Claims (5)

1. Dispositif d'agglomération, dans lequel des rouleaux presseurs (11), disposés de façon à pouvoir tourner librement sur une tête de maneton (13), roulent, sur une matrice (10), plane et perforée par rotation de la tête de maneton (13) par rapport à la matrice (10), caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'agglomération est constitué en deux étages, en ce que deux matrices (10, 20) sont disposées l'une au-dessus de l'autre, avec les rouleaux presseurs (11, 21) roulant sur elles, et en ce que la matrice supérieure (20) présente de grands trous de passage (22) pour obtenir des cordons agglomérés peu cohérents en matière prébroyée, et la matrice inférieure (10), de plus petits trous (12) de passage, lesquels correspondent aux dimensions et au compactage des agglomérés à fabriquer.
2. Dispositif d'agglomération selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que des rouleaux presseurs (21) cylindriques roulent sur la matrice supérieure (20), et des rouleaux presseurs coniques (11), sur la matrice inférieure (10).
3. Dispositif d'agglomération selon la revendication 1 ou 2, comprenant des maître-arbres pour entraîner une tête de maneton, caractérisé en ce que les têtes de maneton des deux groupes de rouleaux presseurs (11, 21) sont entraînés par le même maître-arbre (30).
4. Dispositif d'agglomération selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les rouleaux presseurs supérieurs et les rouleaux presseurs inférieurs (11, 21) peuvent être appuyés par des dispositifs respectifs contre les matrices correspondantes (10, 20).
5. Dispositif d'agglomération selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la matrice inférieure (10) est pourvue de dispositifs pour régler et maintenir une température de fonctionnement.
