Definitions

  • the invention relates to a shoe substructure, which forms a footbed from a plurality of superimposed and interconnected layers with a circumferentially raised edge, an elastic intermediate layer made of foamed elastic material and a cover layer arranged on a running layer and these layers into one Unit are connected.
  • a shoe substructure constructed in this way is known from DE-U-8126134; here the intermediate layer represents the lower shoe, which has a flat recess on its underside, into which the rubber outsole is glued.
  • This shoe substructure requires several work steps in its manufacture, namely that the foam plastic boot with the footbed and the recess must first be produced and then the outsole is glued into the recess.
  • the upper side of the lower shoe is covered by an insole as a cover layer.
  • the object of the invention is to improve a shoe base according to the type mentioned in that it is composed of layers in a special arrangement and shape, which allow simple and inexpensive manufacture in one operation and which the shoe base a wear-resistant design and give high running quality.
  • the running layer consists of rubber-bonded cork, has an almost flat running surface on the underside and forms the all-round raised edge which meets an edge of the top layer made of leather or the like on the upper side, the intermediate layer between the two Layers closed to the outside are bonded with these layers without adhesive.
  • the shoe substructure according to the invention is composed of three layers, which are connected to form a unit in terms of production and thus free of adhesives. These three layers are formed by a running layer made of rubber-bound cork, an elastic intermediate layer made of foamed material arranged thereon and a covering layer made of leather arranged thereon, the connection being made directly through the foamed intermediate layer without additional adhesives.
  • the running layer has a circumferential, raised edge, the upper edge of which meets the top layer.
  • the shoe substructure is simultaneously deformed into a footbed during its manufacture, so that pre-deformation is not necessary for the footbed bundle.
  • the heel-side tread edge is raised higher than the toe-side tread edge, so that the heel is completely enclosed, and instead of a point load, a distributed surface load is created with respect to the entire heel area.
  • the subject of the invention has a high utility value and a versatile application for the most diverse types of shoes.
  • the shoe substructure that is, the entire sole, according to the invention consists of three layers, namely a running layer 10 made of rubber-bound cork, an elastic intermediate layer 11 arranged thereon made of foamed (inflated) material and an outer layer 12 made of leather, synthetic leather or od. Like., These three layers 10, 11, 12 adhesive-free, and that are connected to each other in terms of manufacture to form a unit.
  • the running layer 10 on its underside, which forms the running surface, is at least almost flat in itself, and all three layers 10, 11, 12 together form on the upper side the footbed, which is recessed in the heel region 13a and in the toe region 13b and in between one arched upwards Has footrest 13c.
  • the running layer 10 has a circumferential edge 10a which is pulled upwards and which on the upper side with the edge 12a of the cover layer 12 and there both edges 10a, 12a are firmly connected to one another by the intermediate layer 11 embedded between the layers 10, 12.
  • the running layer 10 has a thickness in the heel and toe areas 13a, 13b which is less than the thickness of the intermediate layer 11, but greater than the thickness of the cover layer 12.
  • the height of the raised edge 10a of the running layer 10 is greater than the height of the arched footrest 13c.
  • the circumferential edge 10a of the running layer 10 is higher in the heel area 13a than in the toe area 13b and in the heel area 13a also higher than the footrest 13c.
  • the running layer edge 10a is higher than on the opposite longitudinal edge of the substructure and also projects in the area of the footrest 13a beyond it, so that the foot is firmly encircled by the edge 10a in connection with the covering layer edge 12a.
  • the arched footrest 13c is formed by material accumulation of the running layer 10 and, corresponding to this curvature 13c, the intermediate layer 11 and the cover layer 12 are arched while the thickness remains the same.
  • the elastic intermediate layer 11 is preferably made of rubber or a similar plastic.
  • the shoe substructure according to the invention is produced in molds in that the materials of the three layers 10, 11, 12 are introduced in precisely coordinated portions and corresponding layers. The individual layers are then connected by the action of pressure and heat, the shape of the substructure with footbed 13a, 13b, 13c and the adhesive-free connection of layers 10, 11, 12 being produced by the drivable, foamable intermediate layer 11.
  • This substructure can be used for a wide variety of shoes, sandals, slippers or the like, and the shoe upper 14 is fastened to the substructure in a suitable manner.
