Abstract

Atemschutzhalbmasken für den Einmalgebrauch dienen zur Verwendung sowohl im gewerblichen als auch im medizinischen Bereich. Sie müssen dazu leicht und bequem zu tragen sein und doch durch eine sichere Abdichtung eine gute Filterleistung garantieren. Sie bestehen aus dem Maskenkörper aus einem Material, das neben der geforderten Filterleistung eine gute Formstabilität aufweist, und der Haltebänderung. Sie wird durch ein endloses elastisches Band dargestellt, das lose durch zwei Ösen geführt ist, die den Wangen des Trägers gegenüber außen am Maskenkörper vorhanden sind. Die Unterlange des Kopfbanges legt sich unterhalb der Ösen um den Nacken, die Oberlänge oberhalb der Ösen um die Kopfpartie. Die für den guten und dichten Sitz der Halbmaske notwendigen gleichen Spannkräfte im Kopfband entstehen durch einen Längenausgleich Zwischen der Ober und Unterlänge durch die Ösen.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Atemhalbmaske für den Einmalgebrauch, entsprechend dem Gattungsbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
  • Atemhalbmasken für den Einmalgebrauch verlangen eine einfache Handhabung beim Anlegen. Eine wesentliche Voraussetzung dazu ist die Anpassung der Kopfbänderung.
  • Eine bekannte Atemhalbmaske für den Einmalgebrauch aus einem Filtermaterial in einer Form, die einen Sitz über der Nase, den Wangen und dem Kinn des Benutzers mit einem genügend freien Raum um diesen herum sichert, besitzt Kopfbänder, die durch endlose Elastikbänder dargestellt sind. Sie sind in Seitenschlitzen von Laschen eingehängt, die wiederum Teile des Verstärkungsrahmens am Rande des Maskenkörpers sind. Schwierigkeiten ergeben sich hier aus dem notwendigen Einhängen des Kopfbandes in die Seitenschlitze und dem möglichen Ausfädeln während des Anlegens. Der für einen guten Sitz mit gleichmäßigem Zug der Kopfbänder notwendige Ausgleich der Bandlängen wird durch den Zug in die Seitenschlitze hinein behindert. (DE-OS 29 38 720) Aufgabe der Erfindung ist eine Kopfbänderanbringung an den Maskenkörper der Atemhalbmaske, die das Anlegen einfach macht und einen dichten Sitz ohne besondere Anpassungsmühen sichert.
  • Die Lösung erfolgt gemäß dem Kennzeichen der Patentansprüche. Sie ist sehr vorteilhaft. Das Aufsetzen der Halbmaske wird dadurch erleichtert, daß fast die Gesamtlänge des Kopfbandes zum Überstreifen über den Kopf zur Verfügung steht. Die Unterlänge umfaßt dabei durch das Hindurchziehen des Kopfbandes durch die Ösen praktisch die gesamte Kopfbandlänge. Beim Nichtgebrauch kann die Atemhalbmaske vor der Brust getragen werden. Die Spannkräfte an der Ober-und Unterlänge gleichen sich über den Längenausgleich, angenaßt durch die Ösen, aus.
  • Ein Ausfuhrungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist in der Zeichnung dargestellt. Es zeigen

  • ber Halbmaskenkörper 1 deckt in bekannter Weise die Nase und den Mund ab. Die Dichtungslinie verläuft dabei über der Nase, den Wangen und dem Kinn des Trägers. Das Kopfband 2 in endloser Ausführung, wie z.B. von den Coupon-Gummibändern her bekannt, ist lose in je einer Öse 3,gegenüber den Wangen, geführt. Die Ösen 3 bestehen z.B. aus einem Kunststoffmaterial und sind von außen in der Nähe des Dichtungsrandes 4 durch Klebung oder Schweißung befestigt. Die Ösen zur Führung des Kopfbandes können auch aus dem Halbmaskenkörper überstehende, umgeschlagene Laschen 7 sein, die durch z.B. Schweißung oder Klebung befestigt 8 sind. Die Unterlänge 5 des Kopfbandes legt sich nach dem Aufsetzen der Halbmaske 1 um die Nackenpartie und die Oberlänge 6 um die Kopfpartie herum.

Claims (3)

1. Atemhalbmaske für den Einmalgebrauch in einer Form, die einen Sitz über der Nase, den Wangen und dem Kinn des Benutzers sichert mit einem Kopfband als endlosem elastischen Band, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kopfband (2) lose in je einer von außen in der Nähe des Dichtungsrandes (4) am Halbmaskenkörper (1) gegenüber den Wangen befestigten Öse (3) geführt ist und sich dabei in eine Unterlänge (5) und eine Oberlänge (6) aufteilt.
2. Atemhalbmaske für den Einmalgebrauch nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ösen (3) aus einem Kunststoffmaterial bestehen und durch Schweißung befestigt sind.
3. Atemhalbmaske für den Einmalgebrauch nach An- spluch l, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ösen (3) aus dem Halbmaskenkörper (1) überstehende, umgeschlagene und befestigte (8) Laschen (7) sind.
