Claims (1)

  1. 단조에 의해 바깥둘레부에 치형이 형성되는 겻으로 되는 큰지름부(S), 단조시의 가압 방향에 대향하는 단차면부(Sb)를 통하여 상기 큰지름부(Sa)에 연속하는 작은지름부(Sc)름 일체로 가지는 피니언 기어(2)의 성형방법에 있어서, 상기 피니언 기어(2)가 성형되는 소재(S)의 단차면부에 마무리 가공시의 절삭대(代)로되는 환형상의 블록부(Sd)를 형성한 후, 환형상 볼록부(Sd)를 금형으로 받도록 하여 큰지름부(Sa)에 단조에 의해 기어 이빨을 형성하고, 이어서 환형상 볼록부(Sd)의 바깥둘레로부터 절삭허여 단차면부(Sb)에 필요한 지름의 플랫 부위를 형성 하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 피니언 기어의 성형방법.
