Description

The invention relates to a method for producing door leaves which have two plates, an intermediate filler and an intermediate glue on a first side, the two plates being glued to the filler and the glue first, then to the remaining three sides of the so formed Sandwich plate previously pressed onto the length of these sides and mitred profile sections of U-shaped cross-section and after pressing the profile parts on the two sides perpendicular to the first side, on the one hand, a milling for the door lock and, on the other hand, holes for the fastening pins of the door hinges be attached to the pressed-on profile parts.

The panels, the filler, the edging and the profile parts have uniform sizes, which results in door leaves of standardized sizes. An adaptation to the installation conditions of the door leaf is only possible on the bottom side of the edge band, which projects somewhat over the profile parts and can be reworked to adapt to the door sill or floor.

Dieses als Schiebetüre ausgebildete Türblatt weist jedoch keinen zur Anlage an den Türrahmen kommenden Türfalz auf.FR-A-1 283 847 shows a method for producing a door leaf, in which the sandwich panel consisting of the filling unit and the panel is oversized, the sides of which are cut to the finished installation dimension before U-shaped profile parts are attached to all four sides. This door leaf designed as a sliding door, however, does not have a door rebate which comes into contact with the door frame.

It is generally known to provide a milling for the door lock and holes for the fastening pins of the hinges in door leaves such as the door leaf according to DE-A-1 434 210.

When renovating old buildings, standardized door leaves are usually not usable. When renovating doors in old buildings, it is known to coat the old door frame with a door frame cladding. The resulting dimensions for the covered door leaf are usually outside the dimensions of the standardized door leaves, so that it is necessary to manufacture the door leaves individually. This is relatively expensive. It is noteworthy here that the high costs arise primarily from the individual adaptation of the banding and / or banding and their fitting.

The object is to improve the manufacturing process mentioned at the outset in such a way that, in the case of series-produced sandwich panels, individual adaptation to the installation conditions of the door leaf, which should have a fold for contact with the door frame, is possible.

This object is achieved with the characterizing features of claim 1. Advantageous refinements of the method can be found in the subclaims.

  • Fig. 1 schematisch das stapelweise Verleimen von Platten und Plattenfüllwerk;
  • Fig. 2 das Beschneiden der verleimten Sandwichplatten;
  • Fig. 3 das Anbringen des Rahmens und
  • Fig. 4 einen Horizontalschnitt durch das fertige Türblatt.
The drawings illustrate the different steps of the process. It shows
  • Figure 1 shows schematically the stacking of panels and panel filler.
  • Figure 2 trimming the glued sandwich panels.
  • Fig. 3 the attachment of the frame and
  • Fig. 4 shows a horizontal section through the finished door leaf.

A panel filler 1 and a glue-in strip 2 are coated with glue on their flat sides. A plate 3, 4 is placed against each side coated with glue. These are then, as indicated in FIG. 1, stacked on top of one another and possibly loaded on the top by a weight. This stacking on top of one another can be ended as soon as the flat glue connections have set. The plates 3, 4 and the plate filler 1 with the edging 3 have outer dimensions that are larger than the outer dimensions of the finished door panel.

The plate filler 1 consists, for example, of foamed polyurethane plates. It is also possible to use a plate filler 1, which consists of a compressed textile material, which is made from textile waste.

The banding 2 can consist of a wooden strip or a strip made of polyvinyl chloride. The panels 3, 4 can be chipboard or plywood panels or also plastic panels. If necessary, these plates are laminated on the outside with wood or a plastic film.

The now glued sandwich panels each have a glue in on a first side 5. These sandwich panels are now individually cut to the dimensions of the finished door leaves. This cutting takes place on at least a second and third side 6, 7 and preferably also on the fourth side 8 of the sandwich panel. As a result of the profile shape of the profile parts used in the exemplary embodiment, the trimming takes place on all 3 sides 6, 7, 8 but not on the first side 5 which has the glue-in strip 2.

The trimming is carried out by a step cut according to the FIG. Using two circular saw blades 9, 10 of different diameters, which are attached to a common shaft 11. This ensures that the edge of the plate 3 protrudes beyond the edge of the plate 4 and the plate filling unit 2. A milling cutter 12 can be arranged between the two circular saw blades 9, 10, the radial dimension of which corresponds to the outer diameter of the circular saw blade 9 of smaller diameter. This milling knife is used to remove the plate filling unit, which protrudes beyond the edge of the plate 4. This milling cutter 12 is not absolutely necessary, as will be explained later with reference to FIG. 4.

Fig. 3 vorgegangen.After cutting the sandwich panel, the profile parts are connected to the sandwich panel. Here, according to Fig. 3 proceeded.

The first side of the sandwich plate 13 is brought into abutment against a stop 14. Then cut to size and on one side mitred profile parts 15, 16 against the second and fourth sides 6, 8 and pressed into these sides, which is done by pressing jaws, which are longer than the profile parts 15, 16. After the profile parts 15th , 16 are pressed with the sides 6, 8, a third profile part 17 is pressed with the third side 7 of the sandwich panel 13. This profile part 17 is mitred at both ends and has a length corresponding to the length of page 7.

Before pressing, one leg of a corner bracket 18, 19 is inserted into the hollow door rebate at the ends of the profile part 17. The other leg of the corner bracket 19 and the other leg of the corner bracket 18 penetrate into the hollow door rebate of the profile strip 15 and 16 when pressed. These other legs of the corner brackets 18, 19 can be screwed to the profile strips 15, 16 via transverse screws, but instead of a screw connection, an interference fit between these other legs and the hollow door folds of the profile parts 15, 16 can be provided.

The sandwich plate 13 is now surrounded on three sides 6, 7 by profile parts 15, 16, 17.

The profile part 15 is then provided with an elongated hole into which the door lock 20 is inserted, which is screwed to the profile part 15 via the plate 21 of the lock.

The profile part 16 is provided with two holes running through the fold, into which the fastening pins 22 of the door hinges 23 are inserted.

The profile parts each have a hollow door rebate 24. The legs of the corner brackets 18, 19 engage at the two ends of the profile part 17 and at the mitred ends of the profile parts 15, 16. The two side legs of the profile parts are each designed as double legs 25, 25 'or 26, 26', their mutual spacing being chosen so that the plates 3, 4 are held firmly between them. The two legs 26, 26 'extend from the middle leg 27, while on the opposite side the long leg 25 extends from the middle leg, but the short leg 25' adjoins the outside of the door rebate 24. In Fig. 4 the slot for inserting the lock 20 is designated 28.

If the leg 25 on the fold-side leg is made longer than the leg 26 of the other side leg and by an amount that is greater than the distance between the edges of the plates 3, 4, then the milling knife 12 can be omitted, since that part of the plate filling unit 2 , which was cut by cutting the circular saw blade 9, is now separated from the plate 3 when the profile part is pressed in by the long leg 25 ".
