Claims (6)

1. Procédé de fabrication d'un vantail de porte comportant deux plaques (3, 4), entre lesquelles est disposée une âme de remplissage (1 bordée le long d'un côté (5) par une bande rapportée (2), ce procédé consistant à coller d'abord ensemble les deux plaques (3, 4) avec l'âme de remplissage (1) et la bande rapportée (2), puis à monter à la presse, sur les trois autres côtés (6, 7, 8) du panneau sandwich (13) ainsi préparé, des tronçons de profilés (15, 16, 17) ayant une section en U, qu'on a coupés à l'avance à la longueur des côtés correspondants (6, 7, 8) avec un découpage en onglet à l'endroit de leurs extrémités adjacentes, après quoi, les tronçons de profilés (15, 16, 17) ayant ainsi été mis en place à la presse, on pratique de l'un des côtés (6) du panneau (13) perpendiculaire au premier côté (5) un évidement (28) fraisé dans le profilé correspondant (15), pour loger la serrure (20) de la porte, et de l'autre côté (8) du panneau (13), dans le profilé correspondant (16), des trous pour les broches de fixation (22) des gonds (23) du vantail, le procédé étant caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise des plaques (3,4) et une âme de remplissage (1) de dimensions supérieures aux cotes définitives du panneau-sandwich (13) terminé, et en ce qu'on réduit par fraisage les dimensions provisoires du panneau-sandwich (13), sur ses trois côtés prévus pour recevoir les profilés (15, 16, 17), pour obtenir les cotes définitives de ce panneau, avant le montage à la presse des profilés (15, 16, 17), le fraisage des trois côtés (6, 7, 8) du panneau-sandwich (13) s'effectuant suivant un profil à épaulement, de telle manière que le bord de l'une des plaques (3) déborde ensuite au-delà du bord de l'autre plaque (4) et du bord de l'âme de remplissage (1).
2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'on monte en même temps à la presse un profilé (15, 16) sur le deuxième côté (6) et sur le quatrième côté (8) du panneau-sandwich (13), et en ce qu'on monte ensuite à la presse un autre profilé (17) sur le troisième côté (7) du panneau (13), en haut de celui-ci, après avoir engagé des équerres d'angle (18, 19) dans les extrémités du profilé (17) à monter à la presse sur le troisième côté (7) du panneau (13), les équerres d'angle (18, 19) étant destinées à s'engager dans les extrémités adjacentes des profilés (15, 16) déjà montés à la presse sur le deuxième côté (6) et le quatrième côté (8) du panneau (13), au moment du montage à la presse du dernier profilé (17) sur le troisième côté (7) du panneau.
3. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les profilés (15, 16, 17) présentent chacun, en regard de la feuillure de la porte, une saillie de profil creux (24) associée à un profil général en U, avec une branche latérale longue du côté intérieur, et une branche latérale courte, du côté extérieur, ces deux branches correspondant chacune à des lèvres doubles (25, 25' et 26, 26') de chaque profilé (15, 16, 17), et en ce que l'une des branches latérales du profil général en U, située du côté de la saillie de profil creux (24), comporte une lèvre de profil court (25') qui se raccorde à la face extérieure de la saillie de feuillure (24) du vantail.
4. Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'on monte les équerres d'angle (18, 19) aux extrémités des profilés (15, 16, 17) en les engageant dans le profil creux des saillies de feuillure (24) de ces profilés.
5. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'on fait passer à travers le profil creux de la saillie de feuillure (24) les trous percés pour les broches de fixation (22) des gonds (23) du vantail.
6. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la platine (21) de la serrure (20) du vantail repose sur la base (27) du profilé en U correspondant (15), et en ce qu'on fixe la platine (21) de la serrure au moyen de vis sur la base (27) du profilé.
