Claims (7)

1. Emballage à partie boîte (10) et couvercle rabattable (11) raccordé à la précédente par un axe d'articulation (12) (ce qu'on appelle boîte à capuchon), contenant un groupe de cigarettes (16) ou l'analogue, enveloppées dans une pièce découpée intérieure, qu'on appelera ici flan (17), en particulier en feuille d'étain, les cigarettes (16) étant disposées dans la partie boîte à plat et parallèles au couvercle rabattable (11), caractérisé par le fait que la paroi supérieure (19), tournée vers le couvercle rabattable (11), du flan (17) présente une ouverture de prélèvement (30) formée par découpe (34), qui va jusqu'à un bord, tourné vers une extrémité des cigarettes (16), de la paroi supérieure (19), ouverture qui est recou- verte par une languette d'obturation (31) d'au moins la dimension de l'ouverture (30).
2. Emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la languette d'obturation (31) s'étend au-delà de l'ouverture de prélèvement (30) au moins dans la zone d'un bord transversal (dirigé transversalement aux cigarettes 16) de cette ouverture, et recouvre celle-ci par une bande de bord (32).
3. Emballage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que l'ouverture de prélèvement (30) et la languette d'obturation (31) s'étendent sur toute la largeur de la paroi supérieure (19) (rectangulaire).
4. Emballage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que des coupes latérales (découpe 34) pour délimiter la languette d'obturation (31) s'étendent jusqu'au voisinage d'une paroi frontale attenante à la paroi supérieure (19), en particulier sur toute la largeur et hauteur.
5. Emballage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par le fait que des languettes latérales longitudinales (24) adjacentes à la paroi supérieure (19), pour former des parois latérales (29), présentent dans la zone de l'ouverture de prélèvement (30) un raccourcissement de matière, en particulier un pliage en Z (36), en une largeur correspondant à la bande de bord (32) de la languette d'obturation (31).
6. Emballage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que le flan intérieur (17) est plié en U par une paroi frontale (20) continue sans pliage, sur la face d'extrémité, tournée vers l'ouverture de prélèvement (30), du groupe de cigarettes (16) et une paroi frontale opposée (28) est formée par des pattes de paroi frontale (22, 23) trapézoïdales, se recouvrant partiellement.
7. Emballage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé par le fait que, pour former l'ouverture de prélèvement (30) et la languette d'obturation (31), il est prévu dans le flan (17) une découpe en U dans la zone de la paroi supérieure (19), par ailleurs sans pli et continue.
