Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Deckel mit Kindersicherung.
  • Derartige Deckel werden als Verschlüsse für Behältnisse von Haushaltschemikalien benötigt.
  • Insbesondere betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung Deckel für kasten- und trommelartige Behälter mit Randverstärkung, insbesondere mit eingerolltem bzw. eingebördeltem Rand, nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1.
  • Ein derartiger Deckel ist z.B. in dem DE-U 8110351 beschrieben. Dieser Deckel weist einen äusseren über der Randverstärkung der Trommel liegenden Rand mit zwei federnd angeordneten Riegeln auf. Diese Riegel sind Haken, die die Randverstärkung hintergreifen. Ausserdem haben die Riegel einen Abstand voneinander, der die Spannweite einer Kinderhand überragt. Die Riegel sind dabei konstruktionsbedingt derart ausgelegt, dass entweder nur sehr tiefe, in den Deckel hineinragende Schnitte eine befriedigende Beweglichkeit der betätigbaren Riegel gewährleisten, was unter Umständen ein unvollkommenes Schliessen hervorruft, oder bei der dort ebenfalls vorgesehenen Lösung einer radialen Betätigung der Riegel um eine senkrechte Drehachse ein Verhaken beim Öffnen nicht mit Sicherheit vermieden werden kann. In jedem Falle ist die Stabilität dieser Deckel nicht befriedigend.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, einen Deckel mit Kindersicherung anzugeben, der eine bessere Stabilität aufweist, gut schliesst und dabei nicht verhakt und leicht herzustellen ist.
  • Die Aufgabe wird durch die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 gelöst. Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen sind den Unteransprüchen zu entnehmen.
  • Beim erfindungsgemässen Deckel sind drei senkrechte, in das Behälterinnere ragende, im Randbereich liegende und konzentrisch zueinander angeordnete Ringe vorhanden, die vom Randbereich überdeckt werden. Zwischen äusserem und etwa mittlerem Ring befindet sich eine Vertiefung, die als Stapelrang wirkt. Der innere Ring schliesst oben an den Randbereich an und ist fussseitig mit der inneren Abdeckung des Deckels verbunden. An die mittleren Ringe sind die Riegel angeformt, über deren Haken in der Stapelvertiefung Durchbrüche vorgesehen sind. Die Riegel können den mittleren Ring überragen. Neben den Durchbrüchen befinden sich Stege. Bei dieser Anordnung genügen Einschnitte in den Randbereich lediglich bis zum inneren Ring, um einwandfrei betätigbare Riegel zu erzeugen, die die Stabilität des Deckels nicht nachteilig beeinflussen.
  • Gleichzeitig ergibt sich ein weiterer Vorteil, der in der einfachen Herstellung begründet ist.
  • Bei dem erfindungsgemässen Deckel fehlen Hinterschneidungen, weswegen einfache Werkzeuge genügen, die wiederum eine gute Entformbarkeit gewährleisten.
  • Gleichzeitig ist eine Sichtkontrolle über das vollständige Verriegeln durch die Durchbrüche des Stapelrandes hindurch möglich.
  • Den Riegeln gegenüberliegend kann sich ein Hakenelement befinden, das auch federnd ausgestaltet sein kann. Dazu genügen Einschnitte in den mittleren Ring. Auch über diesem Haken ist ein Durchbruch in der Stapelvertiefung vorgesehen.
  • Eine straffe Federwirkung ergibt sich erfindungsgemäss dadurch, dass die Einschnitte in den Randbereich am inneren Ring enden. Die zum Öffnen des Riegels erforderliche Kraft verteilt sich so über einen Bereich des Ringes, der die Breite des Riegels übersteigt. Damit wird jedoch auch der vertiefte innere Teil des Deckels, die innere Abdeckung in die Federung miteinbezogen. Um den dabei auftretenden Knickwiderstand zu überbrücken, wird erfindungsgemäss vorgeschlagen, die Abdeckung gewölbt auszubilden.
  • Weiterhin wird vorgeschlagen, den mittleren Ring bis zur Einrollung des Behälters hinabzuziehen, bzw. die Riegel und das Hakenelement den mittleren Ring um das Mass des Hakens überragen zu lassen.
  • Der innere Ring erfüllt erfindungsgemäss zwei Funktionen. Zum einen bewirkt er eine gewünschte straffe Federwirkung für die Betätigung der Riegel, zum anderen bildet er auch ein gutes Widerlager für den Daumen des Benutzers, wobei die übrigen Finger aussen auf den geschlitzten Bereich des äusseren Ringes drücken.
  • Um diese Funktion zu erfüllen, liegt es auch im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung, anstelle des inneren Ringes lediglich den Riegeln gegenüberliegend Ringsegmente anzuordnen, die Teile von Griffmulden sind. Die restliche innere Abdeckung ist dabei nicht vertieft ausgebildet, sondern höhengleich mit dem Randbereich.
  • Der erfindungsgemässe Deckel zeichnet sich durch hohe Stabilität, gute Handhabbarkeit und leichte Herstellbarkeit aus.
  • Nachstehend wird die Erfindung anhand eines Ausführungsbeispiels unter Bezug auf Zeichnungen näher erläutert.
  • Es zeigt:

    • Fig. 3 den Deckel von unten.
  • Der Deckel weist drei konzentrisch zueinander angeordnete senkrechte Ringe 1, 2, 3 auf, die den äusseren Rahmen des Deckels bilden. An den inneren Ring 1 schliesst sich zur Mitte die innere Abdeckung 6 an. In Fig. 2 ist zu erkennen, dass sie nach oben gewölbt ausgebildet ist.
  • An den inneren Ring 1 schliesst sich oben ein Randbereich 4 an, der bis zum äusseren Ring 3 reicht. Zwischen dem inneren 1 und dem äusseren Ring 3 befindet sich der mittlere Ring 2, wobei dessen Abstand vom äusseren Ring 3 der Einrollung 13 bzw. Randverstärkung der Behälter entspricht. Der Randbereich 4 weist eine äussere als Stapelvertiefung 5 dienende Vertiefung auf, die an den äusseren Ring 3 anschliesst. Ihre Tiefe und Breite richtet sich nach der unteren Einrollung 14 (Fig. 2) bzw. Randverstärkung des jeweiligen Behältnisses.
  • Der äussere Ring 3 schliesst bündig mit der Behälteraussenwand ab, er kann somit unschwer durch ein Klebeband gesichert werden.
  • Der mittlere Ring 2 überragt den äusseren Ring 3 nach unten in das Behältnis hinein mindestens um das Mass der Höhe der Einrollung 13.
  • Die Riegel 7 (vorzugsweise zwei) und das Hakenelement 12 sind in gleichen oder ungleichen Abständen am Deckelrand angeordnet. Wichtig ist dabei, dass der Abstand der Riegel voneinander grösser ist als die Spannweite einer Kinderhand.
  • Die Riegel 7 und das Hakenelement 12 sind an den mittleren Ring 2 angeformt, sie überragen den Ring um das Mass der Haken 9 derart, dass in verschlossenem Zustand die Haken 9 die Einrollung 13 untergreifen.
  • Über den Haken 9 befinden sich als Kontrollfenster Durchbrüche 10, die gleichzeitig Hinterschneidungen vermeiden. Seitlich neben den Durchbrüchen sind Stege 11 angeordnet, die sich auf der Einrollung 13 abstützen. Die Riegel 7 können dabei durch Einschnitte 8 in den Randbereich 4 des Deckels hergestellt werden.
  • Die Schnitte 8 verlaufen dabei durch die Ringe 3 und 2 bis an die Grenze zwischen dem Randbereich 4 und dem inneren Ring 1. Die Stege 11 können dabei vorzugsweise mitdurchgetrennt und geteilt werden. Sie können aber auch, wie aus Fig. 3 ersichtlich, neben den Stegen verlaufen. Weiterhin können zusätzliche Stege über den Umfang des Deckels verteilt werden, um die Auflagefläche auf der Einrollung 13 zu vergrössern.
  • Die innere Abdeckung 6 des Deckels kann jedoch auch höhengleich mit dem Rand 4 ausgebildet sein. Anstelle des inneren Ringes 1 sind dann Griffmulden erforderlich, die den Riegeln 7 gegenüberliegen.

Claims (5)

1. Deckel mit Kindersicherung für kasten- oder trommelartige Behälter mit Randverstärkung, insbesondere mit eingebördeltem Rand (13), mit einer inneren Abdeckung (6), wobei der Deckel einen äusseren, über der Randverstärkung liegenden Rand aufweist mit zwei federnd angeordneten, von aussen betätigbaren, die Randverstärkung unter- und hintergreifenden, hakenförmigen Riegeln (7), deren Betätigungselemente einen gegenseitigen Abstand haben, der grösser ist als die Spannweite einer Kinderhand und denen gegenüberliegend mindestens ein von aussen nicht betätigbares Hakenelement (12) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel einen drei senkrechte in das Behälterinnere ragende und konzentrisch zueinander angeordnete Ringe (1, 2, 3) aufweisenden erhabenen Randbereich (4) mit einer äusseren Stapelvertiefung (5) aufweist, die im wesentlichen zwisehen dem äusseren (3) und mittleren (2) Ring liegt, wobei der innere Ring (1) mit der inneren Abdeckung (6) verbunden ist, und der äussere Ring (3) den Rand bildet, der mittlere Ring (2) etwa um das Mass der Randverstärkung den äusseren Ring (3) überragt, die Riegel (7) durch Einschnitte (8) in den mittleren Ring (2) und angeformte Haken (9) gebildet sind, über denen in der Stapelvertiefung (5) Durchbrüche (10) mit seitlichen Stegen (11) angeordnet sind, und wobei die Einschnitte (8) durch den äusseren Ring (3) und gegebenenfalls die Stege (11) bis in den Randbereich (4) etwa an den inneren Ring (1) grenzend geführt sind.
2. Deckel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das den Riegeln (7) gegenüberliegende Hakenelement (12) die Gestalt der Riegel (7) aufweist und Einschnitte in den mittleren Ring (2) bis in den Bereich der Stege (11) besitzt.
3. Deckel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckung (6) gewölbt ausgebildet ist.
4. Deckel nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Riegel (7) und das Hakenelement (12) den mittleren Ring (2) nach unten um das Mass des Hakens (9) überragen.
5. Deckel nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die innere Abdeckung (6) höhengleich mit dem Randbereich (4) ausgebildet ist und den Riegeln (7) zugeordnete Griffmulden aufweist.
