Abstract

Chaque paroi du boîtier est constituée d'un élément à ailettes de refroidissement (1), d'une partie de paroi (2) et d'un cadre (3) qui sont mutuellement soudés. L'élément à ailettes est renforcé par des bandes (8, 9) et des tringles (10, 11). Les différentes parois sont montées sur une plaque de montage (16) au moyen de vis (17) et maintenues entre elles par des étriers (18). Les éléments à ailettes sont solidarisés les uns aux autres au moyen de points de soudures sur leurs bords inclinés. Les éléments à ailettes constituent ainsi un boîtier sur lequel peuvent être appliqués les cordons de soudure horizontaux et verticaux définitifs. L'utilisation d'éléments préfabriqués pour le montage de boîtiers de transformateurs permet de diminuer la part de travail manuel car les soudures s'effectuent dans des emplacements précis et facilement accessibles.
