Claims (4)

1. Dispositif d'hydroformage d'une ébauche tubulaire comportant
- une matrice (12) dans laquelle est placée l'ébauche (13);
- un outil de travail (6) comportant une rainure annulaire continue (9) qui forme un volume de formage fermé avec l'ébauche (13), un perçage de fond central (7) qui communique avec une chambre de compression (2) par une liaison sous pression; et
- des canaux radiaux (8) qui s'étendent du perçage de fond central (7) jusque dans la rainure annulaire (9);
- un cylindre d'alimentation (1) dans lequel est formée la chambre de compression (2) qui est limitée par un piston (5) relié à l'outil de travail (6); et
- un piston plongeur (14) agissant sur le fluide hydraulique sous pression dans la chambre de compression (2), ce piston plongeur étant relié à un transmetteur d'impulsions (15).
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les canaux radiaux (8) de l'outil de travail (6) sont pourvus d'organes d'étranglement (17).
3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le piston plongeur (14) et le transmetteur d'impulsions (15) sont intégrés dans le piston (5) du cylindre d'alimentation (1).
4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre d'alimentation (1) est monté sur la partie mobile d'une presse (11).
