Claims (11)

1. Dispositif de serrage pour machine-outil, dont le socle d'appui (1) en fonction de la position prévue du bord de serrage (16) de la machine-outil est relié de façon détachable et déplaçable à une table de machine-outil (15) munie de rainures de retenue (15.1) ou à un coulisseau respectivement par 1 intermédiaire de moyens de liaison (8. 9. 10) et, après le préréglage de la hauteur de serrage du disppositif, en fonction de la cote d'épaisseur du bord de serrage (16) de la machine-outil, celui-ci peut être fixé par moyen hydraulique ou pneumatique (5), caractérisé en ce que,
le socle d'appui (1) est muni dans une zone périphérique (1.5) par rapport au bord de serrage de la machine-outil (16) d'une tête révolver (2) pouvant tourner autour d'une broche (3) fixée dans le socle d'appui (1), dans la périphérie ou périphérie partielle duquel sont formés des talons de serrage (2.1) répartis uniformément, respectivement agencés sur une hauteur uniforme de façon croissante, lesquels dans respectivement le réglage par rapport au bord de serrage de la machine-outil (16) fixés par des broches d'arrêt (4) agencées de façon élastiqus dans la tête révolver (2) dans une surface (1.2) du socle d'appui (1) surplombent le bord de serrage de la machine-outil (16),
en ce que sur le côté opposé à la zone périphérique (1.5) de la tête révolver (2) sur la socle d'appui (1) est agencé un vérin de compression (5) dont la tige de piston (5.1) est délimitée par une tête (5) formant un point d'appui,
en ce qu'une chape (1.4) est reliée avec le socle d'appui (1) entre la tête révolver (2) et le vérin de compression (5), laquelle chape forme un logement pour un axe de basculement (7) et un levier basculant (6) supporté par celui-ci, ce levier basculant reposant d'une part sur la tête (5.2) de la tige de piston (5.1) du vérin de compression (5) et d'autre part sur une partie périphérique (2.2) de la tête révolver (2) formant également un point d'appui.
2. Dispositif de serrage pour machine-outil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de liaison prévu entre le socle d'appui (1) du dispositif de serrage et la table de la machine-outil (15) comporté au moins une clavette de rainure en forme de T (15.1) ou dans le coulisseau de façon amovible et au moins une deuxième clavette en forme de T (10) agencée dans une rainure de retenue (1.8) en forme de T du socle d'appui (1) du dispositif de serrage, les clavettes de rainure en forme de T (8.10) étant reliées par un axe fileté (9).

Dispositif de serrage pour machine-outil selon la revendication 1 or 2, caractérzisé en ce que le socle d'appui (1) reçoit partiellement un support (11) dirigé dans sa zone périphérique (1.5) opposée au bord de serrage de la machine-outil (16) dans la zone marginale (1.6), parallèlement à la direction du levier basculant (6), autour duquel le socle d'appui (1) peut basculer sur le côté de serrage sur une faible hauteur de relevage jusqu'à environ 1 mm.
4. Dispositif de serrage pour machine-outil selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le support (11) est constitué par une tige ronde aplatie.
5. Dispositif de serrage pour machine-outil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la longueur partielle (6.1) en dircction du vérin de compression (5), du levier basculant (6) est plus longue et la longueur partielle (6.2) en direction de la tête révolver (2), du levier basculant (6) est de conception plus courte.

Dispositif de serrage pour machine-outil selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que, une position de hauteur insuffisante par rapport à l'épaisseur du bord de serrage (16) peut être prévue par l'agencement d'une semelle d'insertion (12) entre le socle d'appui (1) et la table de machine-outil (15) ou le coulisseau de machine-outil, et en ce que dans la semelle d'insertion sont prévues en agencement élastique des billes d'arrêt (13) qui correspondent aux évidements (1.7) prévus pour l'insertion des billes dans le socle d'appui.
7. Dispositif de serrage pour machine-outil selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'épaisseur des semelles d'insertion (12) est adaptée aux dimensions d'encliquetege du socle d'appui (1) dans son réglage supérieur et la semelle d'insertion est munie d'un pièce en T (12.1) correspondant à la rainure (1.8) du socle d'appui (1).

Dispositif de serrage pour machine-outil selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le logement de l'axe de basculement (7) du levier basculant (6) est réglable dans la chape (1.4), et en ce que la longueur du levier basculant (6) tient compte de la cote de réglabilité prédéterminée.

Dispositif de serrage pour machine-outil selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la rainure de retenue (1.8) en forme de T agencée dans le socle d'appui (1) présente une longueur telle que la clavette de rainure en forme de T (10) introduite ici, qui est reliée avec la clavette de rainure en forme de T (8) agencée dans la table de la machine-outil (15) ou avec le coulisseau, peut se déplacer dans sa demi- longeur jusqu'à l'axe géométrique vertical de l'axe de basculement (7).
