Abstract

Cet appareil est du type de ceux comportant un mandrin entraîné par un tour et sur lequel une pièce métallique préformée est repoussée par un outil Ce mandrin est constitué en combinaison: - par un plateau de base 6 dont la forme et les dimensions sont identiques à celles de la base du corps à former, et qui, en coopérant avec un plateau 3 de forme complémentaire solidaire de la broche du tour 2, réalise l'entraînement en rotation du corps à fabriquer; - et par un corps 7 dont seule l'une des génératrices prolonge une génératrice du plateau de base 6, ce mandrin étant concentrique et monté libre en rotation sur un arbre 10 qui, excentré par rapport à la broche du tour, est porté par un support 9 solidaire de la contrepointe du tour et se termine par une embase 13 autour de laquelle le mandrin est libre en rotation et dans laquelle est aménagé un logement coaxial à la broche du tour et servant de palier de rotation 15 au plateau de base 6. Cet appareil convient à la fabrication d'articles métalliques tels que bouilloires, cafetières, théiéres, vases.
