Description

Griffringlasche für Getränkedosenverschluß
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Griffringlasche für einen Getränkedosenverschluß mit einem einstückig einteiligen Verbindungsband der Ringlasche zur Ge¬ tränkedose.
Die auch nach dem Öffnen mit der Dose zusammenhängen¬ de Griffringlasche erweist sich als umweltfreundlich, da auf diese Weise ein Recycling auch der Griffring¬ lasche sichergestellt wird und insbesondere dann auch von der scharfkantigen Lasche ausgehende Verletzungen vermieden werden.
Mit der Dose bleibend verbundene Griffringlaschen sind beispielsweise aus der US-PS 3 908 856 bzw. aus der DE-OS 24 54 656 zu entnehmen» Hierbei wird die Verbin¬ dung allerdings über die Lasche herge.stellt , die mit dem Dosendeckel durch ein Verbindungsglied bleibend verbunden ist, das einerseits am Gehäusedeckel und andererseits an der Lasche befestigt ist. Eine gattungs¬ gemäße Griffringlasche ist der US-PS 3 373 895 zu ent¬ nehmen. Hierbei wird die bleibende Verbindung der Griff- ringlasche durch die sich endseitig nicht von der Dose lösende Lasche selbst bewirkt, wobei die Lasσhe in be¬ sonderer Weise geprägt ist und die Dose dann auch in besonderer Weise zu öffnen ist.
Erfindungsgemäß wird nunmehr eine Griffringlasche der eingangs umrissenen Gattung vorgeschlagen, die dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß das Verbindungsband aus der Blechscheibe des Ringinnenteils der Ringlasche spiral- förmig ausgestanzt ist.
Hierbei bedarf es einerseits keines zusätzlichen Ver¬ bindungsgliedes, die Verbindung wird vielmehr durch das sonst in Fortfall kommende, in besonderer Weise bearbeitete Innenteil des Griffringes hergestellt, andererseits bleibt der herkömmliche einfache Öffnungs¬ vorgang allein durch Hochreißen der den Verschluß bil¬ denden Lasche unbeeinträchtigt, die dann auch den Trinkvorgang nicht beeinträchtigt.
Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen.
In der Zeichnung ist die Erfindung anhand eines Aus¬ führungsbeispieles weitergehend erläutert. Es zeigen
Figur 1 eine Dose mit dem erfindungsge¬ mäß ausgestalteten Verschluß in schaubildlicher Darstellung, ver¬ schlossen,
Figur 2 eine der Figur 1 entsprechende Dar¬ stellung einer geöffneten Dose,
Figur 3 die Bestandteil des Verschlusses bil¬ dende Griffringlasche in Draufsicht in größerem Maßstab, und zwar als Rohling,
Figur 4 einen Vertikalschnitt durch den Dosen¬ deckel im Bereich des auf ihm aufliegen¬ den Griffringes.
In Figur 1 ist eine Getränkedose 11 dargestellt, die im Dosendeckel 111 mit einer durch eine Zuglasche 21 ver¬ schlossenen Öffnung 112 (Figur 2) versehen ist. An die Zuglasche 21 ist ein Griffring 22 angenietet (23), mit dem die Zuglasche 21 zum Öffnen der Dose 11 hochgerissen wir .
Die Griffringlasche 21 /22 ist bleibend verbunden mit der Dose 1.1 durch ein aus dem Innenteil des Griffringes 22 spiralförmig ausgestanztes Verbindungsband 221 , das vom Griffring 22 ausgehend (222) auf dem Dosendeckel 111 festgenietet ist (24), wozu das freie mit dem Dosendeckel 111 verbundene Ende des Bandes 221 als Scheibe 223 aus¬ gebildet ist.
In Figur 3 ist der Rohling des im Sinne der Erfindung ausgestalteten Griffringes 22 dargestellt, Hierbei sind mit 227 und 228 die äußere und die innere Börtelkante be-
OMPI zeichnet, die vor der Zuordnung des Griffringes 22 zum Dosendeckel 111 umgebörtelt werden.
Aus dieser Figur ist dann auch deutlich erkennbar, wie aus dem Innenteil des Griffringes 21 das Ver¬ bindungsband 211 spiralförmig in der Weise ausge¬ stanzt ist, daß bei 222 eine hinreichende Material¬ verbindung zum Griffring 22 erhalten bleibt- und daß das freie Ende des Bandes 211 in eine Scheibe 223 ausläuft. Die Scheibe 223 nimmt im Bereich der Vor¬ prägung 224 den Niet 24 auf, mit dem das Verbindungs¬ band 211 und damit dann auch der Griffring 22 am Dosendeckel 111 befestigt wird. Mit 226 ist der vor¬ geprägte Durchgang im Griffring 22 für die Verbin- düng des Griffrings 22 mit der Zuglasche 21 gekenn¬ zeichnet, was vorzugsweise ebenfalls durch Nietung erfolgt (23).
Mit dem Umbörteln der Innenkante 228 des Griffringes 22 geht in vorteilhafter Weise eine Verdrillung des
Verbindungsbandes 211 am Übergang vom Griffring 22 in das Band 211 einher.
Zweckmäßigerweise ist, wie das aus Figur 4 ersichtlich ist, im Dosendeckel 111 eine Senke 113 vorgesehen, in die sich das Innenteil (211) des Griffrings 22 bei noch verschlossener Dose 11 einfügt.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Griffringlasche für Getränkedosenverschluß mit einem einstückig einteiligen Verbindungsband der Ringlasche zur Getränkedose, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ver¬ bindungsband (221 ) aus der Blechscheibe des Ringinnen¬ teils der Ringlasche (22) spiralförmig ausgestanzt ist.
2. Griffringlasche für Getränkedosenverschluß nach An- spruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ende des
Verbindungsbandes (221 )t das mit dem Dosendeckel (111) in an sich bekannter Weise vernietet ist (24), als Scheibe (223) ausgebildet ist.
3. Griffringlasche für Getränkedosenverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spirale des Verbindungsbandes (221 ) in einer an sich bekannten, im Dosendeckel (111) eingeprägten Senke (113) eingebettet ist.
