Abstract

Kunststofftragebeutel mit mindestens einer Grifföffnung im Bereich des oberen Randes des Kunststofftragebeutels und mindestens einem teilweise aus der Grifföffnung ausgestanzten, ovalen oder elypsenförmigen Lappen, der dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß der an sich bekannte Lappen an seiner, dem oberen Rand des Kunststofftragebeutels abgewandten Seite mit dem Kunststofftragebeutel über eine Perforation verbunden ist.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Kunststofftragebeutel mit mindestens einer Grifföffnung im Bereich des oberen Randdes des Kunststofftragebeutels und mindestens einem teilweisen aus der Grifföffnung ausgestanzten, ovalen oder elypsenförmigen Lappen.
  • Derartige Kunststofftragebeutel sind allgemein gebräuchlich und beispielsweise in dem DE-GM 76 16 240 näher beschrieben. Die Grifföffnung, die zum Ergreifen und Tragen des Kunststofftragebeutels bestimmt ist, ist entweder voll ausgestanzt oder so teilweise ausgestanzt, daß ein Lappen verbleibt, der, nach oben geklappt, zu einer Verstärkung des Griffes führt. Hierbei ist der Lappen an seiner dem oberen Rand des Kunststofftragebeutels zugewandten Seite mit diesem verbunden. Der Lappen hat lediglich die Funktion, den Handgriff zu verstärken.
  • Eine Verstärkung des Handgriffes kann jedoch auch durch eine Doppelung des oberen Randbereiches des Kunststofftragebeutels erfolgen, wie in oben genanntem Gebrauchsmuster beschrieben. Auch ist es bekannt,die Folienbahn im Bereich der Grifföffnung mit einem weiteren Teil zu unterlegen und somit den Griff zu verstärken. Auch wäre es denkbar, die Folienbahn so zu dimensionieren, daß eine Verstärkung des Griffes nicht erforderlich ist. In diesen Fällen hat der Lappen keine Funktion mehr und die Grifföffnung wird üblicherweise voll ausgestanzt.
  • Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, den Kunststofftragebeutel so zu gestalten, daß der Lappen einer weiteren Verwendung zugeführt werden kann.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird neuerungsgemäß bei einem Kunststofftragebeutel gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs durch den kennzeichnenden Teil des Anspruchs gelöst.
  • Dadurch, daß der Lappen an seiner, dem oberen Rand des Kunststofftragebeutels abgewandten Seite mit dem Kunst- ) stofftragebeutel über eine Perforation verbunden ist, kann der Lappen leicht abgetrennt werden. Der Lappen kann somit, mit einem entsprechenden Aufdruck versehen, als Werbeträger, Gutschein oder ähnliches verwendet werden.
  • Dabei bleibt die Einsatzfähigkeit des Tragbeutels voll eri halten.
  • Die Perforation ermöglicht ein leichtes Abtrennen. Bei den Kunststofftragebeuteln, bei denen der Randbereich mehrschichtig ausgebildet ist, können die entsprechenden Lappen verschiedenartig bedruckt und somit verschiedenen Zwecken zugeführt werden.
  • Die Erfindung ist anhand einer Zeichnung näher dargestellt.
  • Es zeigen:
    • Fig. 1 eine Vorderansicht eines oberen Bereiches eines ) Kunststofftragebeutels,
    • Fig. 2 einen Querschnitt durch diesen Bereich.
  • In einen Kunststofftragebeutel 1 ist eine Grifföffnung 2 gestanzt. Die Grifföffnung 2 ist in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel oval. Es liegt auf der Hand, daß auch jede andere Form, die ein Ergreifen des Kunststofftragebeutels mittels der gesamten Hand oder mittels einiger Finger ermöglicht, möglich ist. Die Grifföffnung 2 ist nicht vollständig ausgestanzt, so daß in den beiden Kunststofffolienbahnen, aus denen der Kunststofftragebeutel 1 hergestellt ist, jeweils ein Lappen 3 verbleibt. Die Verbindung zwischen dem Lappen 3 und dem restlichen Kunststofftragebeutel befindet sich auf der von dem oberen Rand des Kunststofftragebeutels 1 abgewandten Seite. Diese Verbindung ist mit einer Perforation 4 versehen. Mittels dieser Perforation 4 kann der Lappen 3 von dem Kunststofftragebeutel abgetrennt werden.
  • In diesem Ausführungsbeispiel besitzt der Kunststofftragebeutel 1 zwei Lappen 3. Es liegt auf der Hand, daß bei einer mehrschichtigen Ausgestaltung des oberen Randbe- I reichs des Kunststofftragebeutels entsprechend viele Lappen 3 vorgesehen sein können. Auch ist es denkbar, daß ein Teil der Lappen 3 voll ausgestanzt sind und nur beispielsweise ein Lappen 3,entsprechend der vorliegenden Erfindung ,über eine Perforation 4 verfügt. Auch ist es j denkbar, daß auf einer Folienbahn ein Lappen entsprechend dem oben genannten Stand der Technik ausgestanzt ist und den Griffbereich verstärken kann und mindestens ein weiterer Lappen entsprechend der Erfindung ausgebildet ist.

Claims (1)

  1. Kunststofftragebeutel mit mindestens einer Grifföffnung im Bereich des oberen Randes des Kunststofftragebeutels und mindestens einem teilweise aus der Grifföffnung ausgestanzten, ovalen oder elypsenförmigen Lappen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der an sich bekannte Lappen (3) an seiner, dem oberen Rand des Kunststofftragebeutels (1) abgewandten Seite mit dem Kunststofftragebeutel (1) über eine Perforation (4) verbunden ist.
