Definitions

  • the invention relates to a disposable beverage pack, in particular for mixed milk beverages, with a chamber which can be opened for the enjoyment of the beverage and which consists of a container which is preferably made of plastic and is sealed with a removable cover film and in which the beverage is enclosed.
  • the invention has for its object to provide a disposable beverage pack of the type described above, which on the one hand is used for transport and storage and can be used as a drinking vessel, but which can also be used in addition, the beverage contained in it before Refresh enjoyment.
  • a disposable beverage pack in which the cup in which the drink is initially enclosed is assigned a second chamber in the form of a cover which can be closed with it in a liquid-tight manner and has an additional capacity for shaking the contents of the cup, so that the space made available to the drink in the package can be enlarged after opening the first chamber to create an additional air space.
  • a beverage pack of the type described in the introduction is known, but it is designed and filled to such an extent that its contents are not shaken before or after the cover film has been removed can be.
  • This container consists of two superimposed chambers, which are separated from each other by a thin membrane, for the penetration of which a plunger supported by the flexible cover of the upper chamber is provided.
  • the lower chamber is filled with milk, the upper chamber with a flavoring based on alcohol, rum or acid, so that by pushing through the membrane separating the two chambers, care can be taken to ensure that the contents of the two chambers are gradually mixed takes place, but only if they differ in their specific weight or are shaken for a very long time. Otherwise, mixing the contents of the two chambers of the container known from FR-A-2 158 142 is difficult because of the small size of the perforation hole, which can be achieved with the aforementioned plunger, and the complete filling of the two chambers.
  • the lid assigned to the mug has an additional air space, so that after the cover film has been removed, the contents of the mug can be easily shaken up and thereby retain much of its original freshness, with shaking-related foam formation being perceived as pleasantly refreshing by the consumer.
  • the beverage pack according to the invention represents a disposable pack which serves on the one hand as a transport and storage vessel and on the other hand as a shaker and drinking vessel.
  • the space of the package made available to the beverage in the package can be enlarged by at least 20, preferably 30 to 60%, so that the beverage can be shaken vigorously before consumption.
  • the package according to the invention can be resealable after opening, as will be pointed out separately in the following description of a preferred embodiment.
  • the lid assigned to the cup of the pack according to the invention is preferably designed like a hood.
  • the lid assigned to the cup can also contain a container for ingredients for the production of mixed milk beverages. This container can be firmly connected to the lid, a wall of the container being formed from the inside of the lid.
  • the cup cover film can have a grip tab, which is preferably turned upwards, so that the cover can be pushed onto the cover without being hindered by the cover film or its grip tab. Furthermore, the cover can have a circumferential stop which serves as an abutment for the pushed-on cover.
  • the space available to the drink in the closed package is essentially completely, preferably completely, filled with the drink.
  • 1 to 3 consists essentially of a truncated cone-shaped cup 6, which is preferably made of plastic and is sealed with a cover film 7 in a liquid-tight manner.
  • the cover film 7 is provided with a grip tab 8 which is turned outwards in FIG. 1 and upwards in FIG. 3.
  • the cup 6 has in its upper region a circumferential bead or stop 9 which serves as a stop for a cover 10 which can be pushed onto the cup 6 from above.
  • the upper edge of the cup 6 can be made thicker (see FIG. 3, right) or be provided with an inner edge (see FIG. 3, left). Both give the upper edge of the cup 6 sufficient rigidity to be closed with the lid 10 in a liquid-tight manner.
  • the cover sheet 7 can first be formed pulled inwards. This has the advantage that the cup 6 is not completely filled with drink after the cover film 7 has been removed. Rather, it still has sufficient additional capacity so that, if desired, ingredients for producing a mixed drink, such as fruit preparations, spice and / or herb mixtures, foam-forming ingredients, can be added to the beverage in the cup 6 without the cup 6 overflowing . By pushing on the lid 10, the capacity of the cup 6 is also expanded so much that the contents of the cup can be shaken.
  • ingredients for producing a mixed drink such as fruit preparations, spice and / or herb mixtures, foam-forming ingredients
  • the aforementioned ingredients can be arranged in the interior of the lid 10, for example in a small container which is arranged in the interior of the lid 10 before being filled into the cup 6.
  • This container can be a small paper or plastic bag or a cup-shaped container which can be inserted into the inside of the lid 10 and held there by lid projections, so that the inside of the lid 10 moves the ingredient container upwards covers.
  • the lid 10 can be designed and the ingredient container held in it can be arranged such that the ingredient container is released from the lid 10 by pressing it in. Ingredients for the production of mixed drinks could also be accommodated in the lid 10 in a compressed form.
  • an essentially flat lid could also be used.
  • the cup 6 then only needed to be provided with a bellows area. which would also be quite possible.
  • An increase in the volume of the cup 6 could also be achieved, for example, by filling it only 80% with drink and then closing it with the cover sheet 7 under vacuum, so that wall areas of the cup 6 bulge inwards, which then after the cover sheet has been removed provide for an increase in the volume of the cup 6 due to their own restoring force.
