Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Atemhalbmaske für den Einmelgebrauch, entsprechend dem Gattungsbegriff des Patentanspruchs.
  • Atemhalbmasken für den Einmalgebrauch verlangen eine einfache Handhabung beim Anlegen. Eine wesentliche Voraussetzung dazu ist die Anpassung der Kopfbänderung.
  • Eine bekannte Halbmaske für den Einmalgebrauch aus einem Filtermaterial besitzt eine Form, die einen Sitz über der Nase, den Wangen und dem Kinn des Benutzers mit einem genügend freien Raum um dieselben herum sichert. In der Nähe ihres Dichtungsrandes sind jeweils in Höhe der Wangen aus dem Halbmaskenkörper herausragende Laschen gebildet. Diese Laschen tragen Seitenschlitze, in denen ein elastisches Endlosband eingehängt ist, welches sich somit als Kopfband mit einer Ober-und Unterlänge darstellt.
  • Schwierigkeiten ergeben sich hier aus dem notwendigen Einhängen des Kopfbandes in die Seitenschlitze und dem möglichen Ausfädeln während des Anlegens. Der für einen guten Sitz mit gleichmäßigem Zug der Kopfbänder notwendige Ausgleich der Bandlängen wird durch den Zug in die Seitenschlitze hinein behindert (DE-A-2 938 720).
  • Aus der US-A-2 462 005 ist eine Schutzhaube bekannt, die eine Gesichtsmaske enthält, welche ein Atemschutzfilter trägt. Auf jeder Seite der Maske ist eine Öse vorgesehen, durch die ein Kopfband lose geführt ist, wodurch ein Längenausgleich von Ober- und Unterlänge des Kopfbandes ermöglicht wird.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist eine Kopfbänderanbringung an den Maskenkörper der Atemhalbmaske, die das Anlegen einfach macht und einen dichten Sitz ohne besondere Anpassungsmühen sichert.
  • Die Lösung erfolgt gemäß dem Kennzeichen des Patentanspruchs. Sie ist sehr vorteilhaft. Das Aufsetzen der Halbmaske wird dadurch erleichtert, daß fast die Gesamtlänge des Kopfbandes zum Überstreifen über den Kopf zur Verfügung steht. Die Unterlänge umfaßt dabei durch das Hindurchziehen des Kopfbandes durch die Ösen praktisch die gesamte Kopfbandlänge. Beim Nichtgebrauch kann die Atemhalbmaske vor der Brust getragen werden. Die Spannkräfte an der Ober- und Unterlänge gleichen sich über den Längenausgleich, angepaßt durch die Ösen, aus.
  • Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist in der Zeichnung dargestellt. Es zeigen
    • Figur 1 die Gesamtansicht,
    • Figur 2 die Einzeldarstellung einer Öse.
  • Der Halbmaskenkörper 1 deckt in bekannter Weise die Nase und den Mund ab. Die Dichtungslinie verläuft dabei über der Nase, den Wangen und dem Kinn des Trägers. Das Kopfband 2 in endloser Ausführung, wie z. B. von den Coupon-Gummibändern her bekannt, ist lose in je einer Öse 3, gegenüber den Wangen, geführt. Die Ösen zur Führung des Kopfbandes sind aus dem Halbmaskenkörper überstehende, umgeschlagene Laschen 7, die z. B. durch Schweißung oder Klebung befestigt (bei 8) sind. Die Unterlänge 5 des Kopfbandes legt sich nach dem Aufsetzen der Halbmaske 1 um die Nackenpartie und die Oberlänge 6 um die Kopfpartie herum.

Claims (1)

  1. Atemhalbmaske für den Einmalgebrauch in einer Form, die einen Sitz über der Nase, den Wangen und dem Kinn des Benutzers sichert und einen Dichtungsrand (4) aufweist, mit einem Kopfband (2) als endlosem elastischen Band, das von je einer in der Nähe des Dichtungsrandes (4) außen am Halbmaskenkörper (1) gegenüber den Wangen vorgesehenen, durch eine aus dem Halbmaskenkörper (1) überstehende Lasche (7) gebildeten Haltevorrichtung gehalten ist und sich dabei in eine Unterlänge (5) und eine Oberlänge (6) aufteilt, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß jede der beiden Haltevorrichtungen eine Öse (3) ist, die durch Umschlagen und Befestigen (8) der Lasche (7) am Halbmaskenkörper (1) gebildet ist und in der das Kopfband (2) lose geführt ist.
