Definitions
- the invention relates to a children's group seesaw, which consists of a plate mounted on several springs on a base construction and a fixed column connected to it, arranged perpendicular to it and provided with a device serving as a handle.
- the currently usual children's seesaws of this type consist of a small diameter plate that is only supported on three coil springs and can be used by three to four children at the same time. If such a plate is to be available to a larger group of children, for example ten or more children, a plate of substantially larger diameter must of course be provided. However, a seesaw of this size requires special storage.
- the object of the invention is to show a seesaw suitable for larger groups of children, and in particular the storage suitable for such a group of seesaws.
- the central column extends through the plate to the base construction and is pivotably connected to it on all sides.
- This central definition of the storage ensures that the plate cannot shift laterally even in the event of heavy and uneven loading in a manner that questions safety. This gives the possibility of significantly increasing the plate diameter, so that the seesaw can be used by a larger group of children at the same time without danger.
- 1 denotes the central column, which consists, for example, of a steel tube
- 2 denotes the annular handle attached to it.
- the plate 3 which is generally made of wood, is fastened to a support ring 5 which is firmly connected to the center column 1 by means of radial spokes 4 consisting of metal profiles, for example U-iron, and is formed from a metal profile, for example an angle or T-profile. Bracing serves to stiffen the spokes 4 gen 19, which are welded on the one hand on the downwardly extended center column and on the other hand on the support ring 5.
- the base structure similar to the supporting structure for the wooden plate 3, consists of the circular base ring 11 formed by a metal profile, and a steel body 17 arranged in the center thereof by means of metal spokes 14, for example made of flat iron Ground ring welded on ground anchor 13.
- the central column 1 extending through the plate 3 is extended downwards and provided at its end with a pin 16, for example welded into the tube forming the column 1, which ends with a ball 15, the diameter of which is larger than that of the pin 16.
- the ball 15 is mounted in a correspondingly shaped recess in the steel body 17.
- the recess is covered by a metal plate 18, advantageously a steel plate, which is screwed onto the steel body 17 and has a circular opening in the middle, the diameter of which is smaller than the ball diameter. Insert around the metal plate 18 To be able to, it has a slot extending from the recess to the edge, the width of which corresponds to the diameter of the pin 16 and allows passage.
- each other strong coil springs 8 acting as compression springs each with its upper end on the circular plate 6 attached to the support ring 5 and with its lower end attached to the circular one on the bottom ring 11 Support plate 12.
- the springs are not attached to the plates 6 and 12, but only used loosely, so that they are not used as tension springs when the rocker is actuated.
- the upper end of each spring 8 is located within a pipe socket 7 welded to the plate 6 as a guide, while a limiting element 10 of any shape limiting the rocking movement is fastened on the lower plate 12 and protrudes into the interior of the coil spring also serves as a guide.
- the limiting elements 10 are each provided with a buffer 9 made of rubber or another elastic material.
- the pipe sockets 7 are on the support ring 5 and the limiting elements 10 on the base ring 11.
- the reverse arrangement is also possible for this, that is to say the pipe sockets can be arranged on the base ring and the limit elements on the support ring.
- the springs are wholly or partially surrounded by a sheath made of flexible material which prevents human limbs from getting between the turns of the springs during the actuation of the rocker.

Abstract
Description
- Fig. 1 die Kindergruppenwippe im Vertikalschnitt und
- Fig. 2 in Draufsicht mit teilweise entfernter Platte.
