Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Blende zur Abschirmung von Licht, Wind und Sicht, insbesondere an Balkonen von Gebäuden,
    • - mit einer Bahn aus einem faltbaren wetterfesten Material, die über eine abzuschirmende Öffnung in einer Wand oder zwischen Wänden aufspannbar ist, wobei
    • - die Bahn mit oberen und unteren lösbaren Haltemitteln an einem oberen wandfesten Teil und an einem unteren wandfesten Teil festgemacht ist.
  • Eine bekannte Blende dieser Art (DE-U- 7 324 830) ist so angeordnet, daß sie nur innerhalb der Öffnung zu befestigen ist. Dies hat den Nachteil, daß sie nur mit relativ großem Aufwand aus einem Bereich außerhalb der Öffnung setzbar und in einem derartigen Bereich wieder entfernbar ist.
  • Ferner ist durch die US-A-1619 280 ein Vorhang bekannt, der bei Nichtgebrauch mittels einer an einem Haken befestigten Hülle eingewickelt und gehalten wird.
  • Weiterhin sind aufspannbare Markisen zum Sonnenschutz an Gebäuden hinlänglich bekannt. Solche Markisen sind gewöhnlich oberhalb eines abzuschirmenden Raumes aufspannbar. Insbesondere bei mit Balkonen versehenen Gebäuden besteht das Bedürfnis nach einem Licht-, Wind- und Sichtschutz auch seitlich und frontal. Einen solchen Schutz bieten herkömmliche Markisen nur bedingt oder gar nicht.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine seitlich oder frontal gegen Licht- und Windeinwirkung bzw. gegen Einsehen wirksame Blende zu schaffen, die einfach setzbar und wieder entfernbar ist.
  • Die Aufgabe ist bei einer Blende der eingangs genannten Gattung dadurch gelöst, daß
    • - eine Hülle zum, Einwickeln der Bahn bei Nichtgebrauch in einem Wandbereich benachbart der Öffnung durch eine Reihe übereinander angeordneter Befestigungsmittel befestigt ist, wobei
    • - die Bahn in aufgespanntem Zustand auch im Hüllenbereich an der Wand mit den gleichen Befestigungsmittein, welche die Hülle an der Wand halten, lösbar befestigbar ist.
  • Die Blende nach der Erfindung kann in höchst einfacher Weise gesetzt werden und deckt dann die Öffnung wirksam ab. Beispielsweise ist eine Anwendung seitlicher Blenden gemäß der Erfindung dann zweckmäßig, wenn mehrere, zu verschiedenen Wohnungen gehörende Balkone an einem Gebäude nebeneinander angeordnet und insbesondere gegen seitliche Einsicht abgeschirmt werden sollen, während eine frontale Abschirmung mittels der Blende nach der Erfindung dann sinnvoll ist, wenn sich Gebäude mit einsehbaren Öffnungen, z. B. Balkone, frontal gegenüberstehen.
  • Das einfache Setzen der Blende auch im Hüllenbereich wird dadurch ermöglicht, daß die Bahn in aufgespanntem Zustand auch im Hüllenbereich an der Wand mit den gleichen Befestigungsmitteln, welche die Hülle an der Wand hatten, lösbar befestigbar ist.
  • Durch die Befestigung einer Hülle zum Einwickeln der Bahn bei Nichtgebrauch in einem Wandbereich benachbart der Öffnung kann die Blende in einfacher Weise in einer Bereitschaftsstellung verstaut werden.
  • Vorteilhafterweise ist die Befestigung der Hülle lösbar, so daß die Hülle z. B. in aufgespanntem Zustand der Blende entfernbar ist.
  • Bei einer einfachen Ausführung der Blende gemäß der Erfindung ist das obere wandfeste Teil zweckmäßig eine Vorhangschiene, und die oberen Haltemittel sind Hakengleiter und -rollen, welche in Löcher in der Bahn eingreifen. Die Bahn ist also nach Art eines Vorhangs in der Vorhangschiene aus einer Nichtgebrauchstellung in die Abschirmstellung verschiebbar und aufgrund der stufenlosen Beweglichkeit in der Vorhangschiene auch nur teilweise setzbar. Dies wird unter Verwendung der einfach in verschiedenster Ausführung verfügbaren Vorhangschiene mit dem zugehörigen Hakengleitern oder -rollen ebenfalls üblicher Bauart erreicht. Vorteilhaft ist die Vorhangschiene aus einem wetterfesten Material gefertigt.
  • Das untere wandfeste Teil ist zweckmäßig die Wand selbst, und die unteren Haltemittel umfassen mehrere verriegelbare Steckverbindungen, die ebenfalls von bekannter, einfach verfügbarer und handhabbarer Bauart sein können, z. B. in Form von bekannten Druckknöpfen oder Drehriegelverschlüssen.
  • Nach einer besonders zweckmäßigen Ausführung ist die Vorhangschiene bis über den Bereich der Hülle verlängert, und die Bahn ist auch in eingewickeltem Zustand über die Hakengleiter oder -rollen an der Vorhangschiene gehalten, während die unteren Haltemittel, wie Druckknöpfe oder Drehverschlüsse, gelöst sind.
  • Vorteilhaft bestehen Bahn und Hülle aus einem strapazierfähigen Gewebematerial.
  • Die Erfindung ist im Folgenden anhand schematischer Zeichnungen an Ausführungsbeispielen mit weiteren Einzelheiten näher erläutert. Es zeigen:
    • Fig. 1 eine Blende gemäß der Erfindung in aufgespanntem Zustand zur Abdeckung einer Öffnung zwischen zwei übereinander angeordneten Balkonen;
    • Fig. 2 die Blende in eingewickelter Nichtgebrauchs- bzw. Bereitschaftsstellung;
    • Fig. 3 und 4 in Explosionsdarstellungen einen Druckknopf bzw. einen Drehriegelverschluss jeweils in gelöstem Zustand;
    • Fig. 5 und 6 in vertikalen, vergrösserten Teilansichten die Befestigung der Bahn und der Hülle an der Wand in zwei Alternativen, bei denen die Hülle an der Wand unlösbar (Fig. 5) bzw. lösbar (Fig. 6) befestigt ist; und
    • Fig. 7 eine perspektivische Darstellung, die das Profil einer vorzugsweise verwendeten Vorhangschiene und die Aufhängung der Bahn darin darstellt.
  • In Fig. 1 ist eine rechteckige Bahn 1 aus wetterfestem Gewebematerial in aufgespanntem Zustand über einer Öffnung dargestellt, welche zwischen einer seitlichen Balkonbrüstung 2 eines unteren Balkons und einem Balkonboden 3 eines oberen Balkons gebildet ist. An dem Balkonboden 3 ist eine Vorhangschiene 4 befestigt, deren Profil in Fig. 7 gezeichnet ist und die aus Metall besteht. Längs der Oberkante der Bahn 1 sind Löcher 4 vorgesehen, in welche Hakengleiter eingreifen, die in üblicher Weise längs der Vorhangschiene verfahrbar sind.
  • Längs der Balkonbrüstung 2 sind in horizontalen Abständen Haltemittel 6 zur lösbaren Befestigung des unteren Randes der Bahn 1 an der Balkonbrüstung vorgesehen.
  • Beispiele für die Haltemittel 6 sind in den Fig. 3 und 4 gezeigt.
  • Gemäß der Ausführung nach Fig. 3 ist eine Druckknopfverbindung vorgesehen. Das Steckteil 7 dieser Druckknopfverbindung ist mittels einer Schraube 7' an der Balkonbrüstung 2 fest verankert, während der Kopf 8 mit der Stecköffnung 8' an der Bahn 1 befestigt ist. Es handelt sich zweckmässig um einen Druckknopf der Bauart mit einem gegen Federkraft in Löserichtung ziehbaren Knopfteil.
  • In Fig. 4 ist ein Drehriegelverschluß dargestellt, dessen Steckteil 10 jeweils mittels zwei nicht dargestellten Schrauben an der Balkonbrüstung 2 befestigt ist und einen Drehriegel 11 aufweist. Der Drehriegel 11 paßt durch ein Loch 13 in einem Gegenteil 12 und ist dahinter durch Verdrehen verriegelbar. Das Gegenteil 12 ist bei Verwendung dieses Verschlusses an der Bahn 1 angebracht.
  • Die Fig. 1 und 2 zeigen zusätzlich eine Hülle 14, mit weicher die Bahn für den Nichtgebrauch einwickelbar ist, wie dies Fig. 2 zeigt. Die Hülle 14 ist mittels Befestigungsmitteln 15 an der Wand befestigt, die zweckmässig identisch wie die Haltemittel 6 ausgebildet sind, z.B. als Druckknöpfe gemäß Fig. 3. Diese Ausführung ist in den Fig. 5 und 6 dargestellt. Dabei dienen die Saltemittel 15 gleichzeitig zum Befestigen der Bahn 1 an der Wand im Höhlenbereich. Über zusätzliche Druckknöpfe 17, 18, vorzugsweise der gleichen Bauart wie im Fig. 3 gezeigt, läßt sich dann die Hülle gemäß Fig. 2 um die eingefaltete Bahn 1 verschließen.
  • Die Ausführung nach Fig. 6 unterscheidet sich von derjenigen nach Fig. 5 nur dadurch, daß das Steckteil 7 die Hülle 14 fest an der Wand hält, während die Hülle gemäß der Ausführung nach Fig. 6 je Steckteil 7 eine Öffnung 19 größeren Durchmessers aufweist, die durch einen Metallring 20 eingefaßt ist. Damit ist die Hülle einfach über das entsprechende Steckteil 7 einhängbar und also bei aufgespanntem Zustand der Bahn 1 entfernbar.
  • Es ist ersichtlich, daß die Bahn 1 einen seitlichen oder auch frontalen Schutz gegen unerwünschtes Einsehen oder gegen unerwünschte Licht- oder Windeinwirkung schafft, insbesondere an einem Balkon.
  • Selbstverständlich sind auch andere Anwendungsfälle der Blende denkbar, z.B. zum Abdecken einer Öffnung der Wand eines Fahrzeuges o.dgl.

Claims (8)

1. Blende zur Abschirmung von Licht, Wind und Sicht, insbesondere an Balkonen von Gebäuden,
- mit einer Bahn (1) aus einem faltbaren wetterfesten Material, die über eine abzuschirmende Öffnung in einer Wand oder zwischen Wänden aufspannbar ist, wobei
- die Bahn mit oberen und unteren lösbaren Haltemitteln (5, 6) an einem oberen wandfesten Teil (3) und an einem unteren wandfesten Teil (2) festgemacht ist,

dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
- eine Hülle (14) zum Einwickeln der Bahn (1) bei Nichtgebrauch in einem Wandbereich benachbart der Öffnung durch eine Reihe übereinander angeordneter Befestigungsmittel (15) befestigt ist, wobei
- die Bahn (1) in aufgespanntem Zustand im Hüllenbereich an der Wand mit den gleichen Befestigungsmitteln (15), welche die Hülle (14) an der Wand halten, lösbar befestigbar ist.
2. Blende nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das obere wandfeste Teil eine Vorhangschiene (3) ist und daß die oberen Haltemittel Hakengleiter oder -rollen (5) sind, welche in Löcher (4) in der Bahn (1) eingreifen.
3. Blende nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das untere wandfeste Teil die Wand (2) selbst ist und daß die unteren Haltemittel mehrere verriegelbare Steckverbindungen (7, 8; 10, 12) umfassen..
4. Blende nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die verriegelbaren Steckverbindungen von Druckknöpfen (7, 8) gebildet sind.
5. Blende nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die verriegelbaren Steckverbindungen von Drehriegelverschlüssen (10, 12) gebildet sind.
6. Blende nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Hülle (14) lösbar an der Wand befestigt ist.
7. Blende nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Vorhangschiene (3) bis über den Bereich der Hülle (14) verlängert ist und die Bahn (1) auch in eingewickeltem Zustand über die Hakengleiter oder -rollen (5) an der Vorhangschiene (3) gehalten ist, während die unteren Haltemittel (6) gelöst sind.
8. Blende nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß Bahn (1) und Hülle (14) aus einem strapazierfähigen Gewebematerial bestehen.
