Abstract

Behälter für Schüttgut, bestehend aus einem Behälterrumpf (1) mit eckigem Querschnitt, einem Bodenteil und einem Deckel (3), wobei sowohl der Rumpf (1) als auch der Bodenteil aus Pappe bestehen. Der obere, den Deckel (3) aufnehmende Rumpfrand (2) ist nach innen umgebördelt. Der Deckel (3) besitzt einen im Querschnitt U-förmigen mittieren Teil (4) und einen nach außen umgebogenen Randteil (5), der in die vom oberen, nach innen umgebördelten Rumpfrand gebildete Behältröffnung einpreßbar ist. Der Randteil (5) des Deckels kommt auf dem nach innen umgebördelten Rumpfrand zu liegen und bildet eine Einschubbegrenzung. Der gleichfalls aus Pappe gebildete Deckel (3) ist entlang einer der geraden Behälterseiten (6) mit seinem Randteil (5) an dem Behälterrumpf (1) angeklebt. Zwischen dem Randteil (5) und dem U-förmigen mittleren Teil (4) ist der Deckel mit einem Scharnier (10) ausgebildet (Figur 1).

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Behälter für Schüttgut, insbesondere für pulverförmige Waschmittel, bestehend aus einem Behälterrumpf mit eckigem, insbsondere viereckigem Querschnitt, einem mit dem Rumpf verbundenen Bodenteil und einem Deckel, wobei sowohl der Rumpf als auch der Bodenteil aus Pappe, wie Graupappe, Karton oder Wellpappe, bestehen, der obere den Deckel aufnehmende Rumpfrand nach innen umgebördelt ist und der Deckel einen im Querschnitt im wesentlichen U-förmigen mittleren Teil und einen nach außen umgebogenen Randteil besitzt und in die vom oberen, nach innen umgebördelten Rumpfrand gebildete Behälteröffnung einpreßbar ist, wobei der nach außen umgebogene Randteil des Deckels zumindest teilweise auf dem nach innen umgebördelten Rumpfrand zu liegen kommt und eine Einschubbegrenzung bildet.
  • Bei den bekannten Behältern dieser Art, wie sie derzeit als Behälter für pulverförmige Waschmittel verwendet werden, ist der Behälterdeckel ein loser Deckel aus Kunststoff. Ein solcher loser Deckel, wie er im übrigen auch bei zylindrischen Waschmittelbehältern den sog. Waschmitteltrommeln, verwendet wird, hat sich bereits seit langem als nachteilig herausgestellt, da am Ort der Verwendung, wie z.B. in einer Küche oder einem Badezimmer oft sehr gedrängte Platzverhältnisse mit geringer Ablagefläche herrschen. Desweiteren ist es meist schwierig, einen solchen losen Deckel in den Behälter einzusetzen, da hierzu eine genau deckungsgleiche Anordnung notwendig ist. Es wäre daher wünschenswert, wenn einerseits der Deckel mit dem Behälterrumpf verbunden wäre, um nicht abgelegt werden zu müssen, und anderseits die Verbindung zwischen Deckel und Rumpf eine deckungsgleiche Anordnung derselben beim Schließen des Behälters gewährleisten würde. Es versteht sich, daß dies mit äußerst einfachen und billigen Mitteln realisiert werden müßte, um angesichts des äußerst harten Konkurrenzkampfes auf dem Waschmittelsektor den Behälter nicht oder kaum zu verteuern.
  • Die Erfindung löst diese Aufgabe ausgehend von einem Behälter der eingangs beschriebenen Art dadurch, daß der vorzugsweise ebenso aus Pappe gebildete Deckel entlang einer der geraden Behälterseiten mit seinem nach außen umgebogenen Randteil an dem Behälterrumpf angeklebt ist und in dem Randteil oder im Übergangsbereich zwischen dem U-förmigen mittleren Teil und dem Randteil mit einem Scharnier ausgebildet ist. Dank dieser Ausbildung ist der Behälter durch einfaches Verschwenken des mit dem Behälterrumpf nicht verbundenen Deckelabschnittes um das Scharnier, das, wie an sich bekannt, in einfachster Weise durch eine Materialschwächung, wie z.B. eine Perforations- oder Kerblinie gebildet sein kann, öffen- und schließbar, bleibt mit dem Behälterrumpf ständig verbunden und gewährleistet ein lagerichtiges Einsetzen des Deckels beim Schließen des Behälters. Besteht der Deckel gemäß der bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung ebenso wie der übrige Behälter aus Pappe, so kann der Gestehungspreis des erfindungsgemäßgen Behälters gegenüber jenem des bekannten Dehälters mit losem Kunstoffdeckel, der noch verhältnismäßig aufwendig ist, sogar gesenkt werden.
  • Bei einem Behälter mit einem oberen Rumpfrand und einem entsprechend gekrümmten Deckelrandteil ist in der bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung die Anordnung so getroffen, daß das Scharnier im wesentlichen im Scheitelpunkt der Krümmung angeordnet ist und der Randteil des Deckels an den beiden an die das Scharnier aufweisende Deckelseite anschließenden Deckelseiten bis zum Scheitelpunkt der Krümmung reicht.
  • In der Zeichnung ist die Erfindung anhand eines Ausführungsbeispieles näher erläutert. Es zeigen: Fig. 1 den oberen Teil eines erfindungsgemäßen Behälters im Vertikalschnitt nach der Linie I-I in Fig. 2 und Fig. 2 den Behälter nach Fig. 1 in Draufsicht.
  • Der dargestellte Behälter besteht aus einem im Querschnitt rechteckigen Rumpf 1 und einem mit dem Rumpf verbundenen (nicht dargestellten) Bodenteil. Der obere Rand 2 des Rumpfes 1 ist in bekannter Weise nach innen umgebördelt. Der Deckel 3, der zweckmäßig wie der Rumpf 1 und der Bodenteil aus Pappe, wie Graupappe, Karton oder Wellpappe, besteht, weist einen im wesentlichen U-förmigen mittleren Teil 4 und einen nach außen umgebogenen Randteil 5 auf, dessen Krümmung an der Schmalseite 6 und den Breitseiten 7 und 8 des Behälters der Krümmung des oberen Rumpfrandes 2 angepaßt ist. Aus Fig. 2 geht hervor, daß dieser Randteil 5 an den Breitseiten 7 und 8 des Behälters lediglich bis zum Scheitel der Krümmung des oberen Rumpfrandes 2 reicht, während er an der Schmalseite 6 den gesamten oberen Rumpfrand überdeckt.
  • Wie insbesondere aus Fig. 1 ersichtlich ist, ist an der Schmalseite 6 des Behälters der nach außen umgebogene Randteil 5 in seinem äußeren Bereich bei 9 an dem oberen Rumpfrand 2 angeklebt und neben der Klebestelle 9 im Scheitel der Krümmung mit einem Scharnier 10 in Form einer Schwächungslinie, wie Perforations- oder Kerblinie, versehen, mittels welchem der nicht mit dem Rumpf 1 verbundene Deckelabschnitt gegenüber dem Rumpf zum Öffnen und Schließen des Behälters verschwenkbar ist. Im Bereich der der Schmalseite 6 des Behälters gegenüberliegenden Schmalseite 11 ist lediglich der innere Abschnitt des Randteiles 5 des Deckels 3 der Krümmung des oberen Rumpfrandes 2 angepaßt, während der äußere Abschnitt von letzterem etwas abgehoben ist. Dadurch wird in bekannter Weise eine Griffflasche 12 für das Öffnen und Schließen des Behälters gebildet.
  • Als sog. Garantieverschluß kann der Deckel, wie aus Fig. 2 zu ersehen, anfänglich auch im Bereich der Behälterseiten 7, 8 und 11 mit seinem nach außen umgebogenen Randteil 5 durch einige wenige punktförmige bzw. linienförmige Klebestellen 13 mit dem Rumpf 1 verbunden sein. Derartige punktförmige und linienförmige Klebeverbindungen sind beim erstmaligen Öffnen des Behälters leicht zu lösen.
  • Es versteht sich, daß das Scharnier 6 nicht unbedingt im Scheitel der Krümmung des oberen Rumpfrandes 2 liegen muß, sondern auch tiefer angeordnet sein könnte. Hierzu wäre es jedoch erforderlich, daß der Randabschnitt 5 des Deckels an den Breitseiten 7 und 8 des Behälters maximal in Höhe des Scharniers endet.
  • Bei einem Behälter mit im wesentlichen rechtwinkeliger Umbördelung des oberen Rumpfrandes 2 kann das Scharnier zweckmäßig direkt an der Übergangsstelle zwischen dem U- förmigen mittleren Teil 4 und dem in diesem Fall eben ausgebildeten Randteil 5 des Deckels angeordnet werden.

Claims (6)

1. Behälter für Schüttgut, insbesondere für pulverförmige Waschmittel, bestehend aus einem Behälterrumpf mit eckigem, insbesondere viereckigem Querschnitt, einem mit dem Rumpf verbundenen Bodenteil und einem Deckel, wobei sowohl der Rumpf als auch der Bodenteil aus Pappe, wie Graupappe, Karton oder Wellpappe, bestehen, der obere, den Deckel aufnehmende Rumpfrand nach innen umgebördelt ist und der Deckel einen im Querschnitt im wesentlichen U-förmigen mittleren Teil und einen nach außen umgebogenen Randteil besitzt und in die vom oberen, nach innen umgebördelten Rumpfrand gebildete Behälteröffnung einpreßbar ist, wobei der nach außen umgebogene Randteil des Deckels zumindest teilweise auf dem nach innen umgebördelten Rumpfrand zu liegen kommt und eine Einschubbegrenzung bildet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der vorzugsweise ebenso aus Pappe gebildete Deckel (3) entlang einer der geraden Behälterseiten (6) mit seinem nach außen umgebogenen Randteil (5) an dem Behälterrumpf (1) angeklebt ist und in dem Randteil (5) oder Ubergangsbereich zwischen dem U-förmigen mittleren Teil (4) und dem Randteil (5) mit einem Scharnier (10) ausgebildet ist.
2. Behälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Scharnier (10) in an sich bekannter Weise durch eine Materialschwächung, wie z.B. eine Perforationslinie oder Kerblinie, gebildet ist.

Behälter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, mit einem gekrümmten oberen Rumpfrand und einem entsprechend gekrümmten Deckelrandteil, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Scharnier (6) im wesentlichen im Scheitelpunkt der Krümmung angeordnet ist und der Randteil (5) des Deckels (3) an den beiden an die das Scharnier (6) aufweisende Deckelseite anschließenden Deckelseiten bis zum Scheitelpunkt der Krümmung reicht.
4. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, mit rechteckigem Querschnitt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannte gerade Behälterseite (6) eine der Schmalseiten des Behälters ist.
5. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, bei dem der Deckel an seinem Randteil mit einer Griffflasche, beispielsweise in Form eines vom Behälterrumpf abstehenden Randteilabschnittes, versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Griffflasche (12) der mit dem Behälterrumpf (1) verbundenen Deckelseite gegenüberliegend angeordnet ist.
6. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als sog.
