Abstract

Um das Nachfüllen von fließfähigem Toner in einen Tonerbehälter eines Druck- oder Kopiergerätes zu erleichtern, wird ein Toner-Nachfüllbehälter (16) verwendet, der ein Mundstück (20) aufweist, dessen Öffnung durch eine Folie (5) verschlossen ist, die sich durch einen Auf- bzw. Abreißstrang (6) vom Mundstückrand (7) entfernen läßt, nachdem ein Kupplungsring (17) des Toner-Nachfüllbehälters (16) in den Einfüllstutzen (22) eines Tonerbehälters (23) eingeführt ist. Der Auf- bzw. Abreißstrang (6) ist dabei vom Innern des Tonerbehälters (23) durch einen Führungskanal (18) nach außen geführt.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Toner-Nachfüllbehälter für Kopier- und Druckgeräte mit einem in einen Einfüllstutzen des jeweiligen Gerätes einführbaren, einen Verschluß aufweisenden Mundstück.
  • Bekannt ist ein Nachfüllbehälter der vorstehenden Art, bei dem das von Nachfüllpatronen für andere Zwecke, d.h. beispielsweise von Nachfüllpatronen für Füllhalter, bekannte Prinzip angewendet wird, wonach durch einen geräteseitigen Dorn eine nachfüllpatronenseitige Membran zerstört oder aus ihrer Verschlußstellung bewegt wird. Der Nachteil eines solchen Nachfüllbehälters besteht darin, daß entweder die geräteseitigen Tonerbehälter umgerüstet werden müssen oder aber daß die Verwendung eines besonderen den zum Öffnen des Nachfüllbehälters dienenden Dorn aufweisenden Zwischenstückes unumgänglich ist.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen besonders einfachen Toner-Nachfüllbehälter zu schaffen,der ohne Zwischenstück direkt in den Einfüllstutzen bekannter Kopier- und Druckgeräte einführbar ist und der sich trotzdem bequem handhaben läßt.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß der Verschluß aus einer auf- bzw. abreißbaren Folie besteht, die mit mindestens einem Auf- bzw. Abreißstrang verbunden ist, der bei in den Einfüllstutzen ragendem Mundstück an letzterem entlang aus dem, Einfüllstutzen herausgeführt und außerhalb desselben betätigbar ist.
  • Der erfindungsgemässe Toner-Nachfüllbehälter bietet den Vorteil, daß er sich nach dem Füllen durch besonders wirtschaftliche Art und Weise, nämlich durch Heißversiegeln, schliessen läßt. Seine Handhabung ist einfach und die Verwendung besonderer Einfüllstutzen oder Zwischenelemente erübrigt sich. Die Verschmutzungsgefahr für die Bedienungsperson ist insbesondere gegenüber Lösungen, bei denen Zwischenstücke verwendet werden müssen, erheblich reduziert.
  • Die Erfindung wird im folgenden anhand der beigefügten Zeichnung näher erläutert. Es zeigen:
    • Figur 1 die perspektivische Ansicht eines ersten Toner-Nachfüllbehälters,
    • Figur 2 die perspektivische Ansicht eines zweiten Toner-Nachfüllbehälters und
    • Figur 3 einen Schnitt durch einen in den Einfüllstutzen eines Kopier- oder Druckgerätes eingeführten Mundstückes eines Toner-Nachfüllbehälters.
  • In Figur 1 ist 1 ein Toner-Nachfüllbehälter, der einen Kupplungsring 2 und ein sich hieran anschliessendes Mundstück 3 aufweist. Die Öffnung 4 des Mundstückes 3 ist im Falle der Figur 1 lediglich noch partiell durch eine Folie 5 abgedeckt, die mit einem Auf- bzw. Ab-reißstrang 6 in Verbindung steht, der es gestattet, die Folie 5 vom Mundstückrand 7 des Mundstückes 3 abzuziehen. Im Bereich des Kupplungsringes passiert der Auf- bzw. Abreißstrang 6 einen Führungskanal 8. Am Ende des Auf- bzw. Abreißstranges ist eine Zugöse 9 angeordnet. 10 ist der Kupplungssteg, der eine Bajonettverschlußverbindung des Kupplungsringes mit einem entsprechend ausgebildeten Einfüllstutzen eines Druck-oder Kopiergerätes gestattet.
  • Bei dem Toner-Nachfüllbehälter 11 gemäss Figur 2 umschließt ein Kupplungsring 12 kragenartig ein Mundstück 13. Der auch hier mit 6 bezeichnete Auf- bzw. Abreißstrang passiert zunächst einen Spalt 14 zwischen dem Kupplungsring 12 und dem Mundstück 13 und gelangt anschliessend durch einen Führungskanal 15 nach außen.
  • Einen Toner-Nachfüllbehälter 16 mit einem sich durch einen Kupplungsring 17 und einen Teil der sich an diesen anschliessenden Wand erstreckenden Führungskanal 18 zeigt die Figur 3. Man erkennt, daß durch Betätigen des Auf- bzw. Abreißstranges 6 in Richtung des Pfeiles 19 die Folie 5 ohne Schwierigkeiten vom Rand 7 des Mundstückes 20 abgezogen werden kann. Um das Abziehen zu erleichtern, nimmt der Mundstückrand 7 gegenüber der Längsachse des Toner-Nachfüllbehälters 16 einen-Winkel d ein. Es ist möglich, daß der Mundstückrand 7 statt von Teilen einer schiefen Ebene von Teilen einer gekrümmten Fläche gebildet wird. Durch eine geeignete Formgebung des Mundstückrandes läßt sich die Leichtigkeit des Abziehens der Folie 5 beeinflussen.
  • Wie man aus Figur 3 erkennt, ist der Kupplungsring 17 unmittelbar in den Einfüllstutzen 22 des Tonerbehälters 23 eines Druckgerätes eingeführt.

Claims (7)

1. Toner-Nachfüllbehälter für Kopier- und Druckgeräte mit einem in einen Einfüllstutzen des jeweiligen Gerätes einführbaren, einen Verschluß aufweisenden Mundstück,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Verschluß aus einer auf- bzw. abreißbaren Folie (5) besteht, die mit mindestens einem Auf- bzw. Abreißstrang (6) verbunden ist, der bei in den Einfüllstutzen (22) ragendem Mundstück (3;13;20) an letzterem entlang aus dem Einfüllstutzen (22) heraus geführt und außerhalb desselben betätigbar ist.
2. Toner-Nachfüllbehälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der die Öffnung des Mundstückes (20) begrenzende Mundstückrand (7) im wesentlichen schräg zur Längsachse (21) des Mundstückes (20) verläuft.
3. Toner-Nachfüllbehälter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Schräge des Mundstückrandes (7) mindestens 45° beträgt.
4. Toner-Nachfüllbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Mundstück (3;13;20) über einen Kupplungsring (2;12;17) vorsteht, der zum Kuppeln des Nachfüllbehälters (1;11;16) mit dem Einfüllstutzen (22) dient.
5. Toner-Nachfüllbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mundstück (3;13;20) und/oder der Kupplungsring (2;12;17) einen Führungskanal (8;15;18) für den Auf- bzw. Abreißstrang (6) aufweisen.
6. Toner-Nachfüllbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Folie (5) durch Randverriegelung mit dem Mundstück (3;13;20) verbunden ist.
7. Toner-Nachfüllbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß er aus einem zum Heißversiegeln geeigneten Kunststoff besteht.
