Claims (9)

1. Dispositif d'encrage pour le mécanisme d'encrage d'une machine d'impression, comportant plusieurs éléments d'encrage réglables indépendamment les uns des autres au moyen d'un mécanisme de réglage entraîné par un moteur de réglage électrique commandé à distance, qui sont munis d'une lame limitant l'application de l'encre sur un rouleau de l'encrier, dont la distance au rouleau de l'encrier varie sous l'effet du mouvement de réglage du moteur de réglage, caractérisé en ce que chaque élément d'encrage (4) peut, à sa position d'ajustage, être appuyé par la force d'un ressort (13) contre le rouleau de l'encrier (1) et être levé de ce rouleau par le mécanisme de réglage (18, 19, 20) en sens inverse de la force, et en ce que le mécanisme de réglage est appuyé sur l'élément d'encrage ou sur l'encrier (2) du mécanisme d'encrage par une paire de butées (17, 18) transmettant uniquement la force, qui forme un contact de mesure électrique pour la commande du moteur de réglage (21).
2. Dispositif d'encrage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la caractéristique de transmission du mécanisme de réglage (18, 19, 20) est linéaire.
3. Dispositif d'encrage selon la revendication 1 ou 2 comportant des éléments d'encrage mobiles dans le sens radial par rapport au rouleau de l'encrier, conçus sous forme de coulisseaux plats, caractérisé en ce que sur les coulisseaux (4) sont fixés, à une première distance du rouleau de l'encrier (1) un appui de ressort (15) et, à une seconde distance plus grande du rouleau de l'encrier, le mécanisme de réglage (18, 19), et en ce qu'entre appui de ressort et mécanisme de réglage est agencé un support (11) fixé sur l'encrier (2), qui présente, sur sa face située du côté du mécanisme de réglage, une butée (18) sous forme de contre-contact (17) pour une surface de contact du mécanisme de réglage et, sur sa face opposée, un logement (12) pour un ressort de pression (13) encastré entre appui de ressort et support.
4. Dispositif d'encrage selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le coulisseau (1) présente une ouverture médiane (9) par laquelle le support (11) passe.
5. Dispositif d'encrage selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que le contre-contact est constitué d'une plaque de contact (17) supportée par un isolateur (16) rigide.

Dispositif d'encrage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le mécanisme de réglage présente une broche filetée effectuant une rotation sous l'effet du moteur de réglage (21) et un écrou (19) vissé avec la broche filetée (18), verrouillé contre la rotation et pouvant être fixé sur l'élément d'encrage, la broche filetée pouvant, par une face frontale formant une surface de contact, s'appuyer contre une butée pouvant être reliée avec l'encrier (2), constituant un contre-contact.
7. Dispositif d'encrage selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la broche filetée (18) et l'écrou (19) sont tendus vis-à-vis l'un de l'autre par un ressort (22) dans le sens de transmission de la force.
8. Procédé pour le fonctionnement d'une machine d'impression équipée d'un dispositif d'encrage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'à chaque arrêt de la machine un nouveau réglage des éléments d'encrage (4) est effectué, la grandeur initiale de réglage des valeurs de réglage préalablement données étant déterminée à nouveau par l'approche des lames (6) des éléments d'encrage contre le rouleau de l'encrier (1).
9. Procédé pour le fonctionnement d'une machine d'impression équipée d'un dispositif d'encrage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que à certains intervalles de temps pendant le fonctionnement, les éléments d'encrage (4) l'un après l'autre s'appuient pendant un court instant par leur lame (6) contre le rouleau de l'encrier puis, en raison de la nouvelle grandeur initiale ainsi déterminée, sont réglés à nouveau à la distance préalablement donnée par rapport au rouleau de l'encrier.
