Abstract
La tête de forage par battage de déblaiement en ailes de moulin à vent et dotée de lames dures- avec des automates à bombardement de neutron ou d'ulta-sons ou à rayon laser- évacue les déblais par des étais sur la convoyeuse à bande. Des pompes aspirantes enlèvent l'eau ou les résidus de déblais. L'arbre primaire porté par 6 cylindres hydrauliques est commandé dans le boîtier de commande et de mesure- suspendu au milieu de l'arbre- par ordinateur, ultra-son, infrarouge, laser sur écran après présentation de cartes de mesure. Des pompes, des tuyaux, des buses et des appareils de soudage amènent sur le matériau fixe du matériau d'isolation et de consolidation par un anneau en acier doté de buses d'injection de matière synthétique intérieures et extérieures et de supports de raccordement pour matériaux de construction et monté sur l'arbre primaire avec une articulation sphérique, un palier et des ressorts qui se relâchent, ainsi que par un entonnoir en acier joint à celui-ci. Des cylindres montés sur fixation à ressort- fixés de leur côté sur les rails de l'anneau en acier dotés longitudinalement et transversalement d'articulations sphériques- compriment le matériau d'isolation et de consolidation jusqu'à son durcissement. Le fonctionnement de l'arbre primaire doté d'une tête de forage par battage de déblaiement est exécuté au moyen d'air comprimé, d'un moteur électrique ou d'un moteur à combustion. Le forage, l'évacuation des déblais, l'étayage et l'isolation du tunnel s'effectuent en une opération.
