Claims (5)

1. Procédé de production d'un monofilament composite possédant une épaisseur de 11,1 à 111,1 tex, qui consiste à soumettre une résine de polyoléfine à bas point de fusion, présentant un point de fusion de 135°C, ou audessous, choisie parmi les homopolymères de l'éthylène, ou copolymères composés principalement d'éthylène, haute densité (HDPE), les homopolymères de l'éthyléne basse densité à chaîne linéaire (LLDPE), les homopolymères du propylène ou copolymères composés principalement de propylène, à bas point de fusion (PP), et les mélanges des polyères précités, et un homopolymère du propylène ou coplymère composé principalement de propylène, à point de fusion élevé, présentant un point de fusion de 150°C, ou audessus, à une filature composite du type gaine-et-âme, en utilisant la résine de polyoléfin à bas point de fusion, qui a été mentionée en premier lieu, comme composant de gaine, et l'homopolymère du propylène ou copymère composé orincipalement de propylène, à point de fusion élevé, qui a été mentionné en second lieu, comme composant d'âme, pour obtenir un monofilament non étiré, le rapport des indices de fluidité du composant formé par la résine de polyoléfine à bas point de fusion, mentionée en premier lieu, au composant formé par le polypropylène à point de fusion éléve, mentionné en second lieu, se situant dans la plage de 1,5 à 7, et le rapport de composite se situant dans la plage allant de 30:70 à 60:40, et à étirer e monofilament composite non étiré jusqu'à 6 à 9 fois sa longueur initiale.
2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la résine de polyoléfine à bas point de fusion et/ou le polypropylène à point de fusion éléve sont des homopolymères.
3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel le point de fusion de la résine de polyoléfine à bas point de fusion ert de 80°C, ou au-dessus.
4. Filet réalisé à partir du monofilament composite produit conformément à l'une des revendications 1, 2 ou 3.
5. Filet selon la revendication 4, dans lequel le filet est fabriqué par tissage ou tricotage du monofilament composite et, ensuite, par application d'un traitement thermique au produit en forme de filet.
