Claims (9)

1. Porte repliable comportant des battants métalliques guidés sur une barre de protection et présentant des ouvertures pour le montage de vitres ou de pièces en tôle, dans laquelle les battants de porte (10, 12, 14, 16) sont composés de plaques de tôle (38, 46) sur le côté intérieur desquelles sont fixés des profilés métalliques (40, 42, 44), caractérisée en ce que les ouvertures pour le montage de vitres ou de pièces en tôle (36) sont réalisées par découpage des plaques de tôle; les profilés métalliques (40, 42, 44) sont fixés dans la zone des bandes transversales et longitudinales; des profilés d'insertion de vitres (50, 51) sont installés dans les ouvertures des plaques de tôle (38,46); les profilés d'insertion de vitres (50) sont réalisés en deux parties, une première partie (54) est emboîtée sur la plaque de tôle (38) et une deuxième partie (58) est fixée à la première partie (54) au moyen d'un logement encliquetable, une vitre ou pièce en tôle (60) étant serrée entre les deux parties, ou les profilés, d'insertion de vitres (51) sont enfichés sur la plaque de tôle (38) et un vitrage d'isolation (61) est placé dans une rainure en U ou une vitre simple ou d'isolation (60) est mise en place; et des lèvres d'étanchéité (62) sont formées sur les profilés d'insertion de vitres (50, 51) de manière à s'appliquer contre les profilés métalliques (40, 42).
2. Porte repliable selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les plaques de tôle (38, 46) sont composées de tôle d'acier, zinguée par bandes, d'une épaisseur allant de 2,5 à 3 mm, en ce que les profilés métalliques (40, 42, 44) sont des profilés en U ou en cornière composés de tôle d'acier zinguée par bandes et en ce que les profilés métalliques (40, 42, 44) sont reliés à la plaque de tôle (38, 46).
3. Porte repliable selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que les profilés métalliques (128) sont pourvus d'évidements (138, 140), en ce que ces évidements (138,140) ont une profondeur d'environ 5 mm, en ce que les évidements (138, 140) situés sur les branches se faisant face sont décalés d'un demi-rythme les uns par rapport aux autres dans le cas d'un profilé en U, et en ce que les profilés métalliques (128) sont pourvus d'une mousse isolante.
4. Porte repliable selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que des joints d'étanchéité profilés (66, 68, 192) sont emboîtés sur les bords latéraux, supérieurs et inférieurs des battants de porte (10, 12, 14, 16), en ce que le joint d'étanchéité profilé (66, 68) comporte un élément de serrage en matériau relativement dur ayant la forme d'un U en coupe transversale, en ce que les extrémités (70, 72) des branches sont composées d'un matériau relativement souple et en ce que des lèvres d'étanchéité (74, 76) en matériau relativement souple sont prévues dans la zone d'embase dudit élément de serrage.
5. Porte repliable selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu comme fermeture de porte actionnable au pied un dispositif de fermeture (232, 234) comportant une barre de verrouillage (202) commandée par ressort et guidée le long d'un battant de porte (10,16), une pédale (212) articulée sur le battant de porte et agissant sur la barre de verrouillage et une griffe d'encliquetage (206) fixée dans le seuil, en ce que la barre de verrouillage est reliée, au moyen d'une tige de rallonge (226), à un loquet (230) pouvant éventuellement se fermer, en ce que la pédale (212) comporte à une de ses extrémités une griffe agissant sur un tourillon (220) de la barre de verrouillage (202) et, à l'autre extrémité, un plan de marche (224), en ce que la pédale est articulée sur un palier (214) fixé à un des profilés métalliques (218), et en ce que la griffe d'encliquetage (206) est ouverte en direction des deux côtés et présente une face oblique (208) d'engagement vers le haut pour la barre de verrouillage (202).
6. Porte repliable selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que, pour ouvrir et pour fermer, un moteur (260) actionne une broche à billes (264, 312) au moyen d'un engrenage à vis sans fin (262).
7. Porte repliable selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu un ciseau de renversement (266) actionné par le moteur (260), des leviers (280, 282) sur les battants extérieurs (10, 16) et des tiges de raccordement (276, 278) entre le ciseau de renversement (266) et les leviers .(280, 282), ou en ce qu'il est prévu un ciseau repliable (300) entre le moteur (260) et les tiges (306, 308) articulées sur les leviers (280, 282) des battants de porte extérieurs (10, 16), en ce qu'un point fixe (314) du ciseau repliable peut, le cas échéant, est déplacé pour procéder à un réglage et en ce qu'un cylindre hydraulique à vapeur est disposé parallèlement à la broche à billes (264, 312).
8. Porte repliable selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu des cylindres de verrouillage pouvant être actionnés électriquement et en ce que le verrouillage peut être débloqué au moyen du poussoir de porte.
9. Porte repliable selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce que la porte préalablement montée sur rails peut être mise en place sur des pièces d'ancrage filetées fixées dans le béton ou sur des griffes fixées dans le mur.
