sliding knobs 52 which, when the storage memory 24 is almost full, on the circumference of the latter slide wound towel rail, whereby the winding roller presses the handlebar 50 and thus the sliding contacts 51 particularly securely against the deflection 18.
  • the counter-pressure roller 37a relative to the central axis of the dispensing storage 15a, can be pivoted by an arc angle of almost 60 ° between its two positions, so that the threading of the towel 21a is particularly simple.
