Claims (2)

1. Procédé pour la fabrication de bandes à maillons de fil, en fil de matière plastique, pour machines à papier, dans lequel des hélices de fils (1, 2) dont le pas tourne alternativement à gauche et à droite, sont poussés l'un dans l'autre par le côté et par là des passages tubulaires (13, 14) sont formés par les arceaux avant réciproquement encastrés de façon étroite, des spires de fil (1, 2) voisines dans lesquels sont introduits des fils de liaison (8) en matière plastique, caractérisé par le fait que les fils (8) de liaison sont thermofixés avant l'enfilage dans les passages (13, 14) et on enfile dans une seule opération un fil de liaison (8) dans chacun d'au moins deux passages voisins (13, 14).
2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les hélices de fil (1, 2) sont étirées pendant l'introduction des fils (8) de liaison de façon telle qu'elles peuvent présenter pendant une courte durée un pas plus grand que le double du diamètre du fil.
