Abstract

Der spanlos geformte Offenend-Spinnrotor (1) weist an seinem offenen Rand (12) eine Verstärkung (14) auf. Diese ist als eine am Außenumfang des offenen Randes (12) vorgese­ hene Bördelung (14) ausgebildet. Bei der plastischen Verfor­ mung des Ausgangsmaterials in die endgültige Form des Spinnrotors (1) wird dessen Gleitwand (10) auf eine übermä­ ßige Länge gebracht. Anschließend an diese plastische Verformung wird der offene Rand (12) des Spinnrotors (1) durch Umbördeln verstärkt.
